Negative experience: I had a really disappointing experience here and won’t be coming back. I went in specifically to get a quote for wisdom teeth removal. When I first spoke to the receptionist, I made it very clear that I was going around collecting quotes and asked what I needed to do. She told me all I needed was an appointment. No mention of scans, no mention of anything else. On that basis, I booked in. When I arrived the next day, I was surprised to find I’d been booked in for a clean instead. The dentist then asked if I had scans, which was confusing because nobody had told me I needed them. If I had been told, I could have organised to get them from my regular dentist or changed my appointment. Instead, I wasted my time and money. I was in the chair for maybe two minutes, had no proper consultation, and left with nothing useful. I was still made to pay (even though I came in for one specific thing and was booked incorrectly) and kept being told “HBF will cover it” — but that misses the point. It was their mistake, and I shouldn’t have been out of pocket at all. The “quote” they eventually gave me was $600 for one tooth — not even a proper personalised quote, considering I have four wisdom teeth to remove. Without scans or any examination, that number felt meaningless. Overall, I left frustrated, unheard, and dissatisfied. Miscommunication from reception, wasted appointment, and no real outcome. I absolutely would not recommend HBF Dental Morley and will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I attended as a new patient today and was very impressed with Dr Shruti and the rest of the team. They were very professional and welcoming and I look forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: It happened to me and my partner multiple times that they didn't update our appointments after requests to change dates through phone calls. I don't know how their system works but am annoyed and feel like waste of time.

Fantastic experience: This is what I had done through composite vaneers and I'm very happy. Dr Yu thank you your a beautiful lady you made me feel so comfortable and a thanks to your assistant Julian.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with my experience here. A few weeks ago, I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a tooth extraction. I was quoted $150, with my insurance covering $50—so I was expecting to pay $100 out of pocket. Today, after the procedure was done, I was handed a bill for almost $500, and my insurance only covered $100. No one explained this sudden change in cost beforehand, and I was never informed that the initial estimate might not be accurate. I understand that medical costs can vary, but the lack of transparency and communication was extremely frustrating. I left feeling taken advantage of and honestly regret trusting this practice. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless you’re prepared for surprise charges.

Negative experience: Dont go on Saturday afternoon, they are really not interested in looking after you. They just want to start their weekend.... And you are the obstacle. My normal teeth clean and checkup takes 20 mins plus (other dentists at this clinic) , this dentist had me out in 7 minutes. Even the receptionist was surprised. When you Book do so for early Saturday or weekdays, i found them very good at other times.

Negative experience: Saw Dr Shino Joseph to get a chip in my tooth filled. Once it was filled, my retainer wasn’t fitting well, so I went back. She filed the tooth a little bit for it to fit and said it looked fine even though it still pops out at the back. I had the tooth fixed about a week ago, and today it chipped again in the same spot, I wasn’t even doing anything! Not going back

Fantastic experience: Scale & clean and xrays with no extra charges. Dr Brian really gets in and gives a good clean, not like some others I've had over the years who felt like they were too soft. Well done!

Negative experience: The staff this morning was so rude and unprofessional. She was just making her own rules I will never visit again.

Positive experience: Very convenient location, nice facilities and staff but if an appointment is booked for a timeslot i would expect that there is a commitment to meet that time rather than make a customer wait for 30 mins.

Negative experience: My appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled the day before the intended date four times, despite confirming their multiple appointment confirmation requests via SMS. At my first appointment (booked online), I was seated by reception and waited 15 minutes on a Saturday (around 12-1 PM). The receptionist then informed me that my name was not in the system and that Dr. Joseph was going home for the day. They rescheduled without asking for my contact details, yet I received an SMS to confirm the appointment (which was again cancelled), so my details were clearly on the system that day. The second cancellation was due to an unknown reason—fine, I rescheduled again since I wasn't in a rush. For the third cancellation, I was told Dr. Joseph was unwell, which is fair enough, so I rescheduled again. My fourth rescheduled appointment has now canceled because "Dr. Joseph is unavailable." I hope the cancellations are under reasonable grounds and everything is ok - however on my side, this was such waste of time; I should have been impatient and just booked elsewhere. On a small positive note, the receptionists were kind and lovely every time they called me to cancel/reschedule.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. The admin staff are really helpful and the dentist I see, Dr Seth is an amazing and patient woman. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Seth particularly! If you are nervous or anxious, they are kind and extremely helpful, I won’t be going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Very professional with clear communication during check-up. Dr. Ho Sa Byun provided a second opinion that put my mind at ease and gave a clear indication of when and why work needed to be done.

Negative experience: BEWARE! DISGRACEFUL & DISHONEST conduct by “Henri” Do Van. He scammed me into purchasing an accusal splint at my first appointment which was booked for a clean and scale. He used the old outdated method of imprinting my teeth as the device to take images was not working. Had to return a second time for the scale and clean and collected the splint. After wearing the splint one time, my two front teeth are now loose as the splint did not fit correctly and did not cover all of my teeth where it was needed plus it was very painful to wear. Booked a follow up appointment and had to wait 6 months then the appointment was cancelled at the last minute which delayed reviewing the splint. When it was taken back to him he adjusted my front teeth by grinding them into a sharp point instead of adjusting the splint and charged an additional fee for the adjustment. He has irreparably damaged my two front teeth which are now loose due to the fit of the splint and I have no grip in my front bite. Paid over $450 plus HBF premiums for a splint that I cannot wear. At every appointment he attempted to upsell extra treatments that were not required. Beware of this shady scammer!!! And don’t bother lodging a complaint as they do not action emails sent to complaints and feedback. Will now be changing health insurance provider due to this terrible traumatic experience. ZERO star rating.

Fantastic experience: Dr Do Van did an amazing job removing an old tooth that the last dentist had not removed correctly. I had a bad experience last time with the numbing injection. But Dr Do Van did it like a pro!! No pain and perfect!! 10/10 from me.

Positive experience: As a dentist they are quite good. Seem to have all the latest technology and are friendly and knowledgeable. One very annoying thing is that you get bombarded with texts, emails and even phone calls asking you to confirm your appointment - fair enough if you made the booking a long time in the past but it is overkill to have to confirm multiple times when the booking was made the same week. For context I have never missed an appointment with them so I'm not on some list of bad attendees.

Negative experience: Do not visit this dental, they only want money. They hold my sister information, do not process.

Negative experience: Shame on you HBF! After YEARS off paying top private hospital cover. I finally needed you! I was told I needed eye surgery straight away. I had no idea! I knew my vision wasn’t good but to be told I was clinically blind and would be totally blind in months. I thought I would be covered but nooo sorry not covered for cataract surgery! After saying I was going to be blind in months, I was then offered to go up to private cover GOLD! But I’d have to wait 12 months. Sure, shall I go blind, lose my job, probably my house and my sanity whilst you sit there counting the money I’ve been paying you for over 20 years! So I have less than a week to come up with $8000! Thank you HBF FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU! You will NEVER get another cent out of me! You should be ashamed! Shaz in response to your below response… I Did! I was told if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone and that would push the premiums up! All about the Money!!

Positive experience: Absolutely baffled how they claimed to completely lost my file. All my diagnosis and X-rays are all gone. Came in to complete my treatment after being diagnosed and no one can find my file. How can this even happen?

Fantastic experience: Last fortnight I had two appointments with Dr Richa Seth to have mouthguards fitted - there were some technical issues with the 3D scanner but she explained the issues and ensured she completed the scan correctly. This was followed by a very good clean - nothing worse than a dentist who rushes a clean and you don't leave with that clean feeling - not a problem with Richa - my teeth felt amazing. A few days later, I went back for my mouthguard fitting and they were perfect!!!

Fantastic experience: Staff were extensively cordial and welcoming! Exceptional accommodation and resplendent environment! I hands down RECOMMEND for anyone visiting this place to go to DR. RICHA SETH. Before meeting her, I used to be trepidatious and indisposed to come to the dentist as we all know how painful it is. But the way she makes you comfortable, meticulously utilises the machines and implements the tools to do her job, leaves you blossoming profusely with gratification and positivity!
