Fantastic experience: Dr Usaamah is a super communicative, warm and gentle dentist who is really understanding of my dental anxiety, explains things in detail and even demonstrated flossing with a brush on my (non-anxious) support person! After a clean + check up and a filling appointment that turned into an empathetic and generous consultation when I felt too anxious to go ahead, I am now feeling informed, calm and confident for my upcoming filling and crown appointments. I’ll update with more soon! Edit: filling replacement was super smooth and pain free! I still felt anxious but Sarah and Dr Usaamah did a great job of distracting me with conversation, explained what was happening and checked in with me throughout. Also, very untechnical, but I didn’t have as many things in my mouth for this procedure, compared with other dentists doing the same procedure in the past, which helped put me at ease and feel less ‘trapped’. Still highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the door you know your in good hands. You’re greeted by the lovely receptionist that’s always happy to assist you with bookings, payments etc. I was seeing Dr Usaamah Patel and his assistant, they have been amazing with the general check ups, cleaning and dental repairs making you leave happy with the final results, and having a good laugh in between. Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient of Dr. Usaamah at My Dental Team Wollongong after some quite severe pain in several teeth. Dr Usaamah has been very thorough in repairing my teeth and explains each step very clearly and carefully. Dr Usaamah also takes very detailed before and after photos which are helpful to understand the work he has done. All staff at My Dental Team Wollongong are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth this week and the team fit me in first thing the next day. The dentist was thorough, communicative and went through all of my treatment options with x-rays and photos before doing any work. The admin staff are helpful and kind and called me the next day to check that there were no further complications. The facilities are clean and modern and the whole experience felt worth the visit.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and lovely staff made me feel comfortable every visit. I was even able to bring in my dog to the waiting room while I waited. If I had to redo my whole braces process I would definitely do it with my dental team again

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with My Dental Team. The dentist was very gentle and thorough and the the environment is clean and calm. (I was very apprehensive as I hadn’t been to a dentist since before Covid and I had broken a tooth) I was able to book online and get an appointment for the next day. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff are all very warm and friendly. I have been back a second time and it was just as good. (They also have a car park right outside the entrance)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Before coming to my dental team my daughter was terrified of the dentist.after coming here for a year now she's more than happy and relaxed has her moments but she uses sensory toys to get through it as she has anxiety .and she's currently 15
