The clinic is affordable and keeps up with modern technologies available within the industry. On my previous visit, my daughter was even gifted a wonderful care package and toy. On the phone they were also very helpful and solution oriented! Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at Swan Hill Smiles yesterday, I couldn’t be more pleased! I was very impressed with the customer service along with how informative the treatment was. The ladies at the front desk were lovely! The dentist and dental assistant were fantastic to deal with and extremely reassuring through the entire process, making sure to always check in on how I was going during the treatment. They explained everything they were doing in detail and why, this was great for my anxious mind. The treatment plan they provided was very detailed, outlying all work required going forward even with all the costs listed!! Looking forward to my next appointment here

Fantastic experience: Today I had my appointment at Swan Hill Smiles, to have 9 fillings done. The staff there were very accommodating & very friendly, I didn’t know what to expect as it had been so long since I’ve had fillings done but they took great care of me & well above & beyond their duties to make sure the experience was really good for me. I wasn’t all that keen for the local anaesthetic at first, but they out numbing cream on my gums & I didn’t even feel the needle it was done with so much care. The whole process from drilling to putting the filling in my teeth, it was all a smooth process & done in really good time. I would highly recommend Swan Hill Smiles to anyone, who is in need of a general clean to fillings or whatever it is you need done because they really do look after you & make sure it’s a great experience. So thank you Sean Hill Smiles, I definitely left with a smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: I had a sore tooth on Tuesday afternoon, I called to make an appointment and they didn’t have one and said to ring back in the morning, as they might have a cancellation. I kept complaining to my wife (who had an appointment later that day I didn’t know about) and she mentioned it to Dr. Gary whilst she was there. She came home that night and said, you have an appointment with Dr. Gary at 8am tomorrow morning!! He fixed my sore tooth and I was away with a smile and able to eat more than jelly for a meal!!! Dr. Gary is AWESOME!!!!

They also are great at remembering small details, like family members names which is nice.
