Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Samson. My dental bridge unexpectedly fell out after hours, and he went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, understanding, and made time to see me right away, He fixed my bridge quickly and with such care that I felt completely at ease. United Dental Care have friendly and professinal staff commitment to patient comfort, good experience and quality workmanship, attention to detail, reasonable price and clean enviroment.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist since 2008, this place is fantastic, clean and beautiful, I like it very much , I like Dr Chan and his daughter Dr Shirley Chan, Shirley told me my gum problem , which no dentist had told me before, they are so bad compared to Shirley and Dr Chan.

Fantastic experience: Dr Samson Chan is very experienced and helpful, I have been to many dental surgeons and was told some of my teeth couldn’t be fixed however Dr Chan was able to fix it at a low cost. Staff are friendly and five star service always ❤️

Fantastic experience: By far the most attentive and talented dentist I’ve been to. In particular, Dr Shirley Chan. Not only is she professional, she has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. My partner and I visited Dr Chan recently and she not only offered us a reasonable and affordable quote, she found issues with my partners teeth that no other dentist has detected (keeping in mind, he saw his previous dentist only a month ago) Which goes to show how much attention to detail and dentistry knowledge she has. Extremely impressive!

Fantastic experience: Mum came for extraction very good and professional

Negative experience: It was a very short notice Appointment and I was glad they got me booked so quick, but then no body listened to my dental issues, I had to nearly bully the dentist into filling My cavity, and $1000 later I still have pain in my Jaw despite the 'extensive tests' they did and told me it was nothing. I tried to contact for follow up to get my xray files forwarded to a new dentist and have been ignored for over a week now.

Fantastic experience: Good service, reasonable price and clean environment. I had a check up with Dr. Chan, he gave me a thorough examination and advised me to take x-rays. Prices were well discussed and compared to be reasonable to other clinics.

Negative experience: Bad experience, I brought my 6 yr old daughter to take off the temporary teeth as new tooth came out behide it, the dentist Mr Samson said need to do a CT scan before hand but didn’t mention the cost of the scan, at the end I had been charged $300 for the scan that I need to pay because Medicare not covered. I think that’s a unprofessional service ever, should you mention about the cost before you did it and allow your patient decide to do it or not! Finally they gave me discount as their fault and I paid $100 instead of $300! Sorry I won’t be back ! P.s CT scan is unnecessary for a patient just want to take off the teeth!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Needed emergency treatment late at night, Dr Samson was great in making time to perform the procedure after midnight and took great care and time in fixing the problem. Staff were also really good and welcoming as well .

Negative experience: I had couple of visits here to take out my wisdom tooth. Initially, my experience was good with one of the dentists he was experienced I had really good understanding of him as he told me all procedures about the extraction but I was too scared to do it. After some time, I again got pain, on my second visit he was not available so I had to go to the other doc. He said to me that he is capable of doing the extraction despite in my x-ray showing some nerves under the root of the tooth that if touched might permanently damage my nerve in the lower lip area. I was frightened and went home with medications. Again, after some times, got the pain so intense that I anyhow wanted to remove it. Went to this place asked if I can see the doc whom I visited at first but he was not available so even if i did not want to be taken care from the second doc, I went in. He then said me that he cannot do the operation, charged me all $120 ( I am a student with no cover) with just flushing and cleaning my mouth which did no good my pain intensified and I did operation on the same day with some other dentist. 1 year now, I am all good no harm in my nerves. So he wasted my $120. If he had said that he cannot operate on me I could have used that for the actual operation so I would recommend to go with the experienced dentist here.

Positive experience: Beautiful place but make sure you tell them which private insurance company you're with beforehand, I turned up but had to reschedule because that particular dentist couldnt claim with medibank.

Negative experience: Horrible service, please don’t go there. I go there to remove my wisdom teeth, but the dentist did nothing, he charged me $450 for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental surgery, I had Invisalign and 2 rct and crown done here. The service is very good, the location is very convenient because they open 7 days. I took a picture of my beloved dentist dr. Chan. He write down everything on the white board before start any procedure, that’s what I love about it.

Negative experience: I had my wisdom tooth taken out from here in last year, and part of my tongue is still numb. They should have referred me to a specialist rather than charging me $500 for wisdom teeth removal. On the day my appointment was scheduled around 6pm, but I waited till 7pm for the dentist to see me. He injected analgesics to my gum and made me wait for another 30minutes while he attended other patient. I feel the doctor didn't take me seriously. He was busy greeting everybody else and stand over watching me give 5 stars review at time of payment. I had to update this to a REAL TESTIMONIAL when I left the clinic.

Negative experience: All these reviews are fake and have been purchased. Check the reviewers are all single review reviewers. Now for something real. This is the GENTLE DENTIST. The same dentist who put his clients at risk for hepatitis for substandard hygiene and sterilisation practices and subsequently had to change name after being exposed on national TV. The dodgy practices don't stop there, he also makes up the charges as he feels. He also didn't know that the mandibular (lower) first molar has 2 roots.

Dr Elaine Tang spent extra time on me when removing the brackets and cleaning my teeth to perfection. This was the best experience I've ever had at any dentist before!
