I am strongly recommend to go to Dr. Chintan Patel and no matter in which conditions you are going through and he will definitely assist to fix it. The . Drama: The other dentist in the same hospital simply used me as a trial patient to exercise on my tooth. The only question to the other doctor is "Is it a good practice to get a sign when the patient is losing the conscious and couldn't even hold the pen?" I am wondering on the other doctor procedures/practices.

Negative experience: Made an appointment last week. Had pain in lower back RHS of my jaw. After 2 hours plus in the chair, lots of drilling, filling, grinding, etc, the problem has not been fixed. Seems the wrong tooth got fixed. I now need to go back again and hopefully they will fix the correct tooth. Still have the pain and symptoms.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Came here with my son, it was his first time. They weren't friendly never explained anything to my son. Said there was something weird on his gum in front of him and just had no idea!!!!!! All about money and shoving paperwork in your face. Not coming back again. Specialist they referred me to was absolutely amazing and she confirmed what I had already suspected.

Negative experience: I needed the quote for Root canal treatment, despite the fact I had previous consultation with another dentist and had referral letter, still forced to get consultation and charged $48 and told me exactly the same thing which I already knew based on my initial consultation with another dentist and even after consultation they ere not sure what will be the final cost as the procedure will be performed by another dentist.

Negative experience: Dr Anita Malhotra - I booked appointment a week before with the reception who provided me a quote. Today when I went the first thing the doctor asked was did her reception provide a quote. Looked like there was an error and she wanted me to review the quote once again and then take a call. I decided to leave. Where only money is focus I wouldn't risk my teeth with her. Its not about money its also about principles. Good luck with the business.

I had a pretty complicated wisdom tooth problem,been to a couple of other dentists without much done about it and she solved it in no time….my kids love her too and are not scared to go to the dentist any more! Extremely satisfied by Dr.Anita and would definitely recommend her to everyone! In general I love the whole medical centre and have been visiting for more than 5 years now….you get everything under one roof! Saves heaps of time and energy running around for tests and stuff and the best part is… they have parking too! Definitely suits a busy mom like me!

Negative experience: Took my father in today to have his tooth removed because he was having lots of pain. Called to check how much I was told between $200 if its a simple one up to $500 if its surgical extraction. Went there first Dr Anita Malhotra looked nervous and saying we might have to send him to specialist if it gets too hard, first time we ever heard that from a dentist. We were already charged $120 for consultation and Xray and too late to pull out and go somewhere else. The tooth was removed without any difficulty but we were charged $395 for it also add another $120 for consultation and xray. We voiced our disagreement and were offered 10% discount. Make sure you agree on a price or Dr Anita Malhotra and the practice will scam you at the last minute when everything is done.

Negative experience: I strongly don’t recommend this hospital.. we went with my 6 years old having tooth pain to Dr. Anita verma and in the initial checkup she never bothered to detail the problem which my daughter had and was just talking about $$$ and how much each filling cost. When we went for second visit for filling she has done the filling and never bothered to check the other tooth which was having pain.She just said nothing happens she can eat whatever she wants and on that night my daughter ended up With cheek swelling where we had to Rush to emergency. In the dental emergency hospital dental specialist has mentioned the doctor who has done filling didn’t do it properly and still there is a decay. Finally doctor has to remove 7 teeth for my daughter which is very terrible and painful for her.

Negative experience: Please don't visit Dr Anitha Varma. 2 of my friends went and her diagnosis was not right. She scared them saying that their condition is very bad and needs to get admitted. They went for a second opinion to another dentist and the doctor just gave antibiotics and it was all fine.

Negative experience: Very expensive service unnecessary treatments like if you don't want to be shocked with a big bill do not go here. I went here for a check up and clean and I came out $411 poorer. The dentist not only said I needed 8 fillings costing 1200 all up she made me do four x-rays on my teeth which I had previously done two x-rays on my previous visit costing $40 per x-ray which she had already done which should have already been on file. I just cannot believe the disgusting service at this dentist.I went and got a second opinion for the 8 fillings in which she said I needed and the dentist said she is ripping you off, he was shocked at this service. He could not believe she said I need 8 fillings for 'abrasions'. It is better to go to trustworthy dentist and not trying to take you for all your worth. Will not be coming back to this dentist ever again.

Fantastic experience: When I went in for a clean and checkup, I did not know what to expect, and truthfully, I was expecting standard service. However, Dr Patel was a very good dentist for a few reasons. He has character and personality for one. He completes the job properly. He is thorough with his notes. His dental assistant is proficient. He followed up with a booking. One of the best dentists I have ever been to. However, the first point of contact, which is the front desk staff, was not up to standard.
