Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly and helpful and give the best advice. Very helpful and will give the best treatment that they can give. very good with making follow up appointments for treatment and anything else that they need to follow up with. They are good at explaining what needs to be done and how they are able to help you. Even if you have to ask them to repeat the process they are very happy to. Even have a good environment to help relax you. So if you have anxiety like I do then it's a good place to go to. I have only been there twice and due to go back in a couple of weeks. To get treatment done so far I haven't been let down by the staff I have dealt with a couple of different dentists that work there the one in Maddington.

Fantastic experience: As much as going to the dentist is a unenjoyable experience this wasn't to bad. The ladies where very approachable and professional. The dentist was not rushing. She read my body language when I was in discomfort. That was good. She either stopped or worked faster. That told me she was a true artist in her profession very skilful considerate thorough. Positive experience: Made appointment for 9am, no patients in rooms but didn’t get called in until 9.10am. The fluoride at the end made me feel quite nauseated.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jazeera is the most gentle and polite Dentist I have ever seen. I had X-ray and cleaning (scaling) done and the procedures were a breeze with bare amount of discomfort. Her instructions are clear and our discussion for next treatment is well understood too and not pushy like other dentist around.

Negative experience: My daughter is in pain now, 4 days later. and is getting food stuck under her filling. This was meant to be a preventative, but will cause a filling now if not fixed. We will be going to a different dentist. She got 7 fillings, even though no cavities. Think they just wanted money, but aside from that, she's worse off after seeing the dentist. Not impressed

Positive experience: Staff were lovely and appointment went well. The only point I would make is that if you have asked a client to come in 30min earlier than their booked appointment... Please contact that client when you are running over time, so they aren't sitting in the waiting room for 20minutes. Especially when they walked through midday (hot) sun to get there earlier, when they could've caught a bus with AC and still got there before the dentist was ready. We understand that dentists run behind too, it's just courteous.

Fantastic experience: I've been avoiding the dentist for years but I needed to go in an get a tooth extracted. After an xray they found I had a huge infection and i had two teeth taken out. I've been going back every week for a month to get fillings done and other work. I'm very happy with the work so far and the time and care that goes towards fixing my teeth. Thank you Dr Jazeera.

Negative experience: My son felt he was overcharged. He felt the dentist broke his tooth whist extracting and then decided to state it was necessary to break the tooth to remove it. thus then charging more for a more complicated extraction. We aren’t dentists so we can’t be sure of the reality either way.

Negative experience: I was unsatisfied with this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. Because they do not accept the mistakes made and only money is important to them, and they do not provide good services. After filling my tooth, I told them I was in pain, but they said to wait for two to three weeks, and I endured the pain. After this time, when I returned, they did not solve the problem, but they were disrespectful and said that I should pay again if it was not my fault and it was their fault. I think this is no different from stealing.

Fantastic experience: I take my 4 year old to Dr Jonathan Resnick. He and and his assistant have been absolutely amazing. Soo patient, makes my 4 year old comfortable and uses a lovely language for children.

Negative experience: Abomination, can’t get booking days and times right, can’t ensure dentist you booked with is available, don’t know what you’re booking is for until you tell them and then they still do whatever they want. I got out of my chair because dentist was dotters, could hardly hear, didn’t listen to me and didn’t know what I was having done. Still waiting on owner or CEO to call me This has happened continuously over 4 visits. I’m finding another dentist

Fantastic experience: Very comfortable atmosphere the second you walk into reception, the staff are so friendly yet professional Dr. Lavina made me feel very comfortable with her positive attitude before I got in the chair, she does impeccable work, she always checks and makes sure that everything is %100 before the job is done. Negative experience: Dr Lavina was very rude. She quoted me with a denture for over $1000. I told her I paid $250 from previous dentist. Her replied was “This price does not even cover the cost of my staff, you should not have come here.” She even ask the receptionist to confirmed from previous dentist, the price is on the HBFclaim history. If I would raised my voice it would be “do not abuse staff” how about staff abuse customer. I’m not saying don’t go to this dentist but my experience with Clear dentist has been bad. Even Dr Jonathan is not a good doctor. It’s all about money. I went to Clear Dentist because I leave close to the dentistry but unfortunately my experience was not as great as other people. Dr Lavina has to respect people decision rather than being rude to customer. She was throwing my denture continuously on her table. Anyways good luck to people who attend the dentistry.
