When pandemic-related salary cuts forced me to seek implants abroad, Dr. Adrian displayed remarkable flexibility, adjusting the treatment plan to integrate the foreign procedures. Today, thanks to Dr. Adrian and the Attractive Orthodontics team skill and dedication, I can have smile on my face again! Negative experience: I would give place a 0 if it allowed me too. Don't go there if you're an adult to get help for your teeth. Takes your money and gets no help. I came today to get my gaps in my teeth gone and not for you to tell me I'm to old at 44 and I should live with it. Next time choose your words before to speak.

Adrian and his team at Attractive Orthodontist have exceeded my expectations of my daughters care throughout the time Gabriella has had her Braces on. It has been a long procedure but Adrian didn’t cut any corners when it came to preparation leading up to the braces, very thorough and detailed explanation of what was needed and communication was second to none. I satisfy with Dr. Tan at attractive orthodontics at Green valley branch but I noticed that whenever I came even 10mins before my booked time I always waiting from 20-35mins . Ps : I was booked 6 months before lol cus just cleaning my teeth . Pls improve this matter because 3 times happened to me already. *reply with your response: Dr Adrian Thanks for your response. In that case pls let customer know in advance by call or text message that time not available or full capacity and require customer re-schedule . As well as receptionist at your Hinchinbrook front desk today she’s not friendly and not inform any waiting time or changing Dr. for customer. Thanks.

He never pressured to get things done early, but preferred to wait till developmentally it was the most beneficial time for both my girls - ie no hard sell - he is very honest about what is required and when it is the best to get it done. I had bracers for two years and each time I came in for a check up the staff were always bringing positive vibes. Always gentle with quality work!
