Fantastic experience: Led by Sharon Seoud this dentist practice has a small number of excellent dentists who have saved many teeth in my mouth after a childhood and early adulthood of poor dental hygiene. My family have been Seoud Dentist customers for over 25 years. In that time we have only ever had professional and very friendly interactions with reception and dental staff. Sharon Seoud has very high standards regarding quality of work. She works at a good pace making clients feel comfortable. This clinic have always adapted and fitted us in in emergencies, eg, when our child chipped their front teeth, and when I was in excruciating pain with a cracked tooth. They are sensitive to personal situations healthwise, eg, 1) a member of our family has a strong dislike of needles but trusts Ms Seoud and has no problem going to the dentist, and 2) attentive to the differing dental needs of another family member with heart issues. Seoud is well networked into other specialists and areas of expertise when other treatments like braces or endodontistry are needed. The dentists are non judgemental but clear and straightforward when delivering diagnosis outcomes. Description of treatment options are clear and planned where possible to adapt to fit with financial situations.. The dental nurses are all lovely and work confidently and competently demonstrating 2 way trust and familiarity with the dentist and an understanding built from time coordinating the handling of instruments together with mutual respect. Again, this builds trust and comfort in the customer. Our experience is that all the dentists are excellent with kids. We have recommended Seoud dentists to a number of other families who are all now loyal Seoud customers. The premises are attractive, renovated, clean and well maintained. On street parking outside the building at the end of the shopping strip is not difficult. Customers are not left in the waiting room for long; all aspects of the practice demonstrate good time management. My best recommendations are 1) that my child, now 20, has only one tiny filling which was more preventative and predictive than reacting to an established cavity and 2) I have witnessed Seoud with trainee dentists; clearly dental training institutions hold this practice in high esteem.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to be looked after by Dr Jean who removed my wisdom teeth and performed two fillings. Julia the senior dental nurse was brilliant she organised antibiotics & pain killers prior to the extraction which made the pain bearable. Fantastic experience: Friendly, courteous, kind and professional staff - from the sunny Mimi at reception to the dentist Dr Sharon Seoud who was clear in explaining my dental care needs and discussing a plan forward that would suit me. Mimi was more than accommodating when it came to chasing past records and rescheduling appointments…. and always with a smile. I felt comfortable, well looked after and confident about the level of care I am getting.

I saw Dr Seoud and found her to be a thoroughly competent professional. Her explanations were precise and very helpful. The support staff were very efficient and caring in their role.
