My child was initially very resistant and afraid of getting braces, but with Jenny’s help, he was able to complete all the treatment smoothly and happily. I would be very happy to recommend her to anyone in need.

Negative experience: I’ve been here four times and received the worst customer service from male dentist and owner of this dental practice. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see the female dentist who my friend highly recommended. I wasted time to chat with the head dentist (who is also the owner) in person and ended up not getting any resolution from a maltreatment complaint. Something that they could have communicated with over the phone. The head dentist did not even ask for my side and nor did he checked the condition of my teeth himself. Very very very disappointed. I’ve already held off posting this review hoping they would try their best to improve their service.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, and the clinic did everything they could to accommodate an urgent appointment. Dr Annie was amazing. She was compassionate, understanding and so knowledgeable. I'll be the first to admit that I do what I can to avoid a dentist but after today’s experience, I will have no hesitation in both recommending and always returning. Thank you, Dr Annie.

Negative experience: In 2020 I had a routine filling replacement which led to 3 years of agonising pain. Dr Annie Zhang was the dentist, and neither she nor the principal dentist could either diagnose why or fix the situation. All they could tell me was that there may be an impossible-to-see crack. 5 other dentists across 3 years, each with their own x-rays and 3d scans have all independently confirmed no evidence of a crack. In the end I needed a root canal and crown to escape the pain. One dentist had the theory that Dr Zhang potentially drilled too deep during the replacement. What should have been a routine filling replacement for $100~ became a nightmare and cost many-thousands. In my opinion, the staff were rude and unhelpful, as well as the Dr Zhang. It took some time to have the principal dentist look at it, and the best advice they could give was to cover it in filling, file it off a bit, and wait for the pain to go away (it never did). They did offer to refund the original filling replacement procedure.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Andrew Bui for beening able to take away my fear of Dentist Dr Andrew Bui was absolutely amazing he was so understanding and patient with me I had a bad tooth for 5 years that should have been removed, but due to my fear I just put it off ...until it broke in half This dental surgery took me in for a emergency I wasn't even a patient I'm just so grateful I have struggled all my life with anxiety when going to a dentist due to bad experience as a child Dr Andrew Bui removed my tooth without me even realizing that the procedure was done, that's how good he was Thank you so much Dr Andrew you are truly an Angel

Fantastic experience: Took my son here when he was 2 years old and had his first dental checkup. He’s been here twice now and both time went smoothly, Dr. Zhang was nice and patient and really knows her way around kids. The first time we came here I was so worried my son would scream and refuse to stay in the chair, or have a total meltdown, but none of that happened. He was cooperative the whole time, and Dr. Zhang made a balloon puppy for him to take home at the end, which he carried around everywhere he went for the next two days. A great clinic for those with little kids!

Negative experience: Very bad experience in castle hill centre’ for both my daughter and husband teeth check! They did two times X-ray for my daughter and the first time they said it only need to do once and they will have record but next time, my husband took her in and they did another X-ray ( both have been charged) only use assistant to check my husband teeth when he said his teeth is feel pain but the assistant asks him to come back again! And washing teeth charged more than $400! They just took a lot of money and didn’t do too much jobs!
