Fantastic experience: kudos to dr Darren and team for their amazing wisdom teeth extraction service! I was in pain and needed to get rid of my wisdom tooth. dr Darren said the tooth position was pretty complex but he could try to remove it on the same day. I told him I was tight on budget and he informed me that he could pull 1 tooth for a really reasonable price (under 400 for the extraction+ consult + medication). He was very calm and reassuring both on performing the extraction and delivering the answers to my questions. I left the place with one less problem and tiny hole in my pocket. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: My experience with evp dental is always spot on Obviously, I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but today I had the most comfortable teeth cleaning experience with Shadia. She was really welcoming and the most impressing part of her was the way she listens!! She listened to all I had to say, and she covered everything I’ve been curious or even paranoid about after the appointment with her, now I feel much more relieved and now I have plan for what to do to take care of my oral health. Fantastic experience: Had a really lovely experience speaking with the receptionist who answered when I called. I was unable to visit the clinic as I had covid, but was in a lot of pain from a gum infection. She was super empathetic, and despite me being unable to be seen, offered advice on how manage the pain and acquire antibiotics. This was at 9am 05/05/2025

Fantastic experience: Shadia (Oral Health Therapist) goes above and beyond taking genuine care in her patients and ensuring that they feel safe. She is gentle but thorough in her cleans and extremely understanding of dental related anxiety. She took the time to go through flossing technique with me and has made a significant impact in my personal oral health journey because of this. I feel so much more invested and confident in my smile because she made me feel it was important and achievable.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience and professional environment, Avery is very meticulous and genuinely cares about patients and understandsvery well customers needs, the assistant is fantastic too. Most of all I did not feel any pain during treatment and managed very well my health insurance dental allowance to minimise my out of pocket expenses, highly recommended!

I've been seeing her for my routine cleans for a couple of years now, and every time I go I'm greeted with such warmth and positivity! She is a master at putting people at ease, and truly makes the process feel as close to catching up with a friend as is possible (for a dental clean)! On top of that, she is top-tier at what she does - always gentle, communicative and genuinely cares about her patients. Always walk out with a smile, and not just because my teeth are sparkling! Fantastic experience: I began my dental journey at EVP with Dr. Norcross, needing several procedures that started with a bone graft and progressed to implant planning. Dr. Norcross was incredibly professional, and the excellent results showed that he got everything right. I was then referred to Dr. Darren Cai for my implant insertion and veneers. Dr. Cai’s work was outstanding—he was extremely detail-oriented, and the outcome was exactly what I had hoped for from my initial consultations. I've gained so much confidence in my smile, speaking confidently, and overall daily mood. I can't thank Dr. Darren enough for his dedication and for delivering results that truly suit me. Fantastic experience: Just started going here this year and am so happy :) I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr Avery and both he and the rest of the team (Sam at the front desk is an angel!) made the procedure so much less frightening, especially for an anxious person like me. I have such horrible experience with my dentist in the past but the staff of EVP is so kind, friendly and understanding especially to Sam from the reception who has really comforted me on my first visit and reassures me that everything will be okay and the doctors and staff here are all friendly, lovely and kind. And she was indeed right. Doctor Ting and his dental nurses has been really amazing and made me feel comfortable in all of my two visits so far. Very helpful and so humble, informative and knowledgeable, answers all your questions without making you feel stupid and rushed, builds up your confidence that they are there to help you get you back in shape without doing any body shaming. Today, I just did my root canal and believe it or not I fell asleep during the procedure that's how gentle Doctor Ting has been with my tooth. Fantastic experience: I have recently had a clean and check up, here at EVP Dental. The amazing staff had done excellent work cleaning and giving me the best experience possible. To Shadia the oral health therapist and Dr Avery who had helped me with my clean and check up, welcoming and accomodating me to a degree surpassing my expectations. Both welcoming me like family and assuring that I am in no discomfort. Shadia had made sure I knew all I had to know about maintaining my teeth through flossing and allowed me to learn and have a go at flossing my own teeth, now I have the knowledge on how to properly floss thanks to Shadia’s help and amazing teaching. Both Shadia and Dr Avery had displayed a high degree of professionalism while maintaining an appropriate amount of friendliness with a relaxed tone, bringing a warm and safe atmosphere making this dental appointment a pleasant visit. Fantastic experience: I have just undergone the removal of all of my teeth. I opted for sleep therapy as I am dental phobic. I cannot recommend Dr David Norcross nor the anaesthesiologist any higher. Every staff member I have dealt with have been fantastic! I was put to sleep and woke up hours later with zero knowledge of anything that happened. I was provided strong painkillers but haven’t used any. I had my fitting of temporary set yesterday so they could make my permanent ceramic set and this will all be completed within 5 days! I am swollen and bruised but still no pain meds. It’s unbelievable. If you’ve been wondering about doing it, don’t wait like I did!! Claim your smile back

After two consultations regarding my implant, it is evident that Dr. Norcross is a true specialist with a well-defined surgical plan. The implant procedure was a great success. Additionally, there were no hidden costs; the quote provided was exactly what I paid.

Fantastic experience: David Norcross' work has been excellent. Anyone willing to answer e-mails on dental options from the Bali pool-side deserves to get the work. Very clear communications and pain-free, hassle-free treatment.

I quickly learned that they are masters and have engineered best practise into their craft. They have leading edge people and Technology to ensure precision is built into the surgery. When it comes to emergency dentistry ensure you engage with the experts don’t assume your normal check up dentist is a specialist.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely reccommend this Dental surgery for all your dental needs. I have gone to them since the start of this year and have had some dental treatment and most recently widom teeth extractions. This practise organises everything from start to finish and the staff from receptionists to dentists are all very professional and helpful. I am a chicken going to the dentist however this detal practise I have found to be able to calm my nerves.

Fantastic experience: A cracked and infected molar is not something to trifle with! Eating, speaking and sleeping are virtually impossible without serious pain relief. So thanks Avery and the team at EVP Dental for fitting me in for an emergency consultation and removal of the offending tooth. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting EVP Dental for a number of years now and recently was introduced to an amazing Hygienist called Keryn. I cannot speak highly enough about Keryn and can honestly say that she is the best! I'm usually a nervous patient due to my gum disease/sensitivity but she puts me at ease with her gentle approach and as an added bonus she also amazing sense of humour!

Negative experience: EVP Dental is no longer supporting customers with HCF & HBF health cover. This is an unfortunate development and is impacting young families across the Victoria Park community. I call upon EVP Dental to reverse this decision and support those that have supported you over the years.

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to EVP Dental for nearly a year, and I have had the most amazing service. From Dr Darren and dental nurse Gusti who are a fantastic team, to all the admin staff have made the whole experience so easy, and now most recently Hygienist Fiona, who made a clean and scale so much fun, I’ve never laughed so much at a dentist appointment. No matter what you need, EVP Dental is where you need to go!

Negative experience: Nothing good to say about my experience with Donagh McDonagh. His bedside manner is wam bam thank you mam and you’re left wondering what’s going on as he could never give me a straight answer about what was happening with my bottom dentures. I paid the whole amount needed and now am being told by them to pay for an appointment where he damaged my bottom dentures and then they refused to help without me paying more for his mistake. Disgusting. However, my experience with Dr Oliver Ward was outstanding he was very gentle and I never felt any pain from having all of my bottom teeth out and healed amazing. Update: it’s been a year and they replied to my original review and said I would hear back from someone. She rang me regarding my dentures getting fixed and even promised it may be free of charge and how sorry they were blah blah blah and they never contacted me again. I would never recommend Donagh McDonagh. Save yourself the grief and find another dental practice.

Negative experience: Removing my review down to 1 star since they are now harrassing me over open pay not paying them even though i finished paying my plan with open pay near a year ago. I sent the relevant documents to the dental clinic with no response to it, but now trying to get me to pay again. Is it because i am a nobody and they think they can just bully a person on benefits around. Is it fair that they go after me because openpay did not pay them the money i paid them

Fantastic experience: I wish that the staff didn’t do such a great job at EVP Dental because my hygienist Keryn is amazing and I can never get an appointment with her as apparently everyone else thinks she’s great too! This dental clinic looks after my entire family, from age 3 to 60. We see Dr Liong, Dr Josefina, Dr Oliver and Keryn. These individuals are professional, engaging and great at their job. Dr Liong and Keryn have been especially amazing with my kids ensuring a positive experience for them so far as they now look forward to going the dentist for their check ups and cleans. I can’t recommend EVP Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this clinic and will recommend it without second thoughts. I got my appointment online over the weekend, but I called them on Monday, and they were very kind and managed to get me a spot to go earlier as I was in a lot of pain. I went to see Josefina. Not only did she perform an excellent and professional procedure that stopped my pain, but she also listened to my concerns and took the time to explain how to proceed. That included removing my wisdom tooth and referring me to her college Anmol. Anmol was already brief and had all my history, so I didn’t have to repeat myself. He was also very professional and fast! It took him longer to explain what would happen and what to do than remove my tooth. All the staff was also very diligent. Everything was smooth and ready for me (medicine, a list of dos and don’ts’ etc.) I Couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: EVP is a very friendly Dental practice with the girls at the front desk and the Dental Nurses all welcoming you with a big smile. It has a great vibe throughout the place. I see Dr Leong who makes an effort to talk with you whilst the Dental Nurse is getting you ready for the Oral Examination. He jots down on your notes the topic discussed during your visit and follows up on how everything is on your next Appointment. This shows he takes an interest in getting to know his patients as a true Professional that he is. And for the very first time today, l met Fiona the Hygienist. She did a magnificent job in cleaning my teeth. Looked like my teeth had been whitened I totally recommend these two Dental Professionals . Amanda

Fantastic experience: We’ve just moved to Vic Park and started using EVP Dental, like my two children who have gone in recent months, my first experience was fantastic. Reception were prompt and helpful, my Dentist (is it like the 80s Oral B ads where you aren’t allowed to identify them?) was friendly, informative and thorough. TVs on the roof, smooth tunes playing in background. What more could you want? I would happily recommend them for all your toothy needs.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with EVP for two years now. When I first came to them, I was a hot mess. My wisdom teeth were shot, I had decay and plaque build up. I have mental health issues and it impacted my dental health severely, but they never, ever made me feel bad or judged. When I was broke but needed stuff done, they were super flexible and upfront about costs. They have been friendly, honest and insanely helpful. But the best part is, it’s paid off. My last visit I had a check up and clean. And I’m perfect. No decay, no damage, no massive build up. Two years and my teeth are the best they have ever been. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Fantastic experience: Was very cagey to go and visit any dentist after my last experience with another dentist in Perth with one my tooth filling, which troubled me a lot, eventually mustered courage to visit EVP and meet Oliver Ward and what an outcome.
