Negative experience: dont pick up phone calls, stupidly expensive, will fine ways to charge u for literally anything like rescheduling, which i understand but ridiculous prices. cant even change orthos cuz way to deep into procedures. Do not reccomend and ignore all the good reviews he gets his friends to js write 5 stars

He is very professional, explains my situation thoroughly, and ensures I understand what is happening and the best possible treatment options for me. The receptionists, Valerie and Aiman, are also very friendly and helpful. This morning, one of my braces came loose, and they handled the situation smoothly. I was lucky that they were able to schedule an urgent appointment on the same day, so I could see Dr. Ho right away. Thank you to the entire team!

Negative experience: my braces wire broke and stabbed my gums deep inside i was promised Dr Ho always as I pay 2k each appointment for a orthodontist not some basic uni student that’s in training to do my bottom brace I got today and still yet am ment with cheap quality work and cheap materials for my braces which cause 10K in total no one is accepting my calls from office even when open i even signed a contract and asked what would happen if they messed up and they replied no answer and said they would never mess up this is literally unacceptable and please stop lying to your customers. This is so painful my top braces are ok though but for 10k not really worth it. I want my money back and compensation.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Doctor Ho is an excellent, caring dentist and the service here is amazing! My daughter has come here for around 2 years and her teeth have improved so much, from an extreme crossbite to an almost perfect set of teeth. Fantastic experience: I recently had my first appointment at SimplyBraces on 25th Nov. What drew me in was their charity cleft campaign called "Smile Transformation!" As a Chinese myself, it’s very touching. I honestly think it’s gonna be a big help in terms of rising awarenesses in the Chinese community. Fantastic experience: Both my daughters are patients of Dr Gareth Ho. He always gives his professional advice about which options are best to treat them so we make informed decisions short term and long term. He is tough ( to ensure we follow through with the decided procedure) but gentle when he needs to be. We went through 2 different treatment's for both girls, one stuck to the instructions given by the Doctor and had really amazing results, the other decided not to and her teeth/gum will need further treatment. She now knows that the Doctor was right all along needs to follow treatment instructions His staff are professional, helpful and always courteous. Highly recommended

Negative experience: dr.Ho 把我的下前牙整到骨开窗骨开裂了，x光片都可以看到下前牙的牙根脱离了骨头, 有治疗前后的x光对比，治疗之前牙齿全部在骨头里，没有任何问题，治疗后x光都可以看到明显的牙根外露，有一个牙齿二度松动，可能需要种牙， 我现在正在回国治疗，看了很多国内三甲医院的专家都拒绝治疗，专家说我在dr ho 开始治疗前的X光片显示牙齿都在骨头里没有任何问题，也没有明显的骨缺失，但是在治疗后牙根不在牙槽骨里面了，造成了严重的医疗事故，很危险，看到谷歌评价在两周内被刷了几十个，千万小心，很多都是托。

Negative experience: Not good enough. My teeth were not terrible but due to his incompetence I wore braces for almost 4 years. He overdid my teeth and gave me an underbite before he fixed it back. I was not completely happy with my teeth when he took off my braces since he plucked out my teeth and I had small gaps between my teeth now he did not fix . Almost choking on my own spit since he did not attention and suction in time. Each time I have appointment I’m waiting at least 30 minutes in the waiting area. One time I did not feel well and had emergency and went to use the “employee bathroom” he and the girls had no compassion for me and told me off to not use that bathroom in the future. Go to another orthodontist

I’ve only been wearing braces for about a year almost but I’ve seen a massive improvement in the straightness of my teeth.
