Fantastic experience: I’m currently getting aligner treatment with Dr. Gaurav Gogna to fix my cross-bite and improve overall teeth health, and I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better experience. He also did my wisdom tooth extraction, which healed perfectly within a few weeks. Dr. Gaurav is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, he checks in regularly, makes sure I’m comfortable, and is always happy to answer any questions. Even though I live in Brisbane, I don’t mind making the trip because the level of care and attention I get is excellent, he’s now become our regular dentist. The staff at Coomera Smiles are also really friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit easy and comfortable.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very welcoming. The staff is also kind and supportive, which made each visit a pleasant experience. Negative experience: Horrible experience for my 13 year old while the dentist tried to remove a baby tooth without needling first. Clear to see it wasn't coming out easily after 6 attempts. Time for a new family dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gaurav is a great dentist with a compassionate understanding of how invasive having dental work can be. He regularly checks to see if you’re managing everything ok and gives you regular breaks to help with the process. I highly recommend having him as your regular dentist. He can do it all and at the highest level - injection without the pain - yes, teeth deep (very deep) clean - to make them last much longer - yes, complicated tooth extraction - so gentle, that I felt no pain at all (nearly) on the second day - yes, make a perfect crown that feels better than old original tooth -yes. He is the best! Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: 100% I would Highly Recommend Coomera Smiles. Lovely place to go, Dr Louis and Tracy are amazing they are happy to take the time with you. They will listen to you and what your after and happy to work with you. They are helping me get my oral health back to 100% also setting me up with getting a Night Guard (help with me stop grinding my teeth) as well as a small partial plate to help keep my smile in line with having two missing teeth. With all of that I was also able to set up a "Little Things Humm loan" to help me pay it off worry free. Tracy is just awesome the way she greets you as you walk in, its the only place I've walked in and smiled as I've walked out. I will most definitely be continuing to go to Coomera Smiles for my oral health. For such a horrible situation its always a pleasure to be with Tracy, Nicole and Dr Louis work guys!

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I, unfortunately, have been to my fair share of dentists over the years, and Dr Louis is by far the best! He, Tracy and Nicole make the whole experience actually pleasant. From their friendly voices on the phone, to their smiles when you walk in, to their comfort throughout whatever work has to be done, they are excellent. Tracy very kindly listened and found a way to squeeze me in for an earlier appointment due to being in some serious pain. When I arrived for my appointment, I could feel my anxiety bubbling up, but Dr Louis put me at ease immediately and treated me with respect. He calmly explained what he was going to do and what we might be expecting and reassured me that it would all happen at my pace. Throughout the appointment, he was transparent and actually explained what was happening. Nicole kept a good eye on me ensuring I was okay throughout. For something I find terribly stressful, I felt like I was in excellent hands the entire time. After seeing dentists who have been condescending and have not communicated very well, Dr Louis and team are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend especially if a trip to the dentist makes you nervous.

Fantastic experience: Well for a person who is absolutely petrified and have not been for so many years because of it. I finally went today and was treated by Louis George. Most gentle caring dentist, explained everything as he went and made me feel at ease. Also has a good sense of humour. I need two crowns so back I go in two weeks so my two back teeth do not crack any further causing me to loose them. The dental assistant was wonderful and even at reception Tracey made me feel at ease. See you when I come back. Highly recommended for anyone especially if a scaredy-cat like me

Fantastic experience: After reading all the positive reviews about Dr Louis I was feeling good to give these guys a try and boy am I glad I did!! Dr Louis us worth more than his weight in gold- we were worried to take our child as they get a little upset/worried with sounds, feelings etc but Louis went above and beyond to make our child feel confident and comfortable and they did great! Even let Louis clean the teeth!! Would easily recommend this practice and the staff, if you are worried- dont be! We will definitely be making this our go to dentist!
