Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic ,very professional and caring towards their patients. I went multiple dentists to get a diagnosis ,however they didn’t know how to help me.I was in a very serve nerve pain. I saw Dr Mazin Ardi, he was very professional and experienced after I told him about my symptoms, he correctly diagnosed me with Trigeminal neuralgia and it was confirmed with MRI. I appreciate him so much for helping me with my TN condition. He’s very thorough, competent and experienced.I highly recommend him and I trust him with my dental treatments.

Negative experience: I've been to Ed Square Dental a few times now, and unfortunately, my experience has led me to lose trust in this clinic. Initially, I was told by Dr Sarah I needed a filling because I hadn’t had a professional dental cleaning in over 6 months, which supposedly caused a cavity. The strange part is—I’ve never had a professional cleaning in my life, yet have always taken good care of my teeth and never had any issues until I started visiting this clinic. Since then, the constant upselling of cleaning services has felt more like a business push than genuine dental advice. The filling itself took around 40 minutes, and I found it quite uncomfortable. Dr Sarah kept urging me to open my mouth wider, despite my jaw clearly being fatigued—this, combined with the drawn-out procedure, left me questioning the level of experience. Now, floss keeps getting stuck where the filling was done, but due to the high costs, I can't afford to go back to have it checked. On a more positive note, I did see Dr. Jabbar for a special filling on a tooth that was oddly shaped, and he did a fantastic job—quick, painless, and felt like high-quality work. However, he also recommended I replace my 8-year-old orthodontic retainers, saying they were low quality. I trusted his advice and purchased new ones through the clinic. Less than 2 years later, these retainers are already cracking. I was told this could be due to grinding or the nature of the plastic, and that replacements are expected every 3 years. But my original retainers (which I now regret replacing) lasted 8 years and could have gone longer. I contacted my orthodontist, who confirmed that good retainers typically last around 10 years. I can't help but feel like I was misled into spending more money unnecessarily. To end on a positive note, I want to mention that the receptionist team—especially Rachel—has always been lovely, kind, and helpful. It’s really unfortunate that despite the great front-desk service, I’ve lost confidence in the dental care I received. I won’t be returning. I’ve already spent too much here and don’t feel the value matched the cost.

From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by Jamie who is extremely helpful, friendly and professional with booking and understanding services, to meeting the dental staff like Dr Laith Alramadan who does an incredible job at making me feel comfortable which I feel is rather rare as someone who has sensitive teeth and gums. Not to mention the amount of confidence he and the dental team have given me with my Invisalign!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jabar is truly gentle, professional, & outstanding in his field. He made me feel completely at ease, showing no judgment about the condition of my gums & buildup due to my pregnancy. He regularly checked in to ensure I wasn’t in any discomfort. I was so comfortable & impressed that I booked a check-up for my husband next week & my own follow-up for next year. The clinic is very convenient, with ample parking, & the receptionist & dental assistant were both so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Recently went in as I had some fillings that needed to be done although I had the intention of being put to sleep for it as I was scared of the process. After speaking with Jamie and Alex they convinced me to try doing 1 in the chair with them. The process was so smooth and well done that I ended up getting them all fixed in the chair without being put to sleep. I would definitely recommend Alex and her dental assistant Jamie.

Fantastic experience: This is an absolute pleasure to write this review. I had reservations about going to the dentist in the whole beginning as I was worried about cost pain and embarrassment. I couldn't have been made feel more comfortable and welcome. Firstly Jamie the reception is absolutely fantastic. She is very helpful and friendly. And always good to chat to. Dr Laith was a god send. He ensured that I would be in as minimal pain as possible and gave me several options that lined up with my budget.and I have reached the outcome that is perfect for me I highly recommend Ed Square dental to anyone that is looking for a dentist for any work they need

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t happy with my usual dentist and have been thinking about trying a new dentist and was looking at Ed Square Dental. I had an emergency visit on a Saturday (my usual dentist couldn’t see me or fit in an emergency) and Dr Sheri was booked out but fitted me in as she knew I was in pain. Her compassion and caring was appreciated. Outcome was root canal. I’ve heard all the bad stories about root canal and to be honest I wasn’t looking forward to it but Dr Lateef talked through everything and put me at ease. He is friendly, caring and professional. Would highly recommend Dr Sheri and Dr Lateef. I have now found my new regular dentist!!

Negative experience: I have just cancelled all future appointments and closed files for my whole family at the clinic. While dentists are lovely, receptionist should work on her personality, she is arrogant, rude and lacks empathy at least over the phone. While I understand there policies to be followed, sometimes there are situations that are out of control and cancellations have to be made last minute.

He’s taken absolute care and worked with precision every single visit, to the point that I’m no longer apprehensive about a dental appointment anymore.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laith is a skillful, caring and kind dentist. He gives you options to your dental problem and let you decide. He was the first to discover a pocket hole in my tooth . I highly recommend you to see him. Oh and he is also good with kids. Few week ago, We went there for my son's tooth extractions and he did it amazingly! Neat, clean and gentle. He is one of our favourite dentist in this area.
