Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Newton Dental & Implants for many years. I have had 2 visits over the last week for a filing and a root canal. The wonderful service starts with Toni, receptionist & office administrator. Toni was able to work out my health fund to my procedures at minimal cost to me. Always great when you have a dental emergency. Now to Dr Romeo and ihis assistant, they explain the procedure, and professional in their work. So much so, yesterday while having the root canal I fell asleep!!!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Assad was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable throughout and answered all of my questions patiently. Whether it was a routine cleaning or more in-depth work, the care and attention to detail were outstanding. What impressed me most was the emphasis on both dental health and patient comfort. I never felt rushed, and the appointment started right on time. The follow-up and communication were also top-notch. Fantastic experience: Let's be honest, we all hate dentists. For me, personally, it's the sound of the drill. It keeps me up at night and is one of the many reasons why I try to postpone my appointments every time they come around...but then there is Newton Dental & Implants. From the moment you are greeted at reception by the lovely Toni, you are instantly put into a state of calm. She is so hospitable and understanding. Then there is the hygienist Nick. He is so gentle and always checks up on you to make sure everything is OK during a clean. Last but not least, there is the Dentist(s). They are all great. I had a routine filling done by Dr Asad who took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure. He was, together with his assistant on the day, the best in the business. Highly recommended. Following on from this review I sent earlier, I recently had a root canal done by Dr Ameya Joshi. He was so comforting throughout the procedure. The team are so lovely. I highly recommend Newton Dental & Implants for all of your oral needs.

Fantastic experience: Tony is so lovely, so welcoming once I stepped in, greeting me by name despite my first time visiting and accommodating me despite busy times in the lead up to Christmas. Mei is amazing, I am usually scared to see dentists in general but her calm hands made me feel so reassured. I had to have a filling done - Mei completed the procedure without any discomfort or pain at all, it was so comfortable throughout the whole process and Mei made sure it was completely perfect before I left the practice. I will recommend Newton Dental & Implants over and over again if I could, I’ll be asking all my family, friends and husband to visit if they’re needing dental work!

The hygienist Veena is passionate about dental hygiene, listens to the client & does a thorough clean and gives helpful simple tips for you to do at home. Emily my dentist makes me feel at ease, listens to my concerns and fears all with a beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: I make no secret of the fact that I have a phobia around dental treatments. However, I’ve taken myself in hand and have committed to a range of treatments at Newton Dental & Implants. I still cannot abide going to the dentist, however, largely due to the consistently caring and personal approach of their amazing receptionist Toni, I have gone to every appointment. The difference that Toni makes is phenomenal. The authentic personalised approach in which she greets me; the additional assistance she gives with empathy to enter the room; the patience she shows around billing, and the post treatment checking in are beyond reproach.

Negative experience: I am reporting this ,Today i took my 8 years old son to the dentist for emergency due to pain and infected back teeth. YOU have let a unqualified high school student try on my son's teeth . HE WAS IN PAIN. The student kept going and forcing the teeth out and giving him more bing.The doctor was behind the student with no supervision. MY SON IS STILL IN PAIN. His teeth's sitiuation is worst. Remainder he is 8 years old. I will rise this to authorites if any worst conditions happens to him
