Fantastic experience: I had a great experience visiting this dental clinic. The doctor welcomed me with great respect, asked detailed questions, and carefully listened to my concerns. Dr.Nava took an X-ray before starting the treatment, filled the tooth professionally, and took another X-ray afterward to ensure everything was done correctly. She also explained what he had done, why she did it, and what I should expect in the future. The service was very budget-friendly, and I paid with complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this doctor to everyone!

Negative experience: Tried this place for a scale and clean. Although the doctor was nice and professional enough, it was a painful clean, as I was used to the cleaning work being done more carefully and sensitive, with more communication to the patient. The scale and clean was done in half the time of what I was used to.

Negative experience: I am beyond shocked at the experience I’ve herd about today. My mother came in for a filling and she is an older women who suffers from anxiety which was mentioned in the consult, instead of Nava diffusing and helping the anxiety she made it allot worse. My mum was in tears shaking from a panic attack. First she didn’t even numb her properly and gave her only 1 needle then when my mother was experiencing an anxiety attack she started to yell at her. Disgusting behaviour and you call yourself a professional? You should feel so ashamed. Don’t know why you’re in the industry if you don’t know how to treat a human being.

Negative experience: Why does Nava charge $400+ for a 15min clean, when even dentists in Toorak charge half this price? Avoid going here unless you want to be ripped off. Absolutely disgraceful!

Negative experience: Everything was 5 star until I asked them for an invoice and then suddenly they turned to be kinda rude. They seemed quite offended by my request. I don't see any reason why they might be offended for providing an invoice if they trust what they do.

Fantastic experience: Pedram Dental Clinic is a very warm and welcoming dental practice. Dr. Nava was an amazing Denist and very professional. Both of my kids (age 5 and 7) had seen her for several times now. She makes them feel very comfortable in the dental chair, both of Dr. nava and her assistant. My two boys had a great experience at the dentist and never feel scared to take a trip there. I will be recommending her and this practice to my friends and family. I would give 10 stars if I could :)

Negative experience: I had a filling done here , she gave me 2 numbing shots at the front of my gums and never did the back of my gums and she did it without warning , she didn't wait long enough for the numbing to be in effect properly and I felt some pain when she was drilling , she then did the filling and the filling has sharp edges and I now have pain while chewing even more so than before.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Pedram Dental Clinic for the last 4 years. Each time I'm greeted with a smile, and am given some of the best dental care I've ever had. I really appreciate all that the doctors/dentists do at the clinic, including helping me with a mouth guard that protects me from myself at night when I'm asleep. Really reasonably prices too (more so if you've got health insurance!)

Fantastic experience: Have been to Dr. Nava Pedram few times in the past few years. She’s patient and understanding. Especially, when I have a problem of hyper-salivation. The best part being she would do procedures quickly and diligently which usually might take couple of sittings.

Negative experience: I don’t know if it was because I had a voucher from government health system. Or what I did to the “dentist” nava. But after I sat in her chair it turned into a nightmare. After 2 shots and still feeling pain she told me we just had to power through it. I had no choice. Even though I was obviously in agony she proceeds to rip out the nerves in my tooth while talking to her receptionist and not even looking at what she is doing. I had no choice but to take it because I had a hole in my tooth she already started. She showed no care that I was in pain. I will never go back and suggest avoid at all costs. Frankly I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place.
