Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for 5 years, and I’ve always been satisfied. The clinic is very clean and well-maintained, and the dentists and oral health therapist is highly skilled and explained everything clearly, so I always felt I was in good hands. I’ve had cleanings, extractions, and fillings done here, and every time the treatment has been excellent. I feel confident coming here and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: One of the best, most caring and overall wonderful experiences for my partner Hannah and I yesterday. My partner had an emergency broken tooth that required immediate attention. Dr Ingar Wong and dental assistant Tara, showed Hannah, who was incredibly scared and nervous, immense respect, understanding and comfort through the entire procedure which took over an hour. They also made the time to fit her in to their very busy afternoon. Practice manager Malina also offered to call Hannah’s work place on her behalf to help as much as they could with her recovery. If there were more stars to give, we would. My partner came away from the ordeal with such gratitude to these wonderful people and a brand new understanding that dentist don’t have to be a scary place. She was honestly overwhelmed with just how kind-hearted everyone was to her. Thank you to Dr Inga and Tara. Both of your care was truly appreciated. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jake Jang is excellent, he uses the latest technology, is warm and caring while being very professional, and has done crowns snd implants for me at half the price of other dentists. I have had no problems whatsover and am very happy with the high quality of the materials he uses and with the attention to detail that he applies. Malina the receptionist is so friendly and helpful too, i have had to cancel last minute due to illness and she never minds or charges for cancellation. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jake and all of his staff were the stellar on all levels. I had a tooth extracted, yet unlike prior dentists I visited, Dr Jake was painless, precise and swift. Just as I was getting comfortable in the chair and gearing myself up mentally for the pain of having a tooth pulled, he said, “All done”. I thought he was joking, he wasn’t. They also went out of their way to set up Netflix for my viewing on the ceiling, and their scanning machines and tech gadgets appear all brand new. I can’t recommend Dr Jake and his team enough. As a voiceover artist who relies on my speech for income, I was talking as per usual after a day and a half.

Fantastic experience: Gosford Family Dentists..... A dynamic young team using the latest up-to-the-minute best-practice methods and technology, together with good, old-fashioned courtesy ! A winning combination. To say that I was somewhat apprehensive regarding the dental work that I recently required would be an under-statement, I was filled with dread. I hadn't been to see a Dentist in decades and and my teeth were in a forlorn state of dis-repair. Fantastic experience: Hi, I cant speak too highly of GFD and totally recommend them without reserve. Great team! I had a tooth issue last year and booked in to a dentist to get it fixed. Got a rookie dentist who could not fix it. I rang around, and when I contacted GFD, they got me in almost straight away. Saw Jake and after a couple of x-rays he sussed out the real problem and did some work to fix it. Have had no problems since. Thanx Jake and the team at GFD.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jake has been a wonderful dentist to me and my family. During covid I had suffered with some dental complications and Dr Jake helped me when no one else would. He was always there for me throughout. He would even call me during the night to check on me. Before covid, I completed a smile makeover with Dr Jake and he did an excellent job. He has also helped my son and brother with all their dental needs. My brother had false teeth done elsewhere and had a hard time with it. Everyone is welcoming and chatty which would put anyone at ease if they had any reservations about seeing the dentist. There is a TV on the ceiling so easy to get distracted while in the chair. I usually like to ask a lot of questions about treatment options and the condition of my teeth and Dr Jang is always more than happy to answer any questions I have. My only regret is that I'm moving away and will have to find another dentist. Thanks team! :)

Negative experience: Went to see Tommy with very painful tooth. After the obligatory review and x-ray to rack up fees, dentist refused to treat tooth. Was told he would not work on tooth that had been worked on by another dentist. Why not tell me this before the consultation when I explained the background clearly. Very disappointed! Waste of my time and money and I'm still stuck with a very painful tooth.
