Positive experience: Dr Natasha is amazing and would definitely recommend her! She is the first non-judgmental and understanding dentist I have come across and I can’t recommend her enough - she made me not hate going to the dentist lol. The counter staff are also very friendly, bubbly, and pleasant to interact with. The only complaint I have is the wait time is a bit unreasonable. Both times I have attended I have waited over 40 minutes to be seen, even with a comfirmed appointment, so that’s the only disappointment I experienced.

Fantastic experience: I'm always a little anxious about visiting dentists, due to past experiences at various different dental clinics over the years. However, that all changed when my partner saw Dr Anis for a checkup a couple of weeks ago, and recommended I make an appointment for myself. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr Anis is really friendly, welcoming, honest, upfront and explains everything step by step and plainly details what you need to do to keep your teeth and gums healthy. I felt no anxiety whatsoever during my visit. Additionally, I have to give the lady at reception a shoutout as well. Unfortunately I didn't grab her name, but she was also very friendly and welcoming, which contributed towards easing my anxiety.

She was bubbly, kind and understanding. Fantastic experience: I attended an appointment at Primary Dental in January this year, with Dr. Harriet, and dental nurses Fumiko and Hatice. Visiting the dentist is usually like doing the taxes…a necessary evil. However the ladies at Primary were more than a pleasant surprise. Extremely friendly and professional, helpful with queries and information, and Dr Harriet had a light and confident touch. They were also very helpful and competitive with their prices and services. I don’t usually bother with reviews unless I am appalled (more often these days), or feel that goods & services were above average (not often enough). I hope values and staff don’t change before I need to go back for my next appointment. Very happy. Recommended

Initially what made me stop to enquire at the dental surgery in Morley is because my GP is there and Marit who was at the front desk was definitely the one that made me feel comfortable and welcome.
