Fantastic experience: For 10+ years I have always been scared of the dentist, but seeing Dr Joshua Lee always makes me feel comfortable, engages in conversation and never feels like there is any judgements passed. As long as I am living in the Gold Coast, I will always come here. The reception team have also always been wonderful and super friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic for teeth whitening and had my treatment with Dr Josh. I’ve always been really interested in whitening, so I had a lot of questions – but he was super kind and answered every single one, even the tiniest ones, with patience. He explained each step of the process really clearly too. My teeth are quite sensitive, so I was a bit worried at first, but I was able to complete the treatment comfortably. The whitening product Dr Josh recommended worked really well for my sensitive teeth, and I’m already seeing great results – very happy with it!

His level of knowledge, skill and care is truly exceptional and made me felt like I was good hands from the vert first examination appointment. My faulty filling and toothache was taken care of in a swift and it was comfortable every step of the way. They are super well-equipped so whether it’s just a clean, minor or major dental you can be sure you’ll be well taken care of. Negative experience: This business tows away vehicles for $300 that are parked in their visitors space for 1/2hrs- when there is plenty of parking plus a free car park across the road where people could park! How morally and ethically wrong. They should have clearer signing that they would be doing this- or have codes for their customers to use for exclusive parking- the receptionists couldn’t care less about it as well- what disgusting attitudes

He is very professional, highly skilled, as well as kind, patient, caring and compassionate. Dr Ben worked his magic under tricky conditions with a fragile TMJ jaw , an anxious patient, and all within a mouth full of less than straight forward challenges. Fantastic experience: For the past two years Coastal Dental Care have been cleaning my families teeth etc and we’ve been seeing Dr Joshua Lee. He’s actually an amazing dentist and so professional. Today he had to remove a rear tooth as unfortunately it cracked in the roots. He has made me feel so comfortable and informed me of the process along the way. After the tooth was removed he packed the socket with artificial bone and stitched it up so in 6 months while I’m in Thailand I can have an implant put in. Dr Joshua is such a good dentist, really takes exceptional care of you. Fully recommend anyone looking for a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: This morning my husband broke one of his front teeth. We quickly called our son who lives locally for his recommendation, to call Coastal Dental Care. We called just after 8am, they answered!!!!! And how lucky my husband was to get an appointment with Dr Craig Waring at 9:15am this morning. Fantastic experience: Ive been to many many dentists. But I have to say Josh actually makes going to dentist a little more enjoyable. Hes just so damn good, nice, honest, and gentle. He doesn't try and upsell and say that you need things when you dont. Hes quick and thorough. Seriously Josh you are the best the best Ive been to in my 45 years of going to dentists. (no he's not my relative LOL) Hes just VERY good :-). When you change your dentist and go to him and the staff at Mermaid Coastal you will not regret it. After visits to 3 clinics on the Gold Coast, I almost gave up trying to find a skilled dentist I could trust and started looking in Brisbane till I was told about Coastal Dental Care. Craig is a mature-age professional who really knows his stuff and he explained the treatment I was about to have in a clear and reassuring manner. I'd endured an abscess for almost a week and he navigated a tricky tooth extraction that gave me immediate relief. Fantastic experience: Joshua Lee treated my partner for teeth whitening he was very professional but also down to earth and made my partners first time dental experience in Australia a memorable one. As a person who has had trauma from dental visits in his home country he was not too sure about going to a dental clinic anytime soon here in Australia. But after speaking to Joshua Lee and going through treatment with his teeth my partner was very comfortable and he was able to provide information where he could understand the service provided in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Joshua Lee it is hard to come across customer service like this nowadays let alone someone that treats like you a friend than a paying customer we will be back again!
