Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Dr Chhavi today for an uncompleted root canal removal and I am happy with the service she delivered. Dr Chhavi checked up to ensure I was not feeling pain at all multiple times during numbing time. The overall removal was completely painless and barely took over 15 minutes. Fantastic experience: Found this dentist clinic online in a panic. They fitted me in at late notice because I broke my tooth right before closing hours of other dentists. Thank god . Negative experience: Not a very good dentist i have left there twice feeling more pain then when i got there. The receptionist ashley was very nice thats the only good thing. other then that for the money spent i have had a very bad experience at this place and am not happy

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my 8 year old son in for tooth pain and removal of a tooth at 7:30pm one evening. Was a last minute appointment and they took him in straight away. Reception and the dentist made everything work smoothly and without fuss. The dentist removed the tooth without my son even knowing it was happening. He was very good with my son as was his dental nurse. Highly recommend this dental clinic. Very professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: To the Management of E Dentist at Dandenong Branch. I recently visited Your Dandenong Branch for the first time. I was so welcome by the receptionist by the name of Ashlee. My Doctor by the name of Dr. Jenny Lei and have my broken tooth treated. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into her surgery room, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Jenny Lei was not only highly professional but also incredibly gentle and thorough in her work. She explained every step clearly, ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and the outcome was fantastic. So I booked in with her for the following 2 weeks. But to my knowledge , I was referring to another Dr? Dr. Jenny Lei is an asset to the company, As due to her outstanding surgery done to my broken tooth. Negative experience: Partner has bad toothache and in need of a dentist. We found this place claiming that they open until 8pm but the clinic wasn’t even open when we got there and no one attended the phone call. We were kind of desperate to get help and were in the local area so didn’t call prior even though we should have. Trust Google reviews so much and got disappointed at the end.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laith has been absolutely fantastic, I had horrible wisdom teeth decay and the pains were intolerable. I found EDentist on Google and went in 2 days before Christmas, Dr Laith immediately reviewed my case and did the procedure the same day. All the other private dental clinics were either closed or had appointments months later, I was worried I will have to go to the ER. I can’t thank him enough for being so professional and making sure I got the treatment I needed. I absolutely recommend for anyone needing urgent dental care.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough kind things about this dental clinic. What was a desperate 2am booking for my 5yo son who had a severe tooth ache was quite honestly the best experience for both him and I. Ashlee at reception was inviting, friendly and up for a laugh and Dr. Stanley was extremely professional, kind and made my 5yo feel so calm, without a single tear being shed for an extraction! Thank you Sana too for holding my son’s head and being kind when he was a little scared. All around a 10/10 experience that I will be recommending to everyone going forward!

Positive experience: I attended this clinic on 20th Nov. I must admit the dentist. did a thorough clean up a very good job, but my teeth has never been the same after that. It's been almost 45 days & I am unable to chew my food from one side since then. My gums have been sore, my teeth are now over sensitive. I held on until now hoping it would get better with each single day but it's gone worse. The concerned dentist is away on a holiday. I have been asked to see another dentist. Why should I be shelling out more money due to no fault if mine. Dentists are not cheap. Be aware if you are getting your teeth cleaned, never do a deep cleaning. I didn't ask for a deep cleaning, so always let your dentist know.

Fantastic experience: I brought both my children in for a dental check and clean. Dental visits have always been quite daunting for me but the service here was fantastic from reception to the actual treatment. We had lots of questions for the receptionist, Sara who was so patient and lovely. Once we came through to Dr. Alan, I immediately felt comfortable as he gave us a very warm welcome. With both my kids, Dr. Alan explained everything thoroughly as he went through each step. From the reception staff right through to the dentist, Dr. Khalad, were fantastic. Reassuring me while I was in the chair decreased my anxiety. Positive experience: The doctor I had during the process, helped me understand the issues and processes involved with my damaged teeth and the rest of them after he fixed the front two. I was in pain trying to call the nearest dentist in my area which was EDentist Dandenong. I called on a Saturday after 8pm. I don’t even remember leaving a message but the reception called me back the next day and booked an appointment for me straight away. Thank You receptionist! Your follow up was what I needed or else I wouldn’t kept sleeping. My dentist was the coolest. Made me feel welcome, comfortable and very transparent with his work. (pricing, procedure, & options). During my procedure & the coolest part of the experience was the Dentist re-ensure I was comfortable and also re-ensure I was numb enough where I didn’t feel the pain. The dentist was gentle and super transparent and checking in if I was ok before he moved forward to the next step/procedure. Fantastic experience: Got an appointment the same day for an emergency for my daughter 3 year old 2nd time at a dentist. Dr Adren was very inviting and great with my daughter who had just encountered a traumatising experience with her teeth. Fantastic experience: I had my impacted wisdom tooth taken out by dr. L Matlub. We all had a good laugh afterwards over my anxiety prior to the extraction. He was very gentle, quick and efficient. The extraction itself took no longer than about 5 minute. Maybe even less. He also showed a lot of confidence in his work and was very reassuring, compassionate and extremely patient towards my over reaction before starting. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Dr Laith from EDentist was amazing. I had a really impacted and painful but not infected wisdom tooth that had gotten worse on a Sunday with extreme jaw pain. He was able to remove it in chair with x rays for less than $800 before private health rebate. It was a very non painful procedure I didnt feel any of the needles or any pain from the tooth being removed. It was so minimally invasive I was able to go to work on Monday at 9am with no swelling, minimal pain and no bleeding. A truly amazing dentist experience in comparison to every other dentist I’ve ever been too. Will be back for all my regular checks and dentist needs. A will be telling all my friends, family, work colleagues and clients about the positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Had my first time appointment with these guys and I can tell you I wasn’t disappointed at all! The atmosphere when walking in was warm and relaxing. The team, they were truly amazing! Even the receptionist was a sweetheart!
