Fantastic experience: I began my implant journey with Aider Dental Clinic about two years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My case was a little complicated ... I had all my teeth removed at 17 and wore dentures for over 21 years. By the time I came to Aider, my jaw bone had shrunk considerably, and with my small mouth and jaw, implants seemed almost impossible. The team at Aider proved otherwise. Their skill and expertise were outstanding ... they put together a customised plan for me, which included all-on-fours plus four bone grafts on the top. On the bottom, the implants had to be placed close together at the front, but it worked beautifully. I’ve just had my one-year check-up, including a clean, x-rays, and a full review, and everything is perfect. They even went above and beyond when I asked about a new retainer at short notice. Because I was travelling, they organised it for me within an hour ... I left that same day with a brand new retainer in hand. The admin staff deserve a special mention too .. they are so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they make the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I’m so thankful to the entire team at Aider Dental Clinic for their professionalism, care, and support. I highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants, especially for tricky or complex cases.

Fantastic experience: I’ve not had a good experience at the dentist until I went to Aider. Standout would be that they always explain the procedures clearly and make sure I understand before beginning, which I haven’t experienced to that level at other clinics. As someone without health insurance, it’s affordable and great quality work and products.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with this company for over 2 years, they provided me with expert and detailed information ensuring I was fully informed of how, when, cost and time frame prior to agreeing to go ahead with my implants. The processI would have to say was not without discomfort or pain, however, the staff at the clinic made sure I was as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. I could not be happier with the result and would highly recommend AIDER to anyone thinking about taking the plunge into giving themselves a smile you can be proud of. On completion of the procedure you remain fully supported post implant fitment and care remains to a very high standard. My brother went to another organisation and owing to their focus on making money his implants failed and he then required further treatment that lasted much longer than necessary, AIDER are patient focused first.

Fantastic experience: Too much to compliment but I will just say that reception staff were always friendly and helpful and every time I had to make an appointment or reschedule and there were many appointments across two years to get implants and bridges upper and lower and just a huge amount of work but whether it was the dentist or the system specialist who were taking molds or digital scans I have to say that this dental clinic did I great job at caring for me and helping me through very difficult time and I am extremely happy with the end result and would recommend this clinic... in particular a shout out to Dr Ben who was awesome.

I unfortunately have had dental issues most of my life so I know dentist and have been to dentist all over the world and I can honestly say they are the best I have come across. They are experts in their field and have always done amazing work. I have had a bridge, 4 implant's and 2 front teeth crowns along with other things. I now take my kids there too. Their prices are very reasonable and if you have dental insurance they do their best to use every part of it, so you pay less. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks team.

Negative experience: After finding Aider I chose to seek their help. I never saw the same dentist twice. Each failed in small ways that eventually added up to a major failure. My ceramic prosthetic was OK,,,,,, unfortunately it was installed incorrectly and what should have been a 4 post installation became a x single post pivot. The problem manifested itself to me quite early by fracturing the socket on the pivot point. This did not manifest as a failure for several years ,,,, but when it failed I was left with a dislike o deed post and no glue on 2 others ,,,,, (indicating the sockets were located,,,, but were floating). When I complained and asked for a repair I was given a practitioner who could not speak my language and his only purpose was to blame me and deny any responsibility for the failure. Subsequent visits to other dentists have left my with nothing. No other dentist will even look at my problem. I don't know what to do. Looks like I'm gunna be eating soup through a straw for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: After knowing I was in need of complete replacements for a few years now, I have spent a lot of time looking at potential providers, including overseas ones. However the Aider clinic kept coming up as the most logical choice for a number of reasons, including accessibility, price, the quality of materials used, and the fact that they have a full dental lab on-site. I'm in the last leg of my treatment now with my try-ins and final Zirconia bridge in a couple of months. However thus far, my journey has been a good one. From multiple extractions, to the implant process, and the temporary prosthetics, my experience with everyone, from the front desk staff, to the dentists, to the dental prosthesist, has been nothing but one of kind, considerate, and utterly professional staff. I was concerned about one thing at one stage and they happily booked me in for a quick check - free - no trouble, but things were all OK. So nice to see there are still people about who take pride in the quality of their work.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Aider more highly.. if there were 10 stars I would give them 10. From my first appointment to my last, the service I received was incredible. The front desk reception to the lab team to the dentists and dental assistants - AMAZING I required some teeth removed and a bridge to be placed. It was quite a daunting experience as I have dental anxiety due to previous dentists (hence my predicament needing a bridge) but it was made exceptionally easy with all the information provided, gentle and caring technicians and appointments booked on the same day. Each dentist was gentle and put my experience and comfort first. The technicians were all happy to help me with my fittings and adjustments. The entire process was completed in a couple of months. And the final results are amazing. The bridge I received is beautiful (I never thought I’d say that) and looks very natural. Bruna, the front office coordinator, is the nicest receptionist I have ever had the experience dealing with. Bruna is very professional, yet friendly and super caring. You can tell she genuinely cares about each of her customers. She always made me feel very comfortable, like I was in safe hands and she was not even doing the dental work! I also noticed her training other team members on the front desk whilst I was in between appointments and she was calm and clear explaining procedures to them. I believe Bruna is a huge asset to Aider Dental is the perfect fit for that role. All in all I am extremely happy with everything I have experienced with Aider and I will be back for all my dental needs in the future. Thank you all so much for giving me my smile back!!
