Fantastic experience: My favourite dentists in Brisbane! Dr Audrey has given me a perfect smile with her orthodontic work and Dr Ken has always made me feel comfortable and well looked after. My three kids also love coming to the dentist so they can watch the tv on the ceiling!

Negative experience: I have been going here for almost 20 years or so, the people are generally friendly and ken is a nice dude. But ever since the move and rebrand, it has not really kept the same standard of quality service as before. With the brand new nice looking interior it looks great but when the service is not as good as once was, it personally gives me the feeling of looks can be deceiving and cost cutting. Every time i go here there always seems to be a least something wrong, whether that be bad communication, or a teeth cleaning that feels like they are trying to tear my gums apart, of course comparing it to when instances when it has felt like they were using cotton to clean my teeth. But i will not be returning as the quality is slowly decreasing and not wanting to put myself through another torture session for no reason.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. Dr Ken Pih, Dr Audery Hii and Ms Thao Pham always explain what the procedures are and how I can maintain my teeth. I used to get scared visiting the dentist but Ken and his team make sure that it's a good experience.

They team are professional, non-judgemental, accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've had several major complications due to previous dental work at another practice, and GDS have been incredible at working with me to rectify these issues. I cannot stress enough how incredible this team are and how safe I feel in their hands. Really really recommend coming here if you're looking for a new clinic!

Quotes on insurance contributions/out of pocket cost helps tremendously. I had a problem filling replaced at short notice with no extra cost. It's always a pleasure to see the staff at GDS and I recommend them to all.

I also see the wonderful Dr Audrey for Botox injections into my masseter muscles which have been very effective for relief of teeth grinding! I would highly recommend Greenslopes Dental to anyone.

Was previously told by a specialist that I needed to pull teeth out and it will take 2 years.
