Fantastic experience: Dr Chen was caring and explained the whole process and costs to replace a tooth which cracked after hours. This was my first visit to this practice and also to a Dentist in years, due to my longstanding fear of needles. Dr Chen and the Nurse/Assistant could not have made me feel more comfortable and repaired the tooth there and then. Highly recommend and have booked another appointment already.

Negative experience: I attended this clinic seeking answers regarding a sore jaw and, specifically, if there was any impact of this on my teeth. Those questions were completely ignored until months later when I received an email asking me to book in for a $700+ treatment for this issue that, as I said, was blatantly ignored at the time of my appointment; there was zero discussion of this issue or of this treatment. Dodgy, unhelpful and just want your money.

Negative experience: This Chinese Dentist is a rip off I booked a checkup and needed my teeth cleaned and he didn’t even go through my teeth and do a proper check! or even suggest a clean as I asked him’ he does not speak good English he is Chinese and I don’t think he understood what I was needing’ but even if he was a Decent dentist he would encourage me to book in for a clean or do it then within my hour appo ! I then went to a dentist at golden grove who was fantastic and professional and could see straight away I needed plaque removed so did it straight away ‘

Fantastic experience: Dr Chen and the lovely Dental Assistant were Fantastic with my child who gets anxiety. This was my child first visit ever whom is primary aged and they were super nice and very thoughtful. The visit went down perfectly which was a huge relief! Highly recommend this Practice!
