Fantastic experience: I had a very tricky front tooth implant done here over 3 years ago, and it still looks absolutely perfect—you’d never know it wasn’t my natural tooth. Since then, I’ve continued to come here for my dental care and every visit feels welcoming and professional. They’ve also really improved on waiting times, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for both expertise and care!

Negative experience: Was completely disheartened & traumatised by one of their Dental Surgeons ... Travelled from a country BORDER TOWN, made an overnight stay of it ~ as I'd waited 20 years to start enquiring about reconstructive dental work! Wasn't even in there 15 minutes when my longhaired Indian Dental Surgeon, informed me basically, that I wouldn't be able to afford the 70-80k in work I would need done - and excused me from my appointment! I walked out & broke into tears & decided I would NEVER let another dentist make me feel like that again!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience with Claudia the dentist at Creative smiles was not a positive one. I went back several times to talk to them about it but did not get any satisfaction. I have now been asked to write to them. Be careful to get your requests/wishes recorded and don't be intimidated into signing a consent. They offered to redo their work/veneers if I paid the full price again! As in it would have cost me double to get what I originally wanted. The final veneers are in a different position to the smile design. Do Creative Smiles only respond to the good reviews??

Fantastic experience: Claudia and her team are impeccable at their job and always make it so easy and enjoyable. I wanted to get my teeth straightened for years, and went to a few places to get quotes. Not only were CS the most honest, but they were the most competitive too. I went ahead with the ‘Spark’ aligners, which are the Invisalign alternative and couldn’t be happier with my results. After 10 months, my smile was complete. Couldn’t recommend Claudia any more if I wanted to!!!!

Fantastic experience: If you’re considering Invisalign, just do it!! I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Claudia and I am so happy with the results! Claudia did a great job with the dental work as well as addressing any concerns I had. My teeth are not only straight but my bite has been fixed, and my teeth now fit together properly! I was a bit nervous as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but I’m so happy I chose Creative Smiles. A big reason I went with them was the payment plan which allows fortnightly payments over a couple of years. Although, even without the plan, the clinic charges reasonable prices. Ricki-Lee and all the receptionists are very friendly and approachable, and the clinic generally has a positive atmosphere. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Every single person I have dealt with at this clinic has been absolutely lovely to deal with. I have had two dentist here over the years and both have been extremely competent. They have persisted with my Invisalign program until I am 100% happy with the outcome. Could not recommend this place more!

Fantastic experience: This year I finally got around to have dental implants – and they’re fantastic! As a child of 1960 and 70s dental care, I had few molars and one loose front tooth. I was a little apprehensive initially, but following discussion with Dr. Reza, had 8 implants placed in February. I only experienced post operative pain for around 1 day, followed by some minor discomfort for about a week. The implants healed extremely well, so by mid-July I had 8 new teeth fitted. They match perfectly and feel, look, and function exactly as my natural teeth. Throughout the whole experience, Ash and the reception team, Dr. Reza, and the nursing team were brilliant. Wish I’d had the work done earlier!

Negative experience: I was a patient at Creative Smiles for a little over 2 years whilst undergoing Invisalign. I had a great experience with the dentist who treated me for that period, but unfortunately he has since left the clinic. I recently saw another dentist at the practice who was very knowledgable and really took his time to discuss my dental needs during the consult. 5 stars to the dentists. Sadly, though, I’m not able to say that my experience has always been a positive one. During that 2 year period—and admittedly I had more way more visits to the clinic than I’d have liked—I was on numerous occasions made to feel burdensome or like an annoyance by the reception staff. As someone with severe social anxiety, this really wasn’t appreciated—I always felt like I had to say “sorry” for simply calling to ask questions or to book in another appointment. That alone I could have shrugged off due to the professionalism of the dentists who treated me; however, over the last 2 weeks I’ve been floored by the lack of caring and compassion from the reception staff. Back in February of this year, I had finished my Invisalign treatment and moved on to viveras (I paid for them in full). Unfortunately I had some tooth movement and the viveras didn’t fit properly. My dentist at the time called the invisalign rep whilst I was in the room, and I heard first hand the rep say that they would provide another set of corrections and replace the vivera once the corrections were complete at no cost to me. Fast forward to last week, the new dentist said he was happy with the positioning of my teeth and I can move onto the vivera. The reception staff needed to speak with the rep to get the all clear to process the new vivera under warranty at no cost to me. I asked for an update at the end of last week and was told that the receptionist forgot to ask the rep about my viveras. Today I got a call to say they’d spoke to the rep briefly on the phone on the weekend, who has said she “doesn’t remember the conversation” with my previous dentist about getting the replacement vivera at no cost. The receptionist told me if I want vivera now I have to pay for them again in full (approx. $700). She refused to speak with the rep again to clarify the matter, and said if I want new viveras I have to pay for them again in full or go to see my previous dentist at his new clinic and ask him to speak with the rep. Zero compassion, zero effort, just palmed me off. At the end of the day, I paid CREATIVE SMILES for my Invisalign and vivera, not an individual dentist. It is absolutely the responsibility of CREATIVE SMILES to rectify this issue with Invisalign and not leave a patient out of pocket. The reception staff have demonstrated such blatant disregard for me as a patient. Also, the terms and conditions for “price match” are unattainable for existing customers. They only care about bringing new customers in and not retaining existing customers.

Fantastic experience: I thought my teeth were much worse than they actually were. After an in depth consultation, Creative Smiles came up with a fully costed treatment plan which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. All of the staff; dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have been to many dentists in the past but feel most comfortable at Creative Smiles. I’m pleased the process is over, however I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice (in fact I’ve already recommend to a number of family and friends), especially if you have significant dental work required. If you think your teeth are beyond repair, give Creative Smiles a call and book an appointment for a full assessment. Having a plan clearly laid out removes so much stress when it comes to dental repair and treatment.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the whole Creative Smiles team, especially Claudia, for the exceptional care and consideration throughout my whole treatment plan. Attending a dentist can be daunting, however the conduct within this institute placed me at ease from the very first consultation. I would highly recommend Claudia not only for the comfortable environment she provides but the exceptional work she performed. No matter the complication, she ensured perfection was achieved, and I now have a smile I can feel confident with. If I could, I would honestly give another 5 stars! 10/10! UPDATE: How Creative Smiles came to my rescue. Late last year, due to a medical condition, I collapsed and hit my head. The impact of the fall caused three teeth on my top bridge to be knocked out only just 3-4 months after being attached. I contacted the Creative Smiles team in order to inform them upon what had happened. I was astonished and overwhelmed, yet not surprised, by the response of the team and their general concern for not only my teeth by also my health at that time, as at Creative Smiles you are not only a client but a part of their family. Following my fall, I was hospitalized for 7 weeks and discharged a few weeks before Christmas. The Creative Smiles team, and of course my tremendous dentist Claudia, worked tirelessly to fit me in within such a busy period of the year in order to ensure I was able to have a complete smile ready for the festive holiday period. Before Christmas, they formed me a temporary emergency denture and then after their Christmas break, we proceeded to reconstruct my front bridges. Once again, I now have teeth that allow me to smile with confidence. I am forever grateful to Creative Smiles and Claudia for their understanding and hard work. Claudia’s dentistry speaks for itself and the result are remarkable.
