Fantastic experience: I booked into this dentist many years ago when my crown detached, unfortunately i needed to have the tooth removed which i was incredibly nervous about following a bad experience with another dentist. The team at Thornton dental were amazing and reassuring throughout the process. Years later I continue to see them, the same approach to dental work continues. Amazing practice!

Fantastic experience: I really dislike the dentist and therefore have recently ended up with a broken tooth, massive cavity and bad infection. I have had 4 separate visits to get filling and root canal to try and save the tooth. Whilst being quite anxious Dr Bora and the team have been amazing. They make you feel at ease, are really gentle and are always checking in to make sure you are ok. Not many enjoy the dentist but I can thoroughly recommend Thornton Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr Borra is amazing, I will not get treatment from anyone else and having chronic medical related dental issues, I’ve been to many dentists. Dr Borra is kind and understanding, she is never in a rush so your local anaesthetic is always well into affect before the procedures start. She does excellent work and the prices are very reasonable, no sneaky unnecessary costs like others do. The business is very clean, appointments are always on time, staff are professional and the reception staff are kind and very helpful.

My first visit was on time professional great male dentist honest patient with my concerns. No gap was great no out pocket today. Online booking available too. Fantastic experience: As a baby boomer I have had a lifelong fear of dentists BUT since going to this dentist. I no longer need to feel afraid. I openly admit my fear and I have been looked after every time with kid gloves. I have been going to this dentist for about 8 years and will not go anywhere else. The staff are all beautiful kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Sri at Thornton Dental is a very experienced dentist and is capable of dealing with a wide range of oral problems not just basic dental. I have always found Sri very knowledgeable and professional and is particularly great at dealing with people who don’t like going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Thornton Dental last Friday was excellent, did filling and general cleaning, the Dentist made sure I am comfortable throughout the procedure.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed by Thornton Dental, I have been there twice now. And will be going back for a few more visits. They told me every single what they were doing and if I was ok with that or I could do one visit here and there. It was totally upto me. On my second visit I was also given a plan of the next treatments to make my teeth nice again eg with fillings. It’s upto me whether I get them done one at a time or whatever I want. I thought this was Awsome they have never tried to sell me any other things to do with my teeth which I don’t need I’m very happy with the service I have been given there. The technician explained everything so well if I didn’t understand she explained it again.

Negative experience: Took my young bloke there for 1 tooth to be removed hes 15. They charged me $515. I couldn't believe it. I was going to get braces from him as we discussed but ill do it at another dentist. Biggest rip off's ever it's criminal!!

Negative experience: Rip Off. Tried to rip me off on my aged pension An appointment was made for me by NSW health for new dentures. After my first visit I was contacted by this practice and told I needed to pay them another $1450.00. They offered a payment plan and tried everything thing to rip me off for this amount I contacted NSW Health and reported them. My needs have been transferred to another dentist practitioner and where all costs were covered I suggest everyone be careful with these people

Fantastic experience: Dr Borra was just wonderful. I was in severe pain and very anxious to have my tooth treated. Dr Borra was so kind and gentle with me, she was not invasive and absolutely respected my situation. She gently assessed and treated my condition and gave me options for further treatment. Although I am very scared, I will absolutely go back to this kind, gentle dentist. Nursing and reception staff also deserve high praise for their compassionate care.
