Fantastic experience: I had been to my local dentist and quoted just for my 2 front teeth that damaged and the fillings were fragile and discoloured. It was the start of a tedious process. So before it started I gave up. Not long after an add popped up for helix dental, and I arranged a consult. Matt explained the pros and cons of only doing two teeth only, which my local dentist did not go into and the price was almost the same. the process was simple, affordable and had payment options to suit me.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign journey with Helix Dental, choosing to travel from my home town on the mid north coast to Mermaid waters was a simple one when I saw the plan that Dr Matt and his team put together for my smile make over! From my first appointment to my last, the guys there were amazing, with care and attention to detail. I absolutely love my new smile and I highly recommend them. I did just over a year of invisalign treatment and finished off the look with some composite bonding to make my perfect smile. Honestly couldnt be happier!!

I’ve always struggled with anxiety around dental visits but Dr Matt has consistently gone above and beyond to make me feel at ease. He’s incredibly patient, takes the time to explain everything, and is always happy to answer my questions. When Dr Matt opened his own clinic, I had absolutely no hesitation in following him. Fantastic experience: Having recently moved from NSW, I needed to find a new dentist. A work colleague recommended Dr Matt and his team at Helix Dental. Needing a few fillings and four crowns, I was looking not only for someone exceptional in cosmetic work but also for a practice experienced in caring for nervous patients. After completing my fillings, a clean, and whitening with Dr Matt and Dr Tom, I can honestly say the practice is amazing. They talk you through each procedure as it happens, making sure you feel safe and comfortable throughout. The admin team are the friendliest I have ever dealt with. And not to mention — Dr Dexter (their K9 companion) is available on request if you’d like an extra comfort blanket. See photo!

Fantastic experience: Firstly, i am in QLD on holidays so it was a little emergency. Total professionals in their service and what i needed to get done. They have not only great people working there, but the equipment (3D printer) to make a mouth guard within an hour and insert a missing tooth which was also made while in the chair so it does not show a gap before I go get a bridge back in Sydney, has allowed me to enjoy my holidays. Fantastic experience: Not all hero’s wear capes. However, these hero’s wear masks and gloves! I woke with an excruciating toothache. The Helix Dental website sounded very compassionate which was some encouragement when I was in pain. When I arrived in person, Jay was literally an angel! She was reassuring me that she will find a way to fit me in and help me out. For the first time I felt like there might be some relief in sight. Dr Dan and Jess listened carefully to me the big sook and got to work, within minutes had taken an X-ray and diagnosed the problem and expertly relived my pain. I was shocked it was so quick and easy. I couldn’t be more grateful. It was a delightful experience I will appreciate forever. I can recommend these friendly hero’s to anyone. I chose to have a full clean, in chair teeth whitening treatment, and the removal and replacement of several composite veneers. Tom and Saige were kind and did a great job cleaning and ensuring my teeth were as bright as I wanted. Dr Matt provided options for veneers to meet my budget and get the results I wanted. Each treatment was explained to me very well which helped put me at ease. The clinic is very clean, equipped with the latest technology and felt like a safe space where I didn’t feel judged regarding any issues I had with my teeth. He was the best dentist I’ve had, he was super patient, kind and non judgemental towards me when I explained my situation and my anxieties. He was great at educating me and telling me the exact processes he will take in order for me to have a healthy smile. I also had an extremely pleasurable experience with his assistant that day she was great! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Also upon leaving had a wonderful experience also with Saige, he was kind and patient also with helping me book extra appointments and explaining other processes. The technology and equipment used is current and trendy. The team are fit and healthy and fun. My 2 year old son came off his bike on the weekend and put his tooth through his lip - damaging his front teeth in the process I took him straight to Helix and they were absolutely amazing.
