Fantastic experience: I would love to compliment on Dr Nisha Bedi as she helped me work through my dental issues. She was incredibly accomodating and extremely nice and judgement free, which was exactly what I was looking for! I could not recommend her more to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t gone to the dentist in eight years and when my tooth broke I pretty much didn’t have a choice at that point. This is when I met Dr. Nisha and Sarah. Dr. Nisha as a Dentist is phenomenal at making you feel comfortable and tackling your concerns one at a time. She doesn’t overwhelm and even when things could be better inside, she doesn’t judge and makes you feel like you’re going to be okay. Sarah, who works alongside Dr. Nisha, is incredible at her role and she pre-empts the next steps that makes sitting in the chair feel so seamless and calm. Since my first session - I’ve been back three times with another appointment booked and I truly cannot appreciate them enough. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to oral health. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of the entire team at Elizabeth primary dental. The dental assistants, The dentists, The reception staff are fabulous. They take everything into account, even things when they can't be physically seen by the eye or on xrays and they actually listen. I have a very complex case and they listen and take everything I'm explaining on board unlike other dentist who have previously made me feel like I'm crazy. I saw Dr Claire today (first time meeting her) for an emergency appointment due to the amount of pain I was in and she listened to me and gave me options and treated me with compassion and did the treatment to help get me out of pain. Also if you want a dentist who is gentle and trustworthy with kids as well as adults I can not recommend Dr Bariah enough. My eldest won't let anyone near his teeth other then her. He has big trust issues due to other experiences from another practice and requests her everytime now if he needs a dentist. She is excellent at what she does. Honestly 5 stars don't seem like enough. The staff here are amazing and I'd honestly don't know what my mouth or my sanity would look like without them.

Cannot believe as a Dr she cannot prescribe a pain relief even though the condition of the patient was so fragile, horrible services, would never visit again, no X-ray report/referral provided even after requesting the Dr multiple times,

Fantastic experience: My wife had a dental treatment done by Dr. Nisha Bedi and she explained so well and her hands are magic hands. My wife's experience was really good, and despite being well informed of the pain caused by tooth extraction, my wife told me that she didn't even realise when the process was finished. The tooth extraction took very little time and was done with such care and precision. I highly recommend Dr Nisha Bedi for anyone who is thinking of getting any dental treatments done.

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity treated by Dr. Khyati Sapra and the experience was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff were very friendly. The treatment was quick and almost painless. I highly recommend Dr. Sapra .

Sorry ( ) Dr Monica made the visit that much more enjoyable and comforting. She is a breath of fresh air. She explains what she is going to do along the way which is reassuring. Dr Monica went above and beyond to ensure my dental care was not painful and was professional at the same time. I highly recommend Dr Monica and will be back. Fantastic experience: I have had bad dental experiences in the past which caused me so much anxiety that I avoided the dentist for almost 10 years - but it got to the point where I couldn’t let it go anymore due to pain and aesthetic concerns. I found Dr Nisha Bedi, and she absolutely changed the way I view the dentist. She is warm, patient, and explains what she is doing so I don’t spiral. She gives honest advice in a firm but kind manner, and has really helped me overcome my anxieties and dental concerns. The facilities are clean, tidy, and modern, which meant I didn’t even have to go somewhere else for x-rays, it was done in house and we were able to discuss the findings almost immediately.

After my thyroid cancer treatment and radiation therapy, my dental health had significantly deteriorated. Dr. Munira took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and created a personalized dental rehabilitation plan using ceramic dental toppers to help realign my bite and restore my overall dental health. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. The clinic itself is excellent—modern, clean, and very well-equipped. Shenaye at the reception was courteous and welcoming, made my visits comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Munira and the team at Primary Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.

The "why behind the what" and the specifics of my treatment plan were thoroughly explained by Dr. Munira. Fantastic work! Got my root canal procedure done smoothly, did not feel a thing. No complications at all.

Negative experience: Horrible tooth extraction. Broke the tooth due to utter incompetence. No pain relief, antibiotics or any form of aftercare offered after spending an hour digging around. Don’t offer tooth extraction if you’re not actually skilled enough to do it!

Positive experience: Hate the Dentist but I am hoping that this will be the exception for me as I need the bottom 3 4 and what else is needed to get pulled out and Detures top and bottom top is going to need replacing with the bottom teeth completely removed the top plate is in desperate need of replacing as it has a hole in the near back and with the bottom plate it will be amazing to finally be able to enjoy meals for the first time in a long time I will be able to chew properly and eating real food for a long time I have been eating little bit more coffee than food i keep sitting inside my mouth and it hurts like hell

Fantastic experience: Wow! I am so so happy I went to Primary Dental! My teeth were not so good, different shapes abd sizes, even the gum line on each tooth was different. I was so self conscious of smiling and being super scared of going to tge dentist from bad past experiences. I finally decided to get veneers an d Primary Dental was so much more affordable than other places. The staff are amazing! So caring and gentle especially with how nervous I was. Now, I can't stop smiling, my teeth are beautiful and perfect for me!

Negative experience: Today's experience was exceptionally regretful with the behaviour of the dentis. The way she spoke to my partner and behaved towards my sister in law. The services are excellent, and the other teams were very nice and friendly. Everyone should be treated with respect and courtesy. I won't say the name, but I hope they can better themselves and not to discriminate towards others' ethnicity.

Fantastic experience: Let's face it.... no one looks forward to the dentist or having dental work done. I let my teeth go for far too long and was absolutely crapping myself about going to the dentist. In short, I had a tooth extraction done. The time and patients and care taken during this procedure was fantastic. They make sure u are as comfortable as possible and it just made having my tooth pulled so much easier. Fantastic experience: Had a really good experience, was in and out in allotted time, had two teeth removed instead of one. Was spoken to well and treated kindly, I was nervous because of the state of my teeth but they were very kind and reassuring.

Negative experience: Partner came for an emergency appointment to get a tooth removed/filling done. The dentist pressured her into getting x rays and then proceeded to try to pressure her into getting a root canal done. Either way they didn't pull the tooth out or do a filling and charged $130 for x-rays we did not ask for.

Negative experience: Went to dentist today, got tooth pulled out. Felt very rushed. Didn’t feel very welcoming. Didn’t really talk to me much and when she did talk to me it was hard to understand stand her, she wasn’t very clear when she talked. Very uncomfortable experience I won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience: Very professional dentist who informed me of my procedure before performing the work needed. Very clean extraction and minimal pain

Negative experience: I've been here 4 time in 18 months. All of my appointments were at 9 and none were on time. Most recently it was 45 minutes late. When I did get to my check up, the dentist didn't even look at all of my teeth. It was mostly discussing my brushing and flossing habits. I've never had a dentist conduct a check up and not inspect every tooth and make notes about what to watch and what might need to be addressed ASAP. Very disappointing and concerning. The staff are generally friendly and it is a nice and clean office

Fantastic experience: My daughter has Autism level 2 and also an intellectual disability. We had a check up with an amazing dentist named Bariah and her lovely dental assistant Shenaye. Bariah made my extremely nervous daughter feel very comfortable by talking to her about the process and also showing her the different tools that she would be using. Bariah and Shenaye also spoke to my daughter about her favourite music and then proceeded to play her favourite songs during the check-up, which my daughter absolutely loved. I highly recommend Bariah and Shenaye from Primary Dental Elizabeth, they both went above and beyond to make the experience for my daughter a calm and relaxed one. From the amazing service we recieved from, the time we arrived, with Jamie at the front desk, who kindly assisted us with the paperwork, to the treatment and then leaving, all the staff were very friendly and professional, greeting us all and making us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning for future dental treatment and have also recommended Primary Dental Elizabeth to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: There are times when a visit to the Dentist may cause you to feel anxious. Dr Kamran Zare and all staff made me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. I had a crown fitted to one of my back molar teeth. Dr Zare was very good a making me feel at ease and he always explained what he was doing next. I can highly recommend Dr Zare he is very professional. He also has wonderful staff assisting him. Primary Dental is a great family dental practice with awesome Customer Service.

I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I have never had such a pleasant experience with dental before and would not hesitate in recommending this Dental clinic to everyone.

They listened and identified the problem very quickly, working on the tooth for longer than a standard appointment would take. They referred us to the right person to complete the job. They had payment options such as Afterpay.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ravida has one of the lightest hands ever for a dentist. A non stop talker, I’m being entertained while having my teeth cleaned. My teeth and gums are super sensitive. Despite this, she makes the dental experience a good one without any negativity associated with it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentists. That being said I will be attending Primary Dental Elizabeth again! The doctor was so calming, reassuring and answered all of my questions. There was no judgement as my teeth were in bad shape and she gave me a quote for each step of my visit. The cost was very very cheap compared to other dentist I have been to. I had a treatment plan drawn up, with a quote on cost! The office it's self is very modern, clean and inviting. Thank you for a trip to the dentist without the panic attack!
