Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do. I tell you, see John! He is the BEST! Last time, somewhere else, my clean was so painful, I had to stop multiple times, I was sensitive for weeks. Today I was able to cope with the whole clean no stopping. The nurse was also great at catching all the saliva, I felt comfortable, cared for & looked after. John listens, is very knowledgeable, professional, caring & an exceptional dentist. I will go 6mthly because Im not scared & not hurt! Awesome work John!!

His soft approach is soothing and perfect for children as he's gentle and explains procedures as he works. Absolutely the fairest price in the west. I couldn't recommend him anymore than a complete 5 star experience which is worth it's weight in gold when it comes to going to the dentist. Never your typical rush to finish. Soft, kind and patient he's work speaks for itself.

Negative experience: My initial experience was amazing being a new paying client, until very recently dealing with a very unprofessional receptionist (K) who’s invasive totally inappropriate and just outright rude. No customer service with no customer satisfaction in mind. I’m still waiting to see the dentist coz I cancelled my appt but made to feel bad luck deal with it now.

Negative experience: Money hungry. I once went there and received a good outcome. After that, I got ripped off twice or three times. My enquiry was one, I went there for tooth implant. But, every single time, the Dentist did not even look at the tooth let alone asking for an X-ray. Each time, he cleaned my tooth and nothing else which I didn't ask or even consent. I forgot the Dentist's name. He has a Greek name. His room is the one at the left end of the corridor. Never go back.
