Fantastic experience: Dr Lilian is an excellent dentist. I have severe ear tinnitus and she was very understanding.

Negative experience: Not children friendly, young dentists with no patience, cold receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Efficient and reassuring service and I even felt relaxed having tooth x-ray and large filling! Its now been 3 days and no adverse effects and very comfortable. Thank you Raymond Au.

Fantastic experience: My children and I all have been coming to Med Central Dental for just under a year with all having 6 monthly check ups and clean, and aligner plans for 2 of us. Dr Raymond and Dr Lilian are both gentle and thorough with their approach, the dental room is clean and calming, and I also love that they are transparent with their pricing, always knowing what you are up for before any work is done. Highly recommend. They will certainly take genuine care of you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Raymond for checkups and cleaning for myself and my kids for about a year. I first visited because I couldn’t get into my regular dentist but stayed because he is so lovely and thorough. He makes you feel very comfortable and regularly checks that you are ok during procedures. The clinic is new and clean and all of the reception staff have been wonderful too. I recently started clear aligners with Dr Ray and am so excited with how they are tracking. I have relatively simple corrections and it’s so nice to not have to pay expensive orthodontic overheads when it’s not necessary.

Fantastic experience: Raymond is amazing. Going to the dentist scares the hell out of me but over the past few years of seeing Raymond I feel in safe hand. He provides options and gives the facts straight. Prices are always given before any work is done so you know where you stand. Most importantly, to me, Raymond never gives a lecture that so many other dentists do. If you're extra wary or frightened of going to the dentist I couldn't recommend anyone better. And the assistants are always very friendly and I've never felt like I'm drowning while work is being done. They're very diligent in making sure you are comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lillian is so thorough, patient and kind! I was in a lot of pain/discomfort from my wisdom teeth, she squeezed me in no problems for an x-ray and a check. Due to it being quite a complex problem, Dr Raymond provided a second opinion - he was just as knowledgeable and caring. The reception/nurses were all polite and really helpful on the day too. Highly recommend MedCentral Dental :)

Negative experience: Since changing to MedCentral, the service has gone down hill. Dentists are still great but the reception staff are rude and unwilling to help. When they incorrectly scheduled an appointment they didn’t even seem to care. Probably wouldn’t return.

Fantastic experience: Despite changing my appointment from extraction to filling, dr Au was gracious to accept the change and proceeded to deal with the complicated filling. Taking time to do a painless and meticulous job. The procedure took longer than an extraction, but the doctor did not rush, although this next appointment was waiting. The facilities are new and appointments had always been on time. // 2023 Dec update. Went back here to use the health insurance before year end. Lillian sorted us out. Very good as always. Heart rate during appointment. 47bpm .

The waiting room and dental rooms are new and clean plus the interior is attractive, modern and bright which definitely helped with my anxiety before seeing my lovely dentist for a Scale/Clean. Jessica explained everything to me carefully and my questions were answered throughout the whole procedure which was $99 + extra $ for X-rays (optional). She was gentle, reassuring and professional - the DA was also great. Overall one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I also got a free Colgate kit afterwards yay :))

Luckily my teeth are in good shape though he identified a minor issue which he recommended to get fixed rather sooner then later. So I‘ll be back next week and will be good again for my next check and clean in 6 month. And the promotion of $99 seems fair. I felt in good hands. Dr Raymond comes across very confident in what he is doing which makes me as a patient very relaxed. I am very happy with my choice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Raymond and his assistant were fantastic this afternoon a big thanks to them I needed to get a big back molar removed which was really difficult to get out Im 53 so removing teeth at this age can be really painful.
