Fantastic experience: Had to organise a dentist as my father of 86 years of age had a cracked a tooth and this practice was recommended . I’m so glad it was everything from online filling out of forms to making the appointment was so easy, also the friendly staff to the dentist was so nice ! Highly recommended , you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist facility I’ve ever been to - not only are you provided a full and competent experience but the environment is such a great atmosphere. I was put off from doing dentistry for a fair while since my last experience at another dentist > but I can only say satisfaction is always delivered and in such a relaxed way. Dr Yena Kim is one of the most knowledgeable and competent health care professionals I have come across. And my teeth has only been getting better with every visit with her.

Fantastic experience: I’m really glad I chose this clinic for my wisdom teeth extraction. The procedure was quick and easy. Dr. Yena and the assistant, Lil, were fantastic and helped make the experience much less intimidating. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at No Gaps Dental at Randwick. Tried it out on the recommendation of a family member who used the Burwood branch. Dr Sujata Thapaliya was professional, highly competent and explained each step of the procedure. I hadn’t been to a dentist for a long time and was so happy with the level of care that I have now been back a further two times as there is quite a bit of dental work to be completed. The receptionists were also absolutely lovely. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Edit: No Gap called back and after i explained the situation rightly refunded the money. Well done No Gap. Dr Sujata Thapaliya was great top quality work but no gaps dental is not. I was given a quote which I had in my wallet that has 0 gap payment and I ended up paying $156 today for my visit as the filling was bigger. They had the same scans last time and I was not told there would be a gap and I was given a quote which i showed at reception which they did not honor.

Negative experience: I had a remaining benefit left on my health fund, which was > $200 dollars in January. I had 3 fillings and was asked to pay about $130 extra. Be careful and confirm that they will indeed not charge extra for any gaps. Also the speed of a cleaning feels that the job is not very well done.
