Fantastic experience: I have been coming to FirstBite Dental in Essendon for nearly 10 years now and they have been consistently excellent! My 6-month visits are always seamless, and when I required wisdom teeth extractions and other works, they were just as easy and always ensure you feel comfortable! The dental practice pride themselves on outstanding customer service and thorough, top quality dental care. Dr. Agim Hymer is always very thorough and my regular dentist, Dr. Riddhi, is always amazing! Highly recommend this dental clinic.

Negative experience: Went to this practice and was informed I needed a number of crowns and possibly a root canal treatment with an implant. The quote for the work without the root canal treament and implant was over $15,000. I visited another practice a few weeks later, and was told I merely needed a filling in one tooth. I'll leave it to the reader to decide for themselves about over servicing!

Fantastic experience: Had broken a tooth late Friday night and phoned FirstBite Dental Saturday morning and the team quickly went to work fitting me in to see Dr Joseph who was absolutely brilliant. If your looking for a fantastic Dentist I Highly recommend the team here.

Fantastic experience: The team at First Bite are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Dev Boparoy. His attention to detail and personalised care is amazing. Prior to seeing Dr Boparoy, my son was told that it would be impossible to straighten his teeth without pulling out at least 6 teeth. Two years with Dr Boparoy and not one tooth was pulled! Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I went to First Bite Dental to have my crown reviewed. Earlier this year I had a crown completed at another dental clinic for a small crack in my tooth that had developed during lockdowns and was giving me mild pain. The whole process took 6 visits over a month and I was left with severe pain when chewing. The original dentist couldn't figure out what was wrong and told me I had sensitive teeth and the pain would settle over time. When I saw Agim at First Bite he took time to explain the potential reasons for the pain, his first treatment improved the pain and the second treatment completely resolved it. To be able to chew food without pain has made such a difference for me when most of my meals during the week involve feeding my one year old at the same time. I wish I went to First Bite in the first place as it would have saved me months of pain and $2000. Reception were also friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

In the beginning, I was quite nervous because I didn’t think Invisaligns would work as my teeth were quite complex, however, Dr. Dev Boparoy was always reassuring and willing to answer any questions I had. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Agim for about 25 years when he first took the site over from the retiring dentist . Service has always been very professional and all options are explained in depth. I recently had an implant placed by Dev , with hardly any pain at all. I bought my 9yo son here for a second opinion on his cross bite, Dev fitted him with a new removable device that corrected his teeth in just a few months, I was very pleased with the outcome and it has restored my son’s confidence. I recommend this clinic to all my friends

Fantastic experience: Dev takes away the fear of going to the dentist. There’s no one I trust more when it comes to my teeth. He explains everything, is compassionate, very gentle and talented. Cannot recommend Dev highly enough. Liz and Aurora are lovely to deal with on Reception as well.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect and to be honest I was quite nervous.. however after meeting Dev that all changed. From the first meeting he was very clear and thorough in what he was going to do for my teeth. He talked me through every step before each appointment and made me feel well looked after. Even the reception staff were all so kind and always helpful in person and over the phone. I must admit I had a really great overall experience with First Bite and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Boparoy (Dev) from FirstBite Dental has watched over my 3 kids dental needs from small children with kindness and honesty. Two of them have had the Invisalign rather than the traditional braces, it was surprisingly comparable in pricing and both have gorgeous smiles in less time. With my eldest’s straightening journey she had both traditional as a younger child & then Invisalign as an older teenager and always comments that it was far less painful with her Invisalign. We have recommended the Invisalign treatment at FirstBite Dental to others that have asked our opinion.

Fantastic experience: I came across FirstBite Dental through a friend who had braces. Her teeth look amazing so I decided to see Dev to see what treatment I needed. Before I had braces put on, Dev removed four wisdom teeth. The process was very quick and pain free and I had no issues with healing. I now have braces and see Dev for treatment. Dev is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, 99% of the time he is running on time or early which is fantastic (other clinics please take note)! Also, the admin team is great - they're also super friendly!
