Fantastic experience: I had an extraction yesterday. Which I hate having. Ana was absolutely wonderful, so kind, gentle and patient with me. Her communication throughout was excellent. The best dentist I have ever been to. Jewel her assistant was also amazing so caring and considerate, I held her hand all the way through. The receptionists were smiling, informative and friendly too! I definitely recommend! Thank you Ana and Jewel so much!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated going to the dentist but honestly didn’t mind it at DB Dental Rockingham. Dr Sona was excellent and very careful with my sensitive teeth. Usually my teeth act up and I get a lot of pain during the clean but it was great. Also the dental nurses were lovely and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I took my girls (2 years old and 3 years old) for a checkup - which they were very wary about. But the staff were absolutely AMAZING and made it such a good experience for them. Dr Sona and her team made them feel so comfortable and had coloured glasses, stickers and colouring in sheets ready. Now they are both excited for their next visit so they can go back on the cool moving chair and get another sticker. Haha.

Negative experience: I waited 45 minutes before leaving without seeing the dentist. There was a gentleman who had been waiting longer than me. This is my third visit in a few months and every time I have waited between 20-45 mins. Seems disorganised. Perhaps they should book less people in a day if they know that they constantly run over. Waste of time. Will be going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a back tooth removed. Process was basically painless (to my surprise) thanks to Shawn. I do not normally recommend dentists but Shawn has my full confidences and trust. None better and yes he could cure my deep rooted distrust of dentists. Strongly recommend

Negative experience: The dentist was ruthless. He took my 2 wisdom teeth out in less than 15 minutes.. it felt rushed and made me feel uncomfortable. Someone was supposed to call me the day after to check up on me and none did. Also the receptionists were really unfriendly. Not a nice experience overall. Won't come back for any treatments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had tooth extractions before but this one was the best during and after. Very little pain from mouth and a lite headache after. Luckily I’m not a bleeder.

He is the best dentist I have been too and I have had lots of work done (42 years old). The ladies in the office were also fantastic. Thank you all for your caring manner.

I had finally built up the courage to go to the dentist & from the first moment I stepped foot in the door, the admin ladies immediately put me at ease & made me feel so welcome. By the 3rd visit they knew me by name. During my surgery; I couldn't have wished for a better doctor & dental assistant - Dr Rani & her assistant were so considerate, patient, kind & understanding & Geoff Pepper is a guru at what he does - absolutely brilliant!! Negative experience: The South African receptionist has got to be the rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered in my entire adult life. After saying hello she says things like “yeah so what do you want “ , in other words”how can I help you “. She needs to be retrained the tone and choice of wording is vile and disgusting.

Fantastic experience: DB Dental Rockingham is a brilliant practice. From regular reminders to extremely thorough examinations, their service is faultless. They are the first to determine and resolve a teeth grinding issue I had. As a result of their expert advice I now have very healthy gums and only require regular 6 month check-ups which are fully funded by Medibank. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

Fantastic experience: Went to DB Dental Rockingham this week for a checkup & clean. Dr Ana Bettridge and her dental assistant were both very friendly, caring and understanding. Also, the lady who took care of me at the reception desk (sorry I didn't get your name) was so bubbly and friendly, great service all round. I am usually a bit anxious going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel at ease. Great atmosphere, I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you :)

Negative experience: Very disappointed!!!! I booked a clean and was quoted $140 When I went into the rooms I told the dentist I was just in for a clean. She said we will have a Quick Look. She pocked around and did an inspection and entered all the info into the computer. She then told me I needed X-rays. I said do I have to and she said yes. She did the X-rays and the clean and I was charged $368. I didn’t want the inspection or X-rays I just booked in for a clean. Major upsell tactic. Sick of it. Won’t be back!!!

Fantastic experience: Totally recommend This dental practice. The reception staff are amazing and will do their best to make a booking for your needs. I was amazed how Dentist Anna worked her magic to repair a shattered and broken front tooth efficiently, effectively and painlessly, without needing major dental work.

Negative experience: Called up to get partner in to see a dentist. Informed them that we had been given an authority by public dentist and the receptionist instantly changed her tone and stated they had no appointment for scale or clean even though i am trying to book it for a fortnight and for emergency appointment for a tooth extraction She was very rude. I think you need to look at who you have answering your phones and maybe don't have people who treat others like scum. Very disgusted in how i was treated.

Dr Rakesh and the lovely nurse Elaine were so friendly, reassuring and professional in their interactions with both myself, my husband and our daughter they have become our family dentist. Both Dr Rakesh and nurse Elaine were so attentive , kind and patient with my husband and allowed him to have his dental treatment in a safe space. All of the staff at Db dental have been friendly and welcoming and on behalf of my family we want to say thank you and cannot reccomended you all highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Omar is by far one of the best dentists iv ever had. He offers headphones with music to deal with the anxiety that naturally comes with being at the dentist. Uses a soft block to hold your mouth open so you dont have to spend your time in the chair trying to keep your jaw open and some sort of material across your mouth so you dont have an abundance of water collecting in the back of your mouth. I would suggest that making these things SOP for patient care.

Had some work done today and I felt near to nothing, almost fell asleep I was so relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend this dentist :).

Fantastic experience: I am very nervous of going to the dentist, I get anxious that I am going to have to have major work done or that the cleaning will hurt. I have some gum issues that I am working hard improve but this means regular (and often painful) hygienist appointments. Both the dentist and the hygienist I saw at this surgery were fantastic, so patient add understanding. They explained what they were doing, why and continually checked to see that I was ok with what was going on. The hygienist applied anaesthetic gel to my gums to ensure that a thorough job could be done but that I was not in pain. Thank you

Fantastic experience: 2.30pm on Friday I broke my front tooth,Desperate to get it fixed.The closest Dentist to me on Google was DB Dental,Rockingham. Gave them a call,And phone was picked up straight away.Explained to them my problem, And was given an appointment for the next day.But also given the hope of an appointment cancellation, at 4.30pm Same day.Within minutes of putting my phone down, my phone rang confirming the 4.30pm appointment was free. To which I took. So by 5.30pm I walked out of this practice,repairs made and fixed up.Just like to say,Great practice,great Staff.And thanks to the girls behind the counter.Who went above & beyond.Not many of you left.
