Fantastic experience: Dr Rumana took time explain the procedure to remove my tooth. They keep me informed as they proceeded with procedure. This made me very comfortable with the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Firstly Dr Rumana's personal care to the patient is outstanding. Everyone is an individual and she shows she wants the best for each and everyone one of her patients. She explains exactly what is occurring with your teeth and listens intently to her patients. Secondly her bubbling personality is the best. She comes across as such a positive person and nothing seems a problem to her. Highly recommend her as a dentist.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff were so lovely. Dr Rumana was just incredible she certainly took the fear of dentists away. She explains everything and totally gives you an understaining of what it going on. All staff are caring and encouraging. This would be without a doubt the best 1300smiles I have been to.

Positive experience: Dr Remana from upper ross was very engaging from the second I entered the room. She was quick to ask open questions about life. During the process at all times she and her DA Renee where always keeping me informed and insuring I was not in pain but was comfortable. I would recommend her again.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious after a lot of public dental work over the years. But I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out within minutes, including having a wisdom tooth extracted! Negative experience: Do not recommend! Went in today for my appointment to be told I don't have an appointment and its been cancelled without even contacting or messaging me.

Negative experience: Booked in twice with wrong dentist even after asking for regular dentist. When arrived was asked to confirm details-which were in correct and were not corrected.

Negative experience: at my first appointment I was told to make another appointment to see another doctor who could help me with my problem as the first dentist said she couldn’t help me. Two days later I went to my second appointment only to be told that I had to go to a different specialist. I was in the appointment for less then 3 mins and was charged for a consultation that didn’t even happen. Annoyed that I was charged $ for the dentist to not even have a look at my problem area. Annoyed that I could have been told to see the right person at my first appointment. Two appointments and my problem was not solved. Very angry.

His communication is fantastic, he really cares about his patients and is very gentle. Coming to the dentist makes me very anxious and he takes that away and makes me feel at ease within minutes of me sitting in the dentist chair.
