Fantastic experience: My wife had a really good experience during her visit. Dr. Gillian Leow was very polite, soft-spoken, and explained everything clearly. She carried out the treatment with great professionalism and care. Mary, the nurse, was also very helpful. In the absence of the receptionist, she patiently assisted us with booking the follow-up appointments, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend Dr. Gillian Leow and her team.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with Gillian Leow and, unfortunately, it was not a comfortable experience. she was quite rough during the cleaning, lacking gentleness and care. Additionally, she spoke very loudly through out the appointment and repeatedly said the same things. What concern me most was the lack of attention to patient privacy. She discussed personal information in a tone and volume that could easily be overheard, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As a patient, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and discretion. Gillian Leow did not meet those expectations. The receptionist was professional and welcoming, and the facility itself is excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of care I received from Gillian Leow overshadowed the positive aspects. I would not recommend her and will be seeking care elsewhere!

Negative experience: On Sept 2, 2024, I rang and spoke to a lady receptionist to book two dental appointments for Sept 26. On Sept 3, 2024, I received the automated messages about dental appointments for Sept 10. So I rang again at 1103am and spoke to the same lady about the wrong dates and to confirm that we have the appointments for Sept 26. The lady confirmed the appointments for 1pm and 130pm. I even sent the YES messages as confirmation afterwards. Today, Sept 26, 2024, I came at 1pm, and the receptionist said there were no booked dental appointments for us. I showed her the phone calls and the YES confirmation messages, but their system did not have our bookings.

Fantastic experience: Dr Krishan is amazing. This was the first time I had been to the dentist in a very long time. I had a terrible experience years ago, but he made me feel conformable and made sure I was not in any pain. Can't recommend him enough!

However, i contacted Primary Dental morley after and had a much better experience.
