The staff moved quickly, professionally and saved me from a lot of pain and grief. Dr Jackleen Soghmonian was phenomenal from start to finish, and my check-up two days later with her was free of charge. I cannot recommend the Wise Dental team enough.

I was in the situation where one of my crowns dislodged. Dr Jackleen could not have been more helpful. Still have more dental work to be done, glad i chose to go with Wise.

Negative experience: Went in with lot of dental pain. Got seen by Vic Sharma. No treatment or strong painkiller provided. Just x rays done and neurofin recommended. They said come back in 3 days and get a crown. What kind of emergency assistance is this. Rubbish.

Fantastic experience: So professional and very welcoming from the friendly front desk to the wonderful hygienist and Dr Jackleen my dentist. Dr Jackleen was very informative and caring throughout the whole procedure from diagnosis to completion. I was shown photographs of my affected tooth at each stage of the procedure which was very reassuring and comforting. After completion, my tooth with a large filling looked like it was just a normal healthy tooth without any filling. Dr Jackleen is obviously highly experienced and very skilled. I will be seeing her in the future for all of my dental needs and recommending her to others.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental care with a tooth fracture that left the tooth jagged and very painful. Wise Dental were able to fit me in at short notice. Dr. Jackleen was very thorough and professional, and put in a temporary fix while placing an urgent order for a more permanent one. Dr. Jackleen was caring and skilled in her approach and made a very painful experience, much less so.

Fantastic experience: I have consulted Dr Sharma of Wise Dental twice. When I came out of the surgery on both occasions I felt on top of the world. On the first consultation after a serious fall leading to one front tooth out of alignment and the other front tooth loose in its socket. Dr Sharma realigned both teeth, and gave me hope that the teeth would survive. On the second consultation the pair had substantially subsided and he was able to tell me that the prognosis for the two teeth was very good and I was not charged for this consultation.

Fantastic experience: Went to a dentist today & was told i needed to remove a tooth that had root canal a few years ago it had a crack in it. She couldn’t do it so referred me to oral surgeon. I have been to wise emergency many times & the service & care from the entire team has always been exceptional i remembered they had dental so called them the receptionist was amazing i got the xrays sent to them she showed the dentist dr Jason & called me back straight away & said he could extract the tooth. They saw me 30 mins after that. The dentist i saw dr Jason was amazing he examined my mouth thoroughly & after discussing my options i decided to go ahead with removing the tooth. He was so quick i couldn’t believe it. I cant recommend wise dental enough from the lovely receptionists to the dentist I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much to you all. Alex.

Fantastic experience: I was in terrible pain needing an emergency root canal. Dr Michael Shang was excellent at explaining what I needed, prioritising my pain relief and getting the procedure done well. I was so very happy to be able to get them so late on a Saturday. They provided a full quote for all out of pocket expenses. I would recommend Dr Michael with his calm and gentle approach to anyone needing treatment.

Fantastic experience: I attended WISE hoping for a script for pain relief at best, but ended up seeing the best dentist and theatre nurse I have ever seen. Jackleen and her theatre nurse (I will find out her name) were excellent. They diagnosed the issue immediately and treated me on the spot. They were smart, professional and caring. The process was amazing, and also after-hours, which was great for a working mother of five children. I was so grateful for the care I received and the relief I experienced. Fantastic experience: Wise Dental came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. The Staff are exceptional, efficient, friendly and caring. My dentist Dr Jackleen was great at explaining the procedure during my root canal treatment. I would recommend them to anyone who is not happy with their current dentist.

Negative experience: These are most pathetic people I have ever met. Last time I came here to remove one teeth they convinced me to remove 4 teeth saying how dangerous and unhygienic is it for you to keep wisdom teeth 750$ a pop. Then they said in next visit your fund covers cleaning etc and charged 186 extra for just having a look by dentist . They will never tell you what it cost for this in advance. These are sales ninjas sitting on counter . Be careful when you go here and don’t be surprised when you see extra bills on you way which will be made up. It recommended as they are greedy and not transparent about the cost of services and communicating them. If you pay n smile ask no question they will be nice to you , if you ask questions they will treat you like you are stupid like you should know everything. Stupid counter staff.

Fantastic experience: This is my second root canal treatment at this place, and the service is excellent. Especially with the after-work hours. Dr Jackleen did a great job with the procedure. Can definitely recommend her to anyone else. They are very open and up front about the pricing, unlike a lot of other practices.

Negative experience: Terrible service. The Dentist did not clean well. But took X-rays twice and charged four times more. Didn't even get my consent but was forced to pay. Asked for the X-rays after, but never sent them. They don't have business at all. I'm not surprised. The first time visited was a bad experience. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry!

Fantastic experience: Having just had two sessions at Wise Dental, I highly recommend Wise Dental, and in particular Dr Jackleen and her team. I cracked a tooth before Christmas and needed urgent treatment on a public holiday. I was wary about going to a dentist I didn’t know but from the moment I arrived, any doubt disappeared. The friendly and professional team made me feel at ease. But to Dr Jackleen a big thank you. The level of care, attention and expertise she showed me was phenomenal. After diagnosing my issue, she took the time to explain each step during the treatment. Dr Jackleen continually ensured that I was comfortable and not in pain and showed me genuine concern throughout. The treatments went well and although I had no post-op issues, Wise Dental team were proactive and gave me 24 hr follow ups to check on me. I have another follow up session in a few weeks and I have absolutely no hesitation in giving Dr Jackleen and the team at Wise Dental this five star review.

I’ve had an amazing experience from booking the appointment all the way to the end getting my teeth done. Hiba the clinic manager she went above and beyond to book me an appointment in their fully booked out schedule, she did manage to book me in with Dr, Jackleen, which I’m grateful for, Dr Jackleen was very professional, she made a complicated procedure to run smoothly without any additional fuss. She was kind enough to give me 10 seconds break every now and than while working on my teeth, fast forward the final result was amazing! I’m grateful to have found such a dental clinic, thank you very much Hiba and Dr, Jackleen for your help.

After the first treatment I knew we were blessed to find her. She couldn’t be happier with how thorough, attentive and pain free each visit has been. She is also very kind and compassionate to mum.
