Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Smilexcellence to anyone looking for dentist in The Hawkesbury. Even if you don’t live in the area they are well worth coming to see them. When you first walk in the door you are always greeted so beautifully by Alethia. She is very friendly, lovely and helpful. Dr Nitika Bhat is my Dentist and she is so patient with me. When I first went to see her a few years ago I was very anxious, I didn’t enjoy going to the dentist but since going to Smilexcellence I go regularly! I have recommended the practice to my family and now three of them go there regularly also. So happy to recommend to an amazing place, Wendy ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Sawsan was unbelievable fantastic. She went over and above the call of duty to do an extremely hard filling which had deep underlying cavity going virtually down to the nerv. I found the experience to be pain-free. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was lovely and thank you.

Negative experience: I was not at all happy with my experience at Smilexcellence at suite 1, 47 East Market Street Richmond NSW. I took my daughter there for a check up and teeth clean the other day and the dentist was loud, rude and rushed through the whole experience so they could get to their next patient. She was also not considerate at all of my child’s needs, especially as it was her first time at the dentist. I left feeling very unhappy and frustrated. I do not recommend this place, and I will definitely not be returning there again. I will book in a paediatric dentist for all future visits.

Fantastic experience: Mishap with tooth, so had to make a last minute reservation. Really helpful staff got me in quickly. The dentist explained and carried out the repair with utmost care. Off-street parking, including mobility parking is available, although a tight squeeze for larger cars and 4 wheel drives.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a root canal treatment here. Was recommended by a friend. Dr Nitika is brilliant. As expected it took a few sessions to get it all done. She is competent, pleasant and calm. She does admit when things do get difficult. Dr Nitika got it all done well. I hope to continue my treatment with them. All the best to the clinic.
