Fantastic experience: I had work done on most of my teeth for many years and been in many dentists due to relocating all the time in the past, so i know what an ideal dental office would be, covering all one stop services in convenient way, and can be trusted in result and cost. Needed restoration for my moving tooth and veneers from 2 decades ago. Referred by my aesthetician, so glad i took the info. This dental service is that place called IT! Thank you Dr Yvonne King for your “absolute perfect experience” on the healthy foundation advice for long term (..and cosmetic instinct), yet so helpful to customise my urgent need for the now, regarding timing. Thank you Dr.Tran for the perfect restoration on the whole smile. So talented. The team also will fit you asap when available, thank you Deb! Thank you for the reception team too…. Everyone just too kind and Client oriented. Very very happy.. feels like lifted up with a brand new beautiful mouth and so worth it with the reasonable cost. Surely all the team used to big hugs and joyful tears.

Fantastic experience: Around 15 years ago, dr. Yvonne King did my porcelain veneers, to this day. I still get compliments on my teeth. Negative experience: My daughter has been going to this dentist for 4 years. Even though she had previous braces from another dentist she went to Cosmetic and Laser Dentistry to have her teeth cleaned and whitened. It was discovered that she had periodontitis so the dentist performed many painful treatments. After 4 years and thousands of dollars later my daughter's teeth are shifting some are loose and the teeth are discolouring to a yellowish colour. She's very embarrassed to smile and puts her hand in front of her mouth. She mumbles now so as to not open her mouth too much to hide her teeth. Shame on this company for taking her money and not delivering their advertising promises. It's been nothing but a heartbreaking experience for her and her family. This company should stop taking her money and give her the beautiful smile they promised her when she first consulted then four years ago.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Yvonne King and her team for many years. I started my journey with Invisalign clear aligners to prepare my smile for 2 front veneers. During this process, Dr King was extremely thorough and supportive along with her incredible eye for detail. I have continued on with laser treatment for gums, regular hygiene appointments with the team of excellent hygienists and teeth whitening. Fantastic experience: Dr Houman has been helping me with dental implants for many years. I am so grateful for his professionalism and transparency.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed. I was expecting “laser cleaning” as advertised, however it was a simple cleaning with laser “only where pockets are” according to the dentist. In the second visit, for the other side of my mouth, the machine was broken so the cleaning was made by hand. As a result I have a broken tooth. I contacted the dentist, she was “not sure if she was responsible”… When I came to show her my tooth she invited the manager, maybe ”as a witness”, he was chatting with me about other things and nothing has been done about my complaint… Cosmetic & Laser Dentistry Centre charges much more than others in this field and I can say that it’s not worth it.

The entire process from initial consultation to the finish was well supported with lots of explanation and reviews. All costs were explained and were very reasonable for such a high level service. Fantastic experience: CLDC is the first dental practice I have been to where I genuinely feel cared for. The whole team are amazing. The guys at reception are so friendly and especially Tony and Chloe have made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Deb needs a special mention as she gave me the confidence to go ahead with such a huge procedure. She explained everything and it didn't matter how long I took or how many questions I had. She even called and texted me before and after my surgery to make sure I was ok! I had all of my upper teeth removed and replaced by implants. Dr Houman Larijani was amazing. He is clearly extremely experienced and talented in his field and I would recommend him to everyone that needs implants. He is so patient and gentle. He always explained everything carefully. Nothing was rushed and I loved that he saw me on day one, performed the surgery, and saw me at every appointment. That personal consistency made a big difference. I wanted to get ill fitting composite veneers (applied at a different dentist) fixed. Dr. King didn't just fix the veneers, she removed them and restored my natural teeth to something I can barely recognise as my own they are so beautiful. To have a dentist give me advice on all my options including restoration of my natural teeth, not just more expensive veneers is rare & priceless & I'm extremely grateful. Called them in the morning and Chloe was able to get me in, get my X-rays, and get my treatment without me having to run around everywhere. Not saying they can do this as it’s subject to availability but the helpfulness of her, the staff when I was there and the dentists were absolutely impeccable. Never have I been given such amazing service and help from a clinic. Really appreciate what they did for me!

Dr King was the only dentist who could remove my old veneers using a laser rather than the old and very painful method of grinding them off. She reshaped my original teeth and I am so happy. Deb and the team have also been amazing when the enamel chipped off one of my teeth by fitting me in as an urgent appointment (and calling me on a Sunday!) and the repair is wonderful - you can’t see where the chip is at all. I can’t recommend highly enough :)
