Fantastic experience: Dr Alice was so patient with me! If I could give her 10 stars I would, I have the worst dental anxiety and she calmed me right down, she explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease! Chloe the hygienist was so warm and friendly and also made me feel so much less anxious! Fantastic experience: Was recommended that I should get my wisdom teeth removed from my previous dental clinic but once I was told the surgery was too complicated for the practitioners there I had to source elsewhere. That’s where i stumbled across Serene Smiles. Their reviews were excellent and I can see why. Luck was definitely a factor with mine but I was able to get a general consultation then the next day be booked into getting my wisdom teeth removed. The team was very professional and I felt little pain during the procedure (of course this differs from person to person). My healing journey easy and reception were very professional and empathetic as they reached out to call regarding my healing progression. Overall a really great first experience and will definitely make them my regular clinic for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Following major work on a tooth by a different dentist two months ago, which was intended to avoid a root canal and full crown, and convinced just capping the tooth would be my best option, I’ve had nothing but pain for a month from all temperatures of food and drinks. A couple of trips back to the dentist to try get me through the Xmas season in less pain were really just a waste of my time, especially with a second dentist advising I’ll probably just need to go the root canal route, which was honest, but not easy to swallow when I’ve just paid $1500 for one tooth which I should have just left alone with its ugly old cavity. My wife looked for recommendations on the Madeley, Kingsley and surrounds FB page and a few local dentists had great reviews. As one was closed until mid January, and Serene Smiles in Kingsley had a 5 star rating from over 150 patients, I gave them a call. From the get go, reception was caring about my situation and also professional to be able to fit me in on a Saturday, and with a patient records release form, they were able to get my dental work history and X-rays from the previous dentist within less than 24 hrs. Dr Mitra was highly experienced and informative about what she was observing with not only my problem tooth but others which I know need attention in the future. Her skills and experience coupled with problem solving and patience are exceptional. I will be strongly recommending my family and friends visit Dr Mitra and her team in 2025. So sorry, but I forgot to ask the name of the very professional and hardworking dental assistant, but if she’s the pilots wingman then you’re in safe hands. Exceptional, thank you.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dr Mitra for years and have followed her from Hillarys to her new beautiful and state-of-the-art practice. I've seen many different dentists, internationally and in Perth and there is nobody that comes close to Dr. Mitra. She does the best quality work and is so gentle you can almost doze off in the chair. She is also just so lovely, kind and genuine, and never recommends anything you don't need. We even got coffee/tea whilst in the waiting room at her new practice. If I could give her 100 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: The girls at Serene Smiles are so wonderful. Having had terrible experiences before it was wonderful to feel so cared for and understood. Parnian was an awesome dentist explaining everything so well and her calm and caring nature made a huge difference. Hannah out the front stopped what she was doing to chat with me and calm my obvious anxiety. Her call the next morning to check on me was also very appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was none of the typical "dentist" smell I had known before. I can highly recommend this amazing team ❤️

Fantastic experience: Lovely surgery. My son and I had our first appointment today. The dentist explained everything, she was very patient and gentle. Checked regularly if was was ok while doing the clean. Very pleasant dental experience. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep. Thankyou, and See you next time

Fantastic experience: Impressed by all new technologies and new gadgets which I never seen before in any other dentist clinics. My teeth been cleaned with water jets instead of annoying mechanical brushes which are painful always. Many thanks to serene smile Perth for such a proper services.

Fantastic experience: Wow that was certainly different. A dentist that looks like a day spa and actually felt like my dental phobia was taken seriously with caring and empathetic staff that regularly checked to make sure I was ok during my treatment. They had many options for sedation when it came to calming my nerves and again such a lovely team of gentle and kind staff highly recommend!!
