Fantastic experience: Receptionists are always great to deal with, friendly, very helpful and polite. I've been to Silver Sands Family Dental on 3 occasions, seen two dentist's and the hygienist. Each time was great. They informed me well, explained each procedure and made sure I understood properly, and there was no pressure. Exceptional value. Finally found a dental practice I would recommend and will continue going to.

Fantastic experience: I tried Silver Sands Dental because they could get me in quickly. I was impressed with Kathy's efficiency, professionalism, gentleness and my filling is pain free hours later. She also managed to get a scale and clean done leaving my mouth feeling fresh. Kathy is the best dentist ever.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Yan and stopped at the front desk for warm chats with Sandra and Julie for the last 8 years! They’re a wonderful crew - and absolutely recommend Yan and her excellent work! She’s very gentle, calming and her advice and work is probably the best I’ve had in my long career of dentist visiting!

Got me in quickly for a double filling in a couple of broken molars, time was convenient, the staff were lovely to deal with and my Dentist and assistant were friendly and very efficient and had me in and out and pain free in quick order. Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Kathy my entire life, have never had a bad experience and always feel comfortable. I always understand what is happening, so there is no unknown of what to expect in the chair. While being provided tips and tricks when needed to help maintain optimal oral health. Dr. Kathryn Joe is a wonderful dentist and I have always been extremely confident of her care of my dental health. The lovely ladies in reception always greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful. Fantastic experience: I had put off going to see the dentist, however I can honestly say my experience with Dr Chayra Wong has been above exceptional and that changes my view of seeing dentist. She is very sincere, patient and detailed in her explanation, she constantly updates me throughout the procedure and ensure I am feeling comfortable throughout, which is such pleasantly surprising to experience this huge difference from some poor experience I had with other dental clinics. She is very skilled, careful and professional in her approach, I completely trust her with giving me the best care and treatment. All the staff and the reception are incredibly helpful, friendly, and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommend Dr Chayra Wong and Silver Sands dental to friends and family. Fantastic experience: Kathryn Joe is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have problem teeth but she has always been there for me and found a way to fix things leaving me feeling more confident and happy to smile. I am sad that she has kinda retired but wish her all the best. I am hoping to find someone nearly as good to take care of my teeth and me.
