Fantastic experience: I was served by Dr Siddhida and had a denture in my lower jaw which I wanted to change for a more permanent solution. The doctor was very helpful and advised me to undergo Invisalign for 19 weeks which has helped significantly and now my tooth gap is no longer there! The team has been amazing and I am so grateful for their service.

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for a long time due to my really bad dental anxiety and a previous bad experience, I'm glad I found Dr Harnoor Sahni and the team at Perfect Dental. Coming into the practice, I had informed Dr Sahni of my anxiety and felt so reassured and taken care of. Throughout my treatments (cleaning, filling and extraction), she carefully snd clearly communicated all the steps with me so that I would not be alarmed. She also did not fail to remind me to tell her if I needed a break at any time. At no point did I feel rushed, ignored or like an inconvenience. After my experience with Dr Sahni, I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone (especially with dental anxiety). With the help of the team there, a visit to the dentist no longer feels as daunting. Negative experience: I did have a good experience the first time I went - the dentists themselves were great and knowledgeable. I requested a copy of the images taken and the clinic confirmed they would do it. Even after I followed up via email, they were never actually forwarded through to me. At the time I was willing to let it go due to my good experience with the dentists. However, over the past month or so, they have been calling me AT LEAST once a week even though I have expressed multiple times I no longer will be visiting this clinic and want them to stop contacting me. Please stop calling me… Admin/owners pushing for this is really disappointing because the dentists themselves seemed great.

Fantastic experience: I was recently recommended to Siddhida Parekh by a friend for an implant. The service and dedication to excellence are second to none. Siddhida is a warm, compassionate and caring person who was always gentle and kind with my wellbeing always a priority. A painless experience with a perfect outcome both functionally and aesthetically. The receptionist and nurses were very efficient. All with a friendly manner and great sense of humour. They were always accommodating with appointments to suit me and if I had any changes I need to make. It was definitely worth my trip to Liverpool from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: The worst doctor I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with her again and I do not recommend her, Dr. Harnor. She refused to fix the tooth because it would not support the flosser, but she took the flosser. It was $470 without doing anything to my damaged tooth, just x-rays. They are greedy and do not do their job well. They are just stealing money.

The equipment and technology used at the clinic here is exceptional: I got my OPG, and had also done a few other scans during my consultation which was very convenient and a big save of time. The professionalism Dr Siddhida and her dental hygienist demonstrated during my wisdom teeth extraction completely transformed my experience from feeling nervy, to becoming very comfortable and at ease. This Dental practice was bright, clean and professionally presented, but not "clinical" like a public hospital. I had a check-up /professional clean, and my dentist was great. As a first-time patient here, she listened to my history and concerns. Then when the procedure was done, I was presented my issues and recommendations, in a way that was easy to understand. This practice exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy, and actually look forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my 9 year old daughter to Perfect Dental Care in Liverpool for many months and I have to say- this is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. The staff are so caring and comforting and helpful. The dentist are extremely good with children and make them so comfortable and relaxed. On top of that, the dentist are very sensitive and understand how frightening dental work can be to children so they take so much care at helping children play, relax and get comfortable. My daughter now actually looks forward to going to the dentist. I can’t recommend this clinic more highly. Everything they do is perfect as their clinic name suggests. Very informative, caring, professional, quick, honest, latest dental tech, and great at what they do. If you need any sort of dental work then this is where you need to go! Fantastic experience: I recently had a checkup with Dr. Siddhida Parekh for wisdom teeth concerns, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Parekh goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients feel well cared for, and is incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the appointment. The office is equipped with facilities for taking scans which gives you a comprehensive overview of your teeth. Including a look at your gums, tooth enamel and to see if you have an issues with overcrowding. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years, when they were actually located across the walkway. Dr. Siddhida and her team are absolutely fantastic, they are so welcoming and friendly and always professional. The dental practice is always clean. For your routine clean I would suggest Dr. Siddhida and Dr. Samra, they are so gentle and you won't leave the dentist chair shaking from pain. Dr. Siddhida and her beautiful side kick named Lee fixed my large black triangles yesterday, the whole process took 3.5 hours. There was no break and they did not stop until the result was perfect. Needless to say, I could not be happier! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Negative experience: I can not get dental reports from your practice for 3 years and its a hustle and l phone and visit your dental clinic and your receptionists tells me that the dentist who saw me is not there and the manager will call me and l believe your practice is deliberative doing this for 3 years and are your service users not entitled to dental records and how many more years should we take should l contact the Police,Military,Ahpra ,King,Queen,mayor,barrister or what ?

The new teeth are not only new teeth but they change my face feature. Now I can talk, can smile confidently thanks to Dr Parekh. She is the best Dentist I ever have met, she takes an extremely care to the job she's doing to get a perfect result. She listened to all my wishes even a smallest thing with patience and happiness. Positive experience: Had a tooth pulled. They where great. The only thing I'm disappointed about was price cost me $640 and the fact I think I got charged an extra $50 for an intraoral radiograph. They told me they did one big. And two small xrays so I don't know why I've been charged for 4xrays

I had swollen, pain, and inflamed teeth, and she decided to clean the teeth which entirely doesn't even make sense, and left me worst pain I ever had in my life. They hire sub-contract dentist to do the job and when something goes wrong which has happen to us . They don’t take responsibility and says we have to chase it up with the dentist who had done the job which who no longer works for them. “STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN GETTING THERE TEETH DONE HERE
