Fantastic experience: I had a surgical extraction done by Dr. Kami, and he made the whole process incredibly easy. I wasn’t nervous at all because I knew I was in good hands. Afterward, I had a full crown and a fixed bridge placed. The results were amazing! It looked completely natural, like nothing had ever been done. Dr. Kami is an excellent dentist, truly one of the best in Darwin.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Dr. Kami through my Medibank app. Previously, I visited NDC Darwin, and they told me I needed to fill six teeth. I knew that was unusual, as I had never needed that many fillings before. When I saw Dr. Kami, he said none of my teeth needed any fillings. He is an ethical doctor, unlike NDC Darwin, who only seemed interested in making money.

Fantastic experience: I am from Victoria and needed urgent dental appointments for severe pain top and bottom teeth. Negative experience: I had a tooth extracted on the 16th of December 2024... I came in with dental pain... the reception staff were amazing... Unfortunately I was in alot of pain and ended up having DR Kami who was rude, belittling and condescending... I was crying in pain and he just couldn't care.. not to mention IM PREGNANT... anyway he "extracted" my tooth.... the days following were beyond excruciating... I couldn't move my jaw to chew and had EXTREME SWELLING... FAST FORWARD to the 6th of February 2025 i have had to go to a new dentist due to severe pain at the site of extraction.. to find out by xray that he left 2 roots in which have now caused a extreme abscess to form..... I have NEVER had such a horrible time at a dentist or been made to feel so small... not to mention I now have to pay a further $600 to have the tooth DR KAMI "removed" to actually have it removed properly... as I said reception staff were sensational but the dentist was beyond horrendous.... I have xrays that he took and the new xrays to PROVE he failed to take out the whole tooth and DRS reports on just how swallown and horrendous my jaw was from the botched extraction from him.... UPDATE!!! Have been called a couple of times now... I stated I was not comfortable with speaking to DR Kami who took the phone from the receptionist regardless of what i said and proceeded to try to talk to me... Apologised and blamed his behaviour on a bad day... I said he needs to behave better around especially with pregnant women to which he responded he would if I removed my review... Promised twice that I would recieve a refund regardless of removing review and still have not recieved said refund

Fantastic experience: I recently had a chipped old filling replaced with a crown by Dr Kami Behnam .afterwards my mouth was numb but the crown felt good..two days later it felt too high and I contacted Dr Kami. I was given an appointment straight away for the adjustment .thank you Dr Kami i love my new crown

Negative experience: I know this too late to post it now. However, I had my appointment with Dr. Kami on 19 Aug, 2024. I used to go to smile Dental who were really nice in service and their work. I booked for cleaning my teeth with National dental coz it came under my health insurance which is free cleaning for first time. My one of the bottom incisors is little chipped in National dental. And also, I felt really humiliated by Dr. Kami because he made me feel like overseas migrants from east Asia does not do dental health checks. I could tell it was humiliation as the way he was telling me things about what I asked was not gentle. I hope no other immigrants will have to experience this. When is my chipped tooth will be fixed?

Fantastic experience: While visiting our daughters here in Palmerston, I lost a crown and a broken tooth. I Called the "emergency" dental care places only to be told February for an appointment. Lucky for me my daughter scheduled an appointment online with her dentist Dr. Behnam. They worked me right in the next day. I found the staff and doctor to be very professional and caring for my situation. Dr. Behnam promptly repaired my ancient dental work and tooth. I was pleased with the almost painless repair. He has a very steady hand. I am grateful that there is top notch dentist who puts the patient first rather than giving a person the bums rush just because its the holidays and they want to take a month or two off. He has even managed to examine my son who has huge fears with dentists given past experiences. I had a stain on my teeth that no other Dentist could remove. Dr Kami was like a dog with a bone, he was committed and sure of it, he got it off. No fuss, no nonsense. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a great family clinic.

Fantastic experience: Broke my tooth on weekend , no dentists in Katherine so called up to see if i could get in for appointment, they got me in straight away!! Dr Karmi, a dentist i have seen many times fixed me up. Very appreciative to the staff and especially Dr Karmi, he explained all my options and even made sure i was all good the next day ! Fantastic experience: I had another quote from a local business and when this was described to Dr Behnam he was informative and explained why crowns would be the best option. Two visits and all done. He was so positive and caring. The ladies out front and his dental assistant made the whole event a great experience. Dr Behnam took on my suggestions (to keep one tooth that could be worked with), made sure I was comfortable and never made me feel like he had to hurry or I was just another patient. Highly recommend and will keep coming back

Negative experience: I thought national meant government run, I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment I soon discovered that the government dentist was two doors down. Not their fault. Dr Bryan glanced in my mouth, advised me of my mistake. And I got charged $88. No room for compassion. I have sent a few emails, but no response thus far. You mentioned looking into the event. But I haven’t been contacted for my input.

I kept it on myself until when I revisited the clinic, I didn't expect that they would offer an after care service.
