Fantastic experience: They are super friendly there and made sure i was understanding with what was happening during the process of making a dental plan, the dentist I saw was Dr Katrina she was friendly and very comforting during the whole process she I couldn’t of asked for a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jacobs is a wonderful dentist. She is always gentle and takes time to explain everything to us as a family. She encouraged my toddler and interacted with him during our appointments and this made it so easy when it was his turn. Such a lovely clinic with friendly and accomodating staff.

First team of people I've found who aren't judge-y about your issues and actually explain things and help you. I've had major work done as well as regular check ups/cleans and the team are the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable group of people I've met in the field of dentistry. The office is also always nicely presented and the reception staff are very friendly and accomodating. I would give more stars!

My former Dentist retired and I was trying to find a very good Dentist via word of mouth. I sat procrastinating on where to go to seek help and try and rectify my dental concerns. After several times watching Dr Ramesh on the business Facebook page I finally made contact. Doc listen to my concerns and was very understanding, patient and professional with me in regards to the previous work I had done and game me a few positive soltlutions to help me achieve what I was after. Fantastic experience: Got 4 wisdom teeth removed in two sessions, both times doctor Cheng communicated through the whole surgery ensuring everything was good which really took the worry away, he was really fast and smooth with the whole procedure, after the first time wasn’t worried about going in again to get the remaining two out, only thing got prescribed only ten Panadene fort the second time which means I may need to go back to get more as I ended up using the whole pack which had more the first time. But other than that awesome job and has really taken the fear away of going to a dentist :)

I started seeing Dr Nisha to get some fillings done after years of refusing to go to the dentist due to a painful past experience elsewhere and she has been kind and patient every time. When I needed an extraction I booked in with Dr Ramesh and the experience was also amazing with my recovery going much better than I expected. I have an issue with my jaw that makes it painful and difficult to close if held open for two long and with Western Sydney Smiles it has never been an issue, they are patient and allow me to rest momentarily before continuing. I would recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: Is there a minus star??? They are rude,arrogant, highly over priced and will put you in a lot of pain. Had 12 teeth removed in one go, felt every one being removed, given no pain killers or antibiotics to fight off infections, stuffed my mouth with wadding, still bleeding profusely, pushed out the door & was charged extra for a cleaning of one tooth which was already in the pricing of my original quote.So if you want to get ripped off be my guest, but my advice is run away as fast as you can!!!!!!! Oh and thank you for the courtesy that you DID NOT MAKE to see if I was ok the next day, so unprofessional you should be struck off the dentistry register for unprofessional conduct bloody theifs!!!!!
