Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Camelia furlan enough! From the very beginning of my Invisalign journey, she has been patient, professional, and incredibly skilled. I’ll admit—I was a bit difficult at times and had my doubts here and there, but I’m so glad I trusted the process (and her expertise). The transformation in my teeth already is unbelievable, and we’re not even finished yet! She not only guided me through the Invisalign treatment but also did some shaping work that completely elevated the results. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure I feel confident with my smile have made all the difference. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, approachable and always takes time to answer all of my questions thoroughly . I have been bringing my whole family to see Dr Camelia Furlan for all our dental needs . Such as regular dental care and clean to invisalign , dental implants and even assistance in emergency denture repairs. No job is too hard for her . Fantastic experience: as a reluctant attender at the dentist, I was forced to make an urgent appointment after experiencing toothache (not surprising after much neglect). Dr Furlan was patient, gentle in manner and took time to show me what needed to be done to start repairing the effects of years of neglect. I wish I had met her years ago and then I wouldn't need such extensive restorative treatment. Don't avoid visiting this dentist :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a dentist since moving to the area and made an appointment with Dr Furlan in her clinic based on reviews that I had seen. I went for a general oral health checkup and cleaning and found the experience very positive. All of the team were very nice to deal with while also very professional. The checkup itself was very thorough and comprehensive and Dr Furlan provided detailed feedback and recommendations at the end of the process, while ensuring at all times during the process that I was comfortable. Overall, I was very happy and would recommend Dr Furlan and the team. I will certainly be back. Thanks all!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, it was one of the best dental services I've had after a very long time. The staff were lovely. Dr. furlan was very careful and explained everything in detail, making the procedures go very smoothly. The place itself is very inviting, with good music in the background. Fantastic experience: Had whitening and my teeth shaped here yesterday. The effort was made to ensure glue from braces brackets was removed to ensure the best result. Glue was easily removed despite another dentist who has cleaned my teeth for the past 10+ years since braces missing this each 6 months. Really happy with results post just one in hair whitening session.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, cannot recommend enough. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, offered me tea and coffee whilst I waited for my appointment and asked what music I would like on to make me feel comfortable whilst undergoing my dental exam. Ellie the receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional! Dr Furlan is very knowledgeable and really took her time with me and went in depth explaining my ongoing dental plan and pictures. The blackout eye mask/massager she let me use whilst having my teeth cleaned really put me at ease and made my experience relaxing and stress-free. Will be going back in a weeks time to start my Invisalign with her and I couldn't have been happier with her service! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Came with my partner who was very anxious about going to the dentist. The staff and most importantly Dr Furlan made him feel so comfortable, he even got a massaging eye mask to wear during the treatment to take his mind of it. Dr Furlan explained everything so simply we could understand every step of the treatment plan. He’s excited to start his Invisalign journey here at Dentique.

Fantastic experience: For someone who gets really anxious with dental visits due past traumatic dental experiences, this appointment was rather meditative and relaxing. My hygienist Alex was very gentle and walked me through every process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, she needs a raise:) Also the waiting room ambience was very calm thanks to Kareys the receptionist who was very professional with what she was doing. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dentique Dental Spa highly enough! Prior to going to Dentique, I was too self conscious to show my teeth while smiling. Now I feel much more confident and am really happy with my teeth. Dr Furlan and her team are exceptional. They are warm, professional, and help you feel at ease whether they are looking after you over the phone, via email or in-person. I’ve also found Dr Furlan and the team super helpful with navigating private health insurance claims - which is always an added relief.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Dentique Dental Spa. I had a horrible experience prior with another dentist which had me too nervous to go to a dentist for 6 years! Dr. Furan and Alexa were so caring and understand of my anxiety around coming in. Alexa was very gentle and her communication and reassurance made me feel stress free. Dr. Furan listened and communicated very clearly with me about the cost, before starting and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: I spent a few weeks researching a dentist to visit after having spent many years avoiding one, in part because of anxiety and also because of shame at the state and condition of my teeth after years of neglecting them. Despite the wealth of options available and a sense of being overwhelmed, I kept being drawn back to the Dentique Dental Spa and the wonderful reviews left by its diversity of clients whose lives appeared significantly and authentically changed for the better from their experience. I finally summoned the courage to make an appointment and was struck by how professional and kind the front desk manager (apologies if if the role is incorrect) Kuen was in making me feel comfortable and reassuring me prior to my first appointment. Just that act alone made me feel less apprehensive. Kuen introduced me to the rest of the wonderful staff on my first appointment, Alexa and Baneen (apologies again if I've mis-spelled names) who looked after me for my check and clean. I was especially nervous and self conscious but I knew immediately I was in really safe hands. They were very capable, gentle, compassionate, and walked me through the different parts of my process, checking in with me throughout to ensure I was feeling okay. I also briefly met Dr Furlan who was as advertised, extremely professional, focused, but very kind and personable and impressed me as someone of genuine integrity. Dr Furlan was also very kind with her time in walking me through the various options and plans to address some of the problems with my teeth. I've subsequently had a few more appointments for various procedures and with each occasion, I have grown a little more comfortable knowing I made the right choice. The entire team at Dentique Dental Spa are amazing: highly trained and skilled, efficient, reliable and have that attention to detail that makes the experience so much more comfortable and even pleasant for someone like me who has avoided dentists for many years to the detriment of my own teeth. My experience is not only helping me overcome my fears but also has inspired me to look after and take more pride in my teeth and adopt better habits and practices. The fact that that only a few appointments has had the impact of overturning years of poor dental hygiene and debilitating phobia is a testament to the people there. I can't recommend Dentique Dental Spa enough - from the state of the art technology, impeccably clean and warm environment and most importantly, the incredible team that interfaces with its clients.

Negative experience: My visit to Dentique Dental Spa was regrettably, a far cry from the quality of care I expected. To begin with, the prices charged for their services felt disproportionately high, and I was disheartened by the lack of clarity regarding additional fees. Adding to the frustration, my appointment commenced with a significant delay, leaving me waiting for an unnecessary 20 minutes past the scheduled time without apology. The most disappointing aspect of the experience was the interaction with Dr. Furlan after I questioned the wait. Her demeanour was surprisingly rude, making me question the professionalism of the establishment. In a field that prioritises patient comfort and trust, such behaviour is inexcusable. Considering the combination of high costs, a lack of transparency, appointment delays, and unprofessional conduct from the staff, I would strongly advise prospective patients to explore other dental care options in the area. My visit to Dentique Dental Spa left me with a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction, prompting me to seek alternative providers for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Camelia FURLAN is a kind, professional and caring dentist. Her conscientious approach and can do attitude are exceptional. One can have absolute trust that Dr FURLAN will always be there to help you improve your smile and improve your oral health. Her staff are marvellous: Alexa is the hygienist who does a fantastic job of ensuring your teeth are sparkling and clean. Alexa is assisted by Baneen who ensures your procedure is comfortable by being focused on your comfort as a patient during procedures. Ruby is a steadfast and kind dental nurse. Kuen does a marvellous job on the front reception. Dentique Dental Spa is #1 and simply, 10/10 for service and care. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My dental clean this morning was the best clean I ever had with the new technology of warm high pressure water, the Airflow machine. The staff at Dentique Dental Spa are highly trained, cheerful and kind. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you to the team and look forward to seeing you again in 6 months. Fantastic experience: Camelia and her team provide excellent quality and care. They seem to have most modern equipment to provide the latest in comfortable treatment. I visited in July for some emergency repair work prior FIFO swing and they were able to accommodate on short notice. My usual dread was somewhat alleviated when they pulled out the airflow machine to do the scale/polish which was previously achieved by mini die-grinder. The machine was like a mini sand-blaster (but obviously some dentist version and not using sand), and to my surprise and joy this was completely painless and quick. Would recommend!

Negative experience: Extremely outrageous charges for basic routines. Not recommended, please beware of this business.

Fantastic experience: I would 100 million% recommend Dentique Dental Spa to anyone wanting dental work or wanting to get the smile makeover they’ve been dreaming of. Dr. Camelia Furlan is the best in the business by my opinion. She is an absolute perfectionist and will work with you all the way through your experience, making sure your smile is perfect. The cost is also reasonable, with health insurance covering a decent amount (I’m 22 years old now and was able to afford my smile makeover on limited funds at a young age). I could not rate the dentistry or Dr. Furlan enough, and honestly will refuse to get any other work done anywhere else. Thank you so much to the practise for everything you’ve done for me, you guys are amazing!

Negative experience: I had my Invisalign done here, would definitely not recommend. I arrived late at my appointment and was charged the full fee of my treatment. All this because I was 14 minutes late. I expected dentique dental SPA to be more understanding, as this had never happened before and they only have about 3 parking spots available so I had to park further and walk. After spending thousands of dollars upfront on my Invisalign. Over the twelve months treatment, multiple times I had to wait at least 15 minutes in the waiting room to be called in but I still paid the full fee and never complained . As a customer I wasn't allowed to be once 14 minutes late for my one hour dental cleaning appointment that I was fully charged and received no service for. The owner raised her voice at me because I asked for my money back at reception, this happened after calling multiple times and emailing the practice but they never got back to me. Very unprofessional. Staff don't seem to work here for long, seems like a toxic environment. I always see new staff members and very often they don't have anyone at reception. The worse service I've ever experienced. If I could I would put 0 stars!

Fantastic experience: Dr Furlan is the best! I have been putting off the dentist for far too long with the fear of the dental work causing me a migraine. When I saw Dr Furlan I explained to her that I have chronic migraine and expressed my fears of additional pain/potential triggers. She talked me through the process and always made sure I wasn’t in pain any step of the way. She was also great about me wearing ear plugs to cancel the noise out. I can now say I’m no longer scared of going to the dentist! The reception staff and hygienists are all lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Furlan is a dentist who really goes above and beyond to make the patient feel comfortable. I had an exposed root which was EXTREMELY painful and sensitive for a good part of 8 years which no dentist has ever said they could do anything about, and within 5 minutes of being in DR Furlans chair she asked if it was sensitive or painful which I told her yes, she then applied a bit of air and I nearly jumped out of my skin, then she simply said - we can fix this right now so you no longer have to live in pain. She covered the root there and then, took all of 5 minutes and then she applied air and I couldn’t feel a thing. The relief she has provided me is inexplainable, she just cares and knows she can really help her patients, she cares enough to spend a little bit of time understanding their pain points and comes up with solutions to fix the problem permanently. I cannot recommend Dr Furlan enough - not only is she a great dentist she’s a lovely person and has a beautiful energy about her.

I wish I did it sooner, having perfect teeth changes your whole face! I felt so comfortable with him, he’s highly professional and incredibly skilled in what he does! Fantastic experience: So, I booked with Dr Furlan based on the reviews I read here on google. I was apprehensive and found it pretty far reached to think one visit could change someone’s whole perspective of ‘bad dentists’. I myself have experienced many ‘bad dentists’ and I am simply terrified of dentists. I am afraid of judgement, afraid of the machines, the tools, people - you name it, I ain’t going! However, knowing how much I HATE my current smile, I made the leap and booked an appointment. I am still in shock as to how comfortable, non-judgemental, helpful, caring, reassuring and thoughtful every person I interacted with was at the spa. I now understand why I’ve read people actually WANT to go back. Dr Furlan was so patient, thorough and understanding of my anxieties and fears. She reassured me of everything I needed to know and has made an extra effort to make me feel comfortable through my new treatment plan. Lily was super kind, conversational and reassuring as I went through the picture process which riddles me with embarrassment. Holly on the front desk was probably the kindest person I’ll ever come across in my life - super informative, helpful and so bubbly! Please, please - if you shy from dentists because of bad experiences, try this clinic. I am for the first time in my 25 years of life so eager to get the smile I want, even though it means getting back in that dentist chair! Everyone here really takes the time to get to know you and hear your individual needs. I have been seeing Dr Furlan for 2 or so years and she has been amazing at working around my budget and advising me on work that needs doing and things that can wait. She doesn't push you to make decisions or lie to you like other Dentists.
