Fantastic experience: I was so embarrassed that I was missing a lot of front teeth my confidence level was very low. I didn’t want to smile because I was missing so many teeth. They were very professional and build my confidence up made the mould up first for my teeth and when it was time to have my teeth pulled out 21 teeth in the new mould teeth in my mouth in an hour and a half very happy with the outcome highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I called up for the first time as an emergency and they go me in straight away. I went in thinking I just needed a filling. Turns out I needed a tooth pulled. I have a great fear of dentists and they made me feel so at ease and I didn’t feel a thing! Amazing and will go back time and time again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, friendly service from all staff. Dr Victor Oh was extremely professional and caring. Explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done clearly before he proceeded at each step of the examination and clean. Gave me agency in choosing my treatment options instead of pressuring me into procedures that weren’t absolutely necessary and answered all questions patiently and concisely. Reception staff and nurses were also fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Sorry to post, however very unhappy with my treatment/s and ongoing issues. Attended some months back for some standard fillings and had to subsequently return twice to have corrections completed and one tooth completely refilled (which I feel has removed a lot of my tooth and is sometimes sensitive). I now also have ongoing numbness in my chin and jawline from the original injection which shot pain through my lower face at the time. I was not provided with any real reason as to what had gone wrong (happens sometimes), was not apologised to and conversation was centered around how my teeth were being fixed at no charge. At the end of the last appointment all emphasis was placed on me rebooking for my next check up. NO THANKS!!!!

Fantastic experience: if you're afraid of the dentist. seriously. just go here. i'm saving you a lot of pain and anxiety. had a tooth i wanted pulled. he tried to save it first. didn't cost me more. didn't feel a thing. was treated very well. got options if i wanted them including if i were more keen on saving it. nope. ok. took it out in seconds with no pain. didn't want to remove all my other teeth for no reason. just go here. just recalled the dentists name. Fantastic experience: Great dentists, very friendly staff, and reasonably priced. . They are very accommodating. I had a tooth removed a while ago, and because I am on blood thinners, the lovely young female denist ( sorry, forgot her name) phoned me yo see how I was.. Never had a dentist do that before.This week, i chipped my front tooth and had it fixed today. He did a great job. They are very caring and make you feel comfortable. . I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old son needed to see a dentist at the last minute after an injury and Seaford Smiles were so accommodating and were able to squeeze us in right before their closing time. We had never been to this practice before, but the staff went above and beyond for us and were so friendly, compassionate and super efficient and organised with everything. My son was seen by a lovely, young female dentist who was amazing. She was gentle and kind and put him at ease, so much so she was able to distract him and sooth him enough to gently pull his lose tooth out without any needles etc and no fuss, which was such a relief. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Seaford area.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from huge dental anxiety, which means I avoid the dentist. After hearing from a friend that seaford smiles offers nitrous oxide I finally built up the courage to go in. The entire team was all friendly and welcoming, they were accommodating to my anxiousness and put in the extra effort to make sure I was comfortable. Fantastic experience: It was the first time in 4 years to the dentist slightly nervous But Nadia, Voon, and Mia talked and walked me through the process of a deep clean and X-ray. The facilities were clean dentist chair comfortable. This experience was very easy and pleasant and will be back in 6 months for the next clean. Keep up the great work, you should all be proud of the work you do!

Negative experience: Dentist was inexperienced. Came in for a filling. Wasn’t done properly the first time, was told to come in again to re do the filling. After having it done it twice was it still not done correctly. Ended up going to another dentist who got it right the first time.

Negative experience: We’re now looking for a new dentist that is a little more professional in the admin/receptionist department. In the past we used to receive phone calls 10 mins prior to our appointment to advise us the dentist is running ahead of schedule if we would like to come in earlier… but if the dentist is running 1 hour behind schedule we don’t receive those calls, we’re just left crammed inside the reception area with 3 other patients. There have been a series of negative experiences here in recent times, too many to list, which keeps reflecting on unprofessionalism and has been erratic at times. Nice people, and it was handy having a local dentist… but we might go back to our old dentist, albeit a 40 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: Hi My Name is Nat, In the past I’ve had some bad experiences with Dentists! I broke a tooth and it left a sharp edge, I shredded my tongue up and ended up with an Ulcer. I finally plucked up the courage to go to the Dentist. I saw a Lovely Man Raymond and he put me at ease straight away! I told him about my concerns ! He said Yes there’s an Ulcer and it wouy clear up. I went to the Doctor and after 3 lots of Antibiotics it became worse! I went back to the Dentist and was referred to a Specialist! I was diagnosed with Oral Cancer! I’ve since had Surgery, I’m on the mend! I’ve referred Family and Friends to Raymond and I’m not so scare anymore! Highly recommend Seaford Smiles to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Seaford Smiles for a couple of years for myself and my children. I originally found them because they were recommended to me to be great with small kids. They are so great with the little kids. They take they time to make they feel safe before starting. Eg showing them the equipment, demonstrating on mum first etc. Give a sticker at the end. I had a dental emergency this week, and Ros on the phone was great to reassure me and answer all my questions. She fitted me in for an appointment first thing on the next business day. I had two wisdom teeth removed in the chair. It was such an easy experience, the dentist was swift, confident and put me at ease. Couldn't have gone any better. Very happy with the whole process.

Negative experience: throwaway account for obvious reasons, but i can’t stress how awful this place is. the receptionist is incredibly rude and passive aggressive. if you run 1 minute behind, expect an unprofessional call lecturing you. not only this, but the orthodontists don’t know what they’re doing. my child got their braces done here, and they broke immediately. when my child bites almost every food, we have found the braces break. when we presented this problem to them, we were told to “be more careful” and that “this was normal, and we’d need to wait a little longer” 100% unreliable, do NOT make the same mistake we did going here.

Only went in for a clean but gee they are mine now. classy. was

Negative experience: Too much up selling. Doubtful about taking out bad teeth. Terrible control with sharp tools that didn't need to be used(cut on inside of cheek. Cut on inside of upper lip).

Positive experience: I would of given 5 stars before today the dentists there are great I love going there the problem is their receptionist Ross a few months ago she kept changing and canceling my appointment while I was in pain she has been rude in the past and today I had an appointment at 6:30 she called right when I was just about to call and reschedule when I was explaining I just wasn’t in the mood because I hadn’t eating since 10am I had just left work and there was a lot of traffic a 30 minute drive was going to take close to an hour I had a headache and I just wanted to go home her reply was “well we aren’t in the mood to be here either we would like to go home but we are here waiting around for you” and in a tone aswell like I was child that just wasn’t doing as she was told will be calling and making a formal complaint tomorrow

Fantastic experience: I have an utmost fear of dental ‘anything ‘. I have panick attacks and cry like a small child …. ( I’m 52) , And feel ridiculous….. The beautiful kind and caring dental team here at smiles in Seaford, nurtured me through , completing needed treatment , that otherwise would still be needed . The caring team also arranged a payment plan for me ( as I was stressed) completing all the necessary ‘ stuff’ on my behalf . I really cannot praise this team enough ! Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough! I'm ridiculously scared of dentist visits, but had no choice. First time customer, and from the minute I walked in, the staff were simply amazing. Reception staff were eager to calm my nerves, thoroughly professional and a delight to deal with. Once I was in the chair, Dr David and Tara were superstars! Didn't feel the anaesthetic at all, and what I expected to be an extraction became a tooth repair. My tooth was saved while I laid back with headphones on, watching Netflix. I'm so relieved that they went out of their way to make me comfortable, removed any pre-perceived trauma and saved a tooth that I was sure was a goner, I've booked another appointment for next week, and am actually looking forward to it! Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend this clinic. Recently I broke 2 teeth with 60 year old fillings. David (the dentist) explained in plain English the best treatment options. He and his dental assistant minimised my discomfort. David's dentistry skills are excellent. I'm 71 years old. I know I can trust him to maintain my very old teeth and fillings in the long term. I felt genuinely welcomed by all the staff - as a person not just another patient.

I recently had to have some work done to a tooth that displayed a noticable gap and thank you to David and his awesome dental assistant (sorry I did not get her name) it was fixed perfectly. I can now smile without seeing a gap and it was affordable which was even better. I have referred two friends here and both have been taken care of by Seaford Smiles. Thank you. I had been putting off doing work for over 6 years and I wish I had just come in here sooner and stopped being so scared. It wasn't even that painful and was over quite quickly, they have a tv and headphones and you can distract yourself. The dentist has changed so much since I went when I was kid. 100%! I finally took the plunge after constant pain and all I can say is WOW I don't recall the dentist's name as I was packing it too much but he and his assistant were amazing and extremely professional and the best thing is I have the confidence in the team to return hopefully I get to watch NETFLIX next time.

My initial call was dealt with such compassion and understanding by the receptionist. I then spoke with another two receptionists prior to my appointment because of anxiety and they also were compassionate and understanding. On the day the dentist, Dr Victor Oh, was wonderful. He was very calming and explained everything to me. I had the gas to help me and I highly recommend this to anyone who is nervous about seeing the dentist. The whole experience has made me feel comfortable to go back and have further work done. Very impressed with how kindly and compassionately they looked after me!

Fantastic experience: Dr Victor and Dr Janis are amazing! I had my two tooth filled and one taken out today, all done in painless procedure. I had been very hesitant visiting the dental clinic from my past experience until today! The only pain was the initial injection for the local anesthetic, and it was not bothering me too much as I was distracted from the Netflix - yes their treating room comes with a TV mounted on the ceiling with headphone provided. The nurse and receptionist were very friendly. Parking was easy. I’m not a local from Seaford but would recommend to anyone who are seeking a painless, fearless, enjoyable dental experience and a trusted doctors. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old had to have 2 baby teeth extracted to make room for adult teeth coming down. Dr. Raymond was fantastic explained the procedure thoroughly 2 weeks prior at a check up then again on extraction day and as he went along he explained what he was doing and why. They kept him relaxed with some tv and talking and the whole thing was over before it began without any upset what so ever! Couldn’t not recommend this Dentist and his team enough just fantastic! Dr Victor and has lovely staff were nothing short of amazing. I was calmed and cared for through out the procedure needed and as a result, my fear has subsided (well, it is still there but extremely less).
