He was gentle, friendly, professional, and patient, and quickly provided effective treatment. Over the past five years, they have cured my gum disease, repaired my damaged teeth, fitted me with new crowns, and, together with another highly skilled specialist, gave me a perfect dental implant! Now I have well-maintained, clean teeth and a confident smile. I really like this friendly team and truly appreciate their high-quality service!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. They took five X-rays, which felt completely unnecessary and excessive. It seemed like they were more focused on quickly extracting teeth rather than actually trying to treat or preserve them. I felt like they were pushing for the easiest solution for them, not the best outcome for me. I left feeling frustrated and distrustful of their approach. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Our goal is always to provide thorough and accurate care, and sometimes that includes multiple X-rays to ensure we have a complete understanding of a patient’s dental health. However, we understand that this can feel overwhelming or unnecessary if it’s not clearly explained at the time. We apologize if our communication fell short in that regard.
We also want to emphasize that preserving natural teeth is a priority whenever possible. According to the Clinician’s dental notes, we have advised steps that you can take to treat the problem in order to preserve the teeth.

Fantastic experience: OMG!!! What can I say?? Dr Amanda and Sam were the most kindest, caring dentists i had the pleasure of seeing. I had an emergency appointment due to a sore tooth they had time to fit me in and do some work on me. I felt like I was at home with Sam her soothing voice made my appointment a lot more comfortable. Negative experience: Never rec'd reminder until the time of the booking. I adv'd I'd be there in 5mins & I was assured it was no problem. Arrived to find they'd put another person thru who had come 30mins early. Wouldn't be allowed to wait & take other person's appt time. Why say no problem then give Ur appt to someone who's come in 30mins earlier. It was only for a simple check-up. Very rude! A friend said she had major dramas with appt times, too. Won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Serene Ong was very professional and thorough. She talked through each process making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.
