Fantastic experience: Favourite dentist and dental experience. My teeth feel so taken care of and clean after every visit. Simon is great. I appreciate that he doesn’t just look at the teeth but has a pretty holistic approach to dental hygiene. Edel at reception is also very lovely. She makes it really easy to book appointments and is always smiling even at 8:30 on a rainy day.

As a nervous patient, Edel and Simon really took the time to make sure I was feeling comfortable and settled. Simon was so understanding and patient and made sure not to rush through anything during the appointment. I really appreciated the check in the next day after the appointment. Cannot recommend the service enough especially if you’re a nervous/anxious patient!

When my daughter suffered a broken tooth, Simon was able to provide immediate assistance, a solution and I appreciated how he followed up - a personal touch. Suffice to say the regular check ups and cleaning are great as well. I love how I get sms for upcoming appointments and can confirm using mobile. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: Gotta give credit when credit is due. My personal experience has been great with Simon and his team. After many years running around from one specialist to another I took on my chiro's recommendation and reach to Simon to address my severe TMJD and neck/back pain. I was wrecked and emotionally stressed of dealing with the disorders. While reluctant at first, I gave it a go (I had been to 10+ more specialists in the last 8 years) and everything worked out has he predicted. Trust this guy and his team.

Fantastic experience: The most knowledgeable dentists I’ve ever been to. They are a level above. The whole team are great people and are truly experts in their field. On a recommendation, my 7 year old son saw Dr Simon Lee to get a second opinion on a problem tooth. He had it diagnosed very quickly and the following day Dr Vano Raveindiran did the procedure and it was all done. I saw Simon on the same day and the way he explained things about my teeth was a level above any other dentist I have been to. Was recommended to Simon, who was able to examine the affected area, and book me in after long weekend to David, the orthodontist who would extract my tooth. David was very professional in his work, keeping me up to date before, during and after extraction and the extraction was painless. Fantastic experience: I really appreciate this dentist. I have been to see Dr Simon and Vano and they are both incredible. They are super knowledgable, patient and willing to share their insights with me about the specific dental issues I face as a mouth breather. I find the dentist so overstimulating as a neurodivergent person, but their calm and friendly manner helps to alleviate those issues for me.

Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant experience getting Invisalign with Dr Simon. He is meticulous and professional and did a great job at giving me a new smile that works for my my specific face, taking into account proportion, TMD, jaw placement etc. I now have a smile that I show off proudly; his orthodontic work has been life changing. Don’t hesitate to put your trust in this practice as I’m sure that even for someone quite anxious about going to the dentist it would be very a disarming experience at HSC.

Negative experience: I tried this clinic out as it was right next to where I live now. Do not go to this clinic if you want a general clean service that is covered by MEDIBANK. I was told that it was covered when booking over the phone and thought that it was FULLY covered just like the last clinic I went to. The gap fee was not mentioned at all to me and the service was standard just like the other ones I've been to. I ended up paying $117.60 with a benefit amount of only $77.9 where I could get the exact same service in my previous clinic. I would rather take the 20 minutes drive to my old clinic. Ignore this review if you are paying out of pocket anyway.

Fantastic experience: I just had my very first wisdom tooth filling by Dr Vano. She also did my regular check up a few weeks ago. Dr Vano was very patient with me and explained everything in detail - both for this filling today and the regular check up earlier. I am not a dentist lover :-) and don't usually like to visit one. I have also had Dr Simon work on my regular check-up before this and was very happy with that too. The center operates very professionally yet has that friendly vibe around it. Definitely recommend this place and go see Dr Simon or Dr Vano - they both are awesome. PS - nice coffee shop just near it too - Haven (my favourite) and To The Moon.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental practice. Dr Simon has been our family dentist for a few years now. Both Dr Simon and Dr Vano are very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. We have tried couple different dental practices before finding Healthy Smile. Finally our GP recommend us Dr Simon and we couldn’t be happier.
