I think the prices are quite reasonable, booking an appointment online is easy and works well. Fantastic experience: I recently attended this practice for the first time. Being a nervous patient at the dentist, I told myself to set the bar low and just hope that I would be able to get through it. I want to give a shout out to Dr. Kee (who was filling in for Dr Alan) and Jenny for their kindness and patience in taking care of my teeth and for spending some time to educate me on how to maintain them between visits. I will definitely be a returning visitor. I left a very happy patient.

Fantastic experience: I organised a general check, Dr Alan is through no nonsense dentist. Soon after I had a crown fitted. I would recommend this dentist as I feel he is certainly experienced and carries out his work in a professional way. The staff also are very helpful to deal with and follow up was excellent. Seems they must like working with him. I have a little more work to be carried out and have in fact made a forward booking.

Negative experience: Reported to department of trading and consumer affairs for collecting deposits that are greater than 50% of the final bill which is extremal unprofessional. They must be on the way to bankruptcy if you can't get a root canal without paying a deposit.... be careful don't pay the deposits they demand. Hopefully the department issue an infringement notice to them asap!

Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental phobia and sensitivity to pain, so I was terrified when I found out that I needed a root canal :( I saw Dr Wong and she was fabulous, no pain or discomfort and she explained everything step by step so that I felt calm and cared for. Fantastic experience: I took my wife to this clinic for a second opinion of her complaint about gum sensitive with cold and hot water because the first dentist we went to was charging her hundreds of dollars for filling and said there needs to be more checking to ascertain how bad was the gum disease and involving multiple session and cost. Dr Alan Hsu had another look and check within 10 minutes and said it wasn't as bad as we were told. He is sincere and honest. Reasonable quote to do the treatment as well. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had 12 teeth removed and a denture made, best dentist ever, any concerns I have had he put me at ease, he gave me solid advice how to go about the transition - he handled my anxiety when I was getting attacks and made me feel at ease, he worked hard to get the work done in time for events happening in my life. He was gentle and I didn’t get any dry sockets. Best dentist I have ever been to.
