Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Sydney Park Dental for 8 years. I mainly go for dental hygiene, including regular checkups. I greatly appreciate the gentle thoroughness of both Dr Fei, and more recently Dr Rachel. Today’s visit with Dr Rachel for root canal therapy was done with precision, thoughtfulness, and gentleness, always explaining what she was doing. Any questions I had were answered in advance. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, & polite. I am very thankful that Deb helped organize a rapid appointment for me. Although I now live about 2 hours away from the clinic, I will continue to have my regular checkups & any other dental work done here. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Sydney Park Dental for the last 7 years or so and they’ve been absolutely fantastic each time. Very skilled and thorough and always let me know what’s happening so I’m not at all worried. I used to fear visiting the dentist but don’t anymore since I started coming here. Fantastic experience: We just had a wonderful experience with my 5 year old daughter. She was quite nervous but Dr Fei was so accommodating, explained everything really well and was so friendly and approachable it made her feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!

He was very nervous going in but the receptionist (sorry I didn't catch her name) was absolutely phenomenal at putting him at ease and Dr Fei explained everything to him really calmly. Fantastic experience: It’s a great place with family feeling. Although dentist Fei was fully booked (as always), she was able to look after me for emergency. Quite a relief so I didn’t need to struggle through the weekend!

The dentists are incredibly kind, patient, and know exactly how to make kids feel at ease. From the moment we walked in, my child was entertained and completely comfortable, which made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. What really stood out was how clearly everything was explained. The dentist took the time to walk us through what was happening and why, which helped us feel informed and reassured. Another huge plus: they’re open for emergency consultations on Saturdays! This is such a relief when urgent dental issues pop up unexpectedly. I can’t recommend Sydney Park Dental enough for families looking for compassionate, professional care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fei and her team have been amazing. She is very kind and great with kids. Today she fit us in for an early emergency appointment to fix my son’s braces wire. The team is always happy to help. Great service, knowledge and expertise would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Always love going to SPD - Dr Dorothy and Ricca took care of my son and I. It was my son’s first time going and they made it so fun and entertaining for him. I have been going for a couple years now for cleanings and fillings and always 5 star service from all staff. Totally recommend SPD for all dental appointments

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Dr Tina Nguyen and the team at the practice. I’ve had 3 visits over the last few weeks for various things and nothing short of professional, thorough work. Dr Nguyen explains things in ways that are easy to understand and is great at her craft. I am absolutely stoked and my teeth look great. ☺️

I have been going to her for several years now and this is the best experience I had in Australia after trying several other dentists. Dr Fei is extremely professional while staying kind, carrying and authentic. You won’t be pushed to do any procedure just for the sake of raising profit margin, which I extremely appreciate. Fantastic experience: Dr Dorothy is a great dentist. Very kind , gentle and a great professional. I have my gums got much better in only one hour & she took the time to explain all to me. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this clinic for the last two years and despite my slight fear of dentist visits (from other clinics), I’ve had a consistent great experience with Sydney Park Dental. Dorothy is extremely gentle and thorough with cleans. Further, she has always taken the time to explain, educate and answer all my questions.

Fantastic experience: Had to go in today for an extraction which I was super nervous about (bad past experiences) Dr Tina was phenomenal. I was comfortable and felt no pain or pressure. Fantastic experience: On trip to New Zealand I stopped off for a 12 hour break in Sydney. I had endured horrendous toothache throughout the journey. On landing I phoned Sydney Park Dental. They went out of there way to get me an appointment that day. Fantastic treatment. Dentist explained procedure, root canal filling and why it was the best course of action. Every part of the 90 minute procedure was first class. Pain gone, thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I had a painful tooth infection and called at 8am. I'd never been to this practice before and they booked me in for 9am that morning. Everyone was super friendly, really efficient, reasonable prices and I'll definitely be coming back!!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the service I had here. I was told by the dentist that I needed treatment for 3 of my teeth and when I got there the dentist treated 4 of them and I was left out of pocket as I was only expecting to pay for the 3 that the dentist has originally told me. I feel that if the dentist needed to do more than what they had originally said at least ask the client if they are ok with it first and not go ahead and assume the client is fine to go ahead and get it done. This was my experience with one of the dentist but I'm sure not all of them have that same treatment with their clients.

Fantastic experience: I accidentally chipped my molar while eating popcorn over the weekend and Dorothy (Koh) was so lovely and gentle when helping me fix it! She also gave me timely advice on how to better care for my teeth in general, which I appreciate. The place was nice and clean, and the whole process of making an appointment, to finding the place and getting my tooth fixed was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who needs a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Bonnie was absolutely lovely in overseeing the removal of a wisdom tooth. Throughout the entire process she was extremely attentive and communicative in addressing my concerns and did exceptionally well to guide my patient experience. My previous experiences with dentist don't even come close to he standard of care and professionalism Bonnie and the Sydney Park Dental team offer.

Negative experience: The receptionist, Deborah of this place is very rude. She does not know how to to greeting the customer! When I walked in I see Dr Fei whom I am seeing my general check up. I said hello to the doctor then Deb turn up with the first ting saying to me “ you are late” with the attitude tone”. I return to this place because of doctor Fei. I do not happy with a rude greeting from the reception!!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed today Dr Boonie was absolutely amazing. It was my first ever dental experience and was very nervous. The nurses were nice. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended if you have young children. Premises are spotless. Location is accessible. Parking is a little challenging so make sure you arrive early. There's entertainment while you wait. Staff are punctual, polite, helpful, friendly, patient and understanding. Essential they are wonderful! Definitely returning for a follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic team! I was a walk in with some really severe tooth pain. They made the time to see me and relieved me of all my pain and also sent me an email checking in on me a couple days later. Not being my regular dentist I was somewhat sceptical and ignorant, but I’ve now been back twice and had a clean done as well. Thank you SPD!

Negative experience: I chose this place only because of location. Unfortunately even though they say my health fund is " preferred " they are extremely Over priced for all their services and during the dentist visit she actually placed the drill on my tongue. Accident or not? I have No idea . Additionally, when she was drilling she must have gone a little overboard because I heard a massive crack noise and can't be sure that's why she took longer dealing with my filling. Very hesitant now to go back now.

Fantastic experience: I went in to Sydney Park Dental for a check up and clean, and I had Bonnie as my dentist. She was fabulous! Probably the most thorough and professional dentist I've had for a long time. She was also very gentle during the clean. Thanks Bonnie and SPD.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with this service. My checkup was done well but beyond this I don’t have confidence in the team. I couldn’t get a straight answer as to whether to get my wisdom teeth out despite over an hour of questioning and 2 consultations. I was sold an unnecessary anti-bacterial solution. A free treatment was recommended by another dentist which worked perfectly. I was charged for an OPG X-ray which is commonly bulk billed. Overall an ineffective, expensive experience and I won’t go back for any serious concerns.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the team at Sydney Park Dental enough, from the moment I walked in I automatically felt the level of comfort I was looking for. I’m often anxious visiting the dentist, and I know that finding a good dentist can sometimes be challenging, but Tina and her team made me feel extremely comfortable and really helped in explaining and talking me through all my options. After having a tooth extracted I went on to receive a follow up call the next day along with an email to check on my progress, SPD is a practice that truly cares about its patients and I’m so happy I found you!

Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic 2 or 3 hours after visiting another dentist and having had a bad experience, and I could not recommend Sydney Park Dental more! I was given a great consultation and had everything explained to me very well, and I left with far less stress than I was given by the other dentist. I will definitely be returning here for my dental work - I felt very looked after and I greatly appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: An old filling fell out and took half my molar with it. Sydney Park Dental fit me in at short notice even though I was a new client, and Dr Fei was amazing! It took a lot of work to fix my tooth but even so I was out in less than an hour, and the tooth looks better than it did before. I also thought the costing was reasonable (having private health insurance definitely helps). It was such a good experience that I'm going back next week for a clean etc. and will now make them my regular dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing team, very clean and professional !

Negative experience: I had my first appointment yesterday for a check up and clean, and fixing my retainer (re glued), and was charged over $400 out of pocket after my private heath insurance rebate. While the dentist was lovely, this price seems a bit pricey.

Positive experience: Great service, I did a check up and clean and they were very detailed, teeth feel amazing and clean and white. We’re able to leave my previous dentist details for them to get my prior x-rays from them. They’re a FRANK insurance preferred provider so I got to pay a small gap. Very convenient location. Only thing is they were running 40mins behind so had to wait around for a while but seems like that doesn’t happen often.

Fantastic experience: The staff were really helpful. My son has sensory issues and was quite agitated and had anxiety about the visit. They let him touch the tools before they went in his mouth and told him what to do if he needed "time out" to regather himself. They are very good with kids!

She was always clear about the procedure and cost involved, and she made sure to confirm I was ok with it. Tina was happy to share her observations about my teeth when I asked, so I felt highly informed and supported by the time I left.

Fantastic experience: I came to Sydney Park Dental as someone with a crippling fear of dentists. I've seen Isabelle three times now and am blown away by how at ease I feel in the chair (and in the waiting room chatting to the wonderful Deb) and how completely non-existent the pain and discomfort has been. I couldn't recommend Isabelle or Sydney Park Dental more highly.
