I’m really happy with both the care and the results from my dental treatment/Invisalign so far. The pricing was also very fair compared to other places I looked at, which was a huge bonus. My last 2 fillings were pain free I barley even felt the needles with the numbing stuff they use first... Fantastic experience: After a long period of not being to see any dentists due to various factors (including financial), I organised an appointment to see Dr. Smitha after I started experiencing mysterious jaw pain I was worried might be an abscess. Fortunately, it wasn't an abscess, but as one might expect after a long time without seeing a dentist my teeth needed a decent amount of work; this dentist practice has been very accommodating and non-judgemental about my personal circumstances, has done excellent work on my teeth, and are well priced.

I received excellent care and advice was pain free straight away.The staff and Doctors are judgement free, with their only concern being to improve your dental health. As someone who neglected their dental health, I've received excellent service such as a successful root canal and further treatments to improve the future well-being of my teeth. I have high anxiety from bad past experiences and judgements at other dentists, the dentist Smitha was incredible and so very understanding and caring, she kept making sure I was ok, stopped when I needed a minute and put in extra time and effort to do a really really good job on basically reconstructing my whole tooth. She was honest and upfront with costs and probability of success and gave me options. She's very very good. I will continue seeing her where ever she goes to help me fix all my teeth so for the first time in my life I'll be pain free and have nice teeth. 100/10 would recommend to any one seeking an amazing dentist.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. I'm Pain Free I had been in terrible pain for several days , I delayed going due to past trauma from other dentist. I phoned Northpoint dental clinic in the hopes of getting an appointment in the next day or so, I was offered an appointment ASAP. Entering the clinic (after keeping dry thanks to the undercover car parking) the staff greeted me like I was family. Dr. Smitha came out to introduce herself, she was warm and friendly , she listened to me, we then discussed our options in depth, and decided together the best solution for me. I have now booked several more appointments leading into Easter,. The relief I feel for having found a dentist who treats you with compassion and kindness. .ITS A BLESSING Thank you, thank you thank you!!

Negative experience: Edit...also now all the fillings my 6 yr old son had done here are also now coming loose after 6 months of the work being done all 4 fillings need to be replaced now!! Getting this done elsewhere...This dentist should be shut down...appalling!!! I chose not to return to get the work re done here as it is so dodgy!! Made me fear the dentist after always loving the dentist before I came here and had some fillings done (very poorly and extremely painfully.)Bits of filling fell out and now I can't chew food on that side weeks later as every thing including chewing gum gets caught in the filling. Floss shreds to pieces now if I attempt to floss and it hurts now to eat crunchy food. It's made me question the qualification of the dentist I saw here .. currently getting that work all fixed by a different dentist elsewhere . I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had such a nice experience at North Point Dental Centre with dr.Rita for my initial clean and check up. She was thorough and pleasant, very gentle and welcoming as was her assistant. I went in anxious but came out with a big smile on my face as the appointment was over before I knew it without any discomfort. I will be returning to get some work done so hopefully it will be as pleasant. Friendly service and conveniently located clean dental practice - definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son (7) had a bad cavity and didn’t tell anyone until it was very painful. North Point Dental was was able to fit us in within a day and Dr Rita was gentle and kind while examining him. Upon her letting us know that it couldn’t be filled but rather needed extraction, she was calm and explained everything in a child friendly manner. We were out within an hour with no tears or worries. This practice couldn’t have been better.
