Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient of Divine Digital Dentistry due to a disappointing experience with my last dental clinic. This has resulted in the best move I could have made. The transition was seamless and all previous records moved across with simplicity. Upon first speaking with Belinda the Practice Manager, I felt Divine offered comfort and satisfaction as my top priorities. With a warm personality and overall passion for dentistry, Dr Fay (Principal Dentist) and her team are able to assess the wants of their clients whilst creating tailored treatment plans to deliver the best dental experience and natural looking results. Fay and Belinda's goals are to help clients look and feel great and they accomplish this by listening carefully to people's needs, utilising all available resources and offering very affordable pricing in a friendly, professional and experienced environment. They truly made me feel special and at no time during, before or after was anything an issue - from rescheduling appointments and consultations to returning and reordering a 2nd crown from the manufacturer when they were not completely satisfied the original crown supplied would best fulfil my needs. At no additional cost, they directed the manufacturer to make a new crown that better suited my dental implant. It is comforting to know, under the leadership of Dr Fay, this clinic treats itself as if it was running its own business and no matter how minute, no detail is missed.

Negative experience: Came here for an emergency appointment. Neglected to XRAY my tooth. Told me everything was fine and there was nothing you could do. My tooth is NOT fine and I need a root canal. Which the real dentist I saw said was quite OBVIOUS, had you bothered to take an X-ray. Terrible dentist, would not recommend unless you enjoy negligence and pain.

Dr E Yu is all of the above, have always had such bad experiences with previous Dentists that it makes trips to get my oral checks done so daunting but not anymore I will be going regularly to see Dr E Yu from now onwards.

No matter what I have needed through that time, the care and concern shown has been second to none. The lovely receptionist... sorry I forgot her name was brilliant, organising my payment and next appointment promptly as I had another appointment to go to. Yes Denistry is expensive in Australia if u don't have a medical fund or cashed up,but think very carefully about going overseas cheap if you fall seriously ill in a third world country and of course you have no recall for work done like in Australia.I think some people fail to remember/respect Professionals that trained hard and day in,day out perform (sometimes unpleasant) and intimate procedures to provide a much needed service of not only cosmetic but imperative for our overall health and should be shown a bit more respect by these negative keyboard warriors and should discuss any problems with the business like grown adults,not publicly scaring off any new potential clients. Fantastic experience: Belinda at the front desk was very helpful and easy to book appoiments with, the experience was very stressful free. Dr Ee is incredibly thorough and has a very strong attention to detail in her examinations and execution. She also describes and explains situations in a very easy to understand manner and a very friendly demeanor. dental assistant Lina is super friendly and is on top of her job, always making sure I was taken care of and worked really well with Dr Ee.

Negative experience: Organised with my work to come in late and finish late so that I could attend my appointment at 8.30am. They cancelled my appointment for no reason and didn't tell me so now I'm working late for no reason.

Fantastic experience: Generally, I don't give any review for any product or service but for this visit it`s worth it. The staff are very friendly, and I could fit a spot last minute due to a cancellation from someone else. I had a dental cleaning procedure with Alana, and she is absolutely amazing. She explains what she will do, shows you step by step, and gives you recommendations to improve and maintain your smile. During the cleaning process, you can see her commitment of fighting against to any bacteria from your teeth. The results were divine. I had to postpone what to eat next to keep her cleaning lasting as much as I could hahaha. Thank you so much, Alana and the Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: Be careful with this clinic because when I booked a cleaning, they gave me a price. However, when I got there, they started performing several extra procedures without informing me that they would be charged, and in the end, I had to pay double the price. I felt bad and deceived, it was very abusive, pure marketing…

(Having had some poor experiences elsewhere in the past). The service was phenomenal. Professional but genuinely caring. Fay was brilliant. Fantastic experience: I was a patient of this practice several years ago before moving interstate and was always very happy with the practice. I recently moved back to the area and booked in for a check up and clean. It is now under new ownership and I was absolutely wowed. The reception area has had a lovely revamp and Belinda at reception was so friendly and welcoming. The dentist, Dr Fay, was very informative and was able to give some good options for some cosmetic improvements that I've been wanting to make for a while now. I remember Alana the hygienist from when I was a patient there years ago and she’s just as brilliant as I remember. The clean was totally painless and I felt like I’d got a new set of teeth at the end! Keep up the good work Divine Dental… you have an amazing team there.

Positive experience: Alanah is a wonderful & caring. I have been seeing her for my regular appointments for over 10yrs now. I have sensitive teeth & she always used the special paste & the water cleaning. Since Das has moved on & the new owners took over i find the service & happy atmosphere of old a bit lacking but whilst Alanah is there I will continue to return.

Negative experience: Was informed that my.5 remaining upper teeth and roots of broken.teeth were ok ..And was shown the scan to vertify this by.the lovely dental nurse from england .. and in a good enough condition to effect roots canals repairs and or replace missing teeth ... Then made an apointnent to see the denist And.was given the exact oposite advice Was told if i did that i would be throwing money in the bin. Then shocked when he said i was better.of Taking out all my good teeth including the healthy roots of of the missing teeth And doing total implants...at a cost of Approx $25 000**est but advised .ay e more Follow up assessments by other dentists co firmed the first diagnosis by the nurse i first seen was correct or simply do a denture . That was about 6 weeks ago and the broken teeth roots are still good ,to repair and no tooth ache. So i am going to repair.my teeth and keep the existing good one as advised by the nurse. I.make no accusation or assumption im simply recording events as they happened I am.writing this blog review in the interests of fair and transparent advice by the dental fraternity in the interests of the public. To get a second opinion and negotiate on the exceptional high dental costs in Australia. By the way there in a concerted effort by the dental fraternity conducting a campaign about the quality and cost of dental work eg crown and implants.being done by offshore dentists Let me assure anyone reading this Thats this has.not been.my experience As i had all my crowns done in bangkok 15 years ago although just now.some have broken It was still only a fraction of the cost performed by a very professional well trained dentist of if which did there dental degree in the USA .plus the facilities were then the state of the art. I am now going back to Bangkok to get my teeth fixed The prices are up to ten times the amount in Australia. There needs to be a review into the cost of dental work in Australia. As now more of us baby boomers are going onto retirement, and after working hard all our lives ..we need a quality of life...! not spending our hard earned money on ove.priced dental.work in Australia So jump on a jet to bangkok have a great holiday and enjoy the benifit of quality dental care .
