Fantastic experience: Viva Family Dental truly treat you like family. !! Whether it is my regular check up and clean or a broken tooth after pork crackling they always go the extra mile! The team is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming and they are not harsh on the pocket as they will look after you where they can. Fantastic experience: I attended Viva Family Dental twice this week as a new patient - first for a checkup and second for minor alternations to oral device. I found both the reception staff and Dr Leonora professional friendly, helpful and informative (and on time!). Thank you. By the way, the checkup cost me $47 of which I had to pay only $7. The second visit was free - I couldn't ask for better service or a better price. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: 'Family Dental', absolutely! From the minute you walk in the door you're greeted by smiles and kindness. The practice manager - Gemma - is patient and knowledgeable and cares about the outcome of your visit. I have visited multiple dentists in the clinic over several years and my children and I have always been treated with care and professionalism at all times. Recently, Esther and PJ have treated myself and my children and spoke to us like we were part of their family, not just a patient number. They will happily answer any questions you have and give you the time to process. -no rushing out the door. All the dental assistants are polite, patient and and respectful. You leave with a smile on your face and a comprehensive understanding of your treatments. There is a reason we travel 90 mins one-way to get there.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 dentist! Dr Janice Zhang was incredible - took photos and X-rays off my teeth but thoroughly explained the images and gave realistic recommendations and tips on how to keep my teeth and gums clean/healthy. Customer service at Viva Family Dental is also 10/10. Have found my new dentist, that’s for sure!

Fantastic experience: While going to the dentist is not in the top 10 ways to spend my time, the team at Viva Dental always make it a positive experience. I have very sensitive teeth & Dr Esther is always very respectful of that. I can confirm that my regular check up was stress free & relatively comfortable, with some helpful tips at the end. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for Viva because of the outstanding care I received. As someone who has always been nervous about visiting the dentist, I was genuinely surprised by how, at ease, they made me feel. The service was not only professional and efficient but also excellent value for money (another reason why I usually fear going to the dentist). The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. I’m so glad I found this clinic, and for the first time, I won’t be dreading my next appointment! Fantastic experience: Very impressed. Needed a new dentist after moving to HB over 12 months ago. Kept travelling nearly 4 hours to usual dentist and had to find someone local. Found the right one and will go back for 6 monthly check ups.

Fantastic experience: I successfully avoided dentists for nearly 30 years of my adult life. Terrified. Absolutely Terrified. I've managed to overcome that and now have regular check ups and there's no more 'white knuckling' it. Fantastic experience: I have previously had a terrible experience at another clinic to remove a wisdom tooth, so I was understandably reluctant until I read reviews on Viva. Honestly, I wish I had made an appointment sooner. Dr Heidi is knowledgeable, honest & caring. She had the wisdom tooth that has caused me unbearable pain for days extracted in two minutes and I didn’t feel a single thing. As soon as it was out, I felt instant relief and I have not felt any pain since, not even while my mouth is healing. Happy patient!
